Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberi penyuluhan tentang komunikasi antar pribadi bagi anggota usaha batik Tapak Dara, sehingga terjalin komunikasi yang saling memahami diantara sesama karyawan, sehingga dihasilkan komunikasi yang berkualitas artinya bisa saling mengerti dan memahami dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, Metode yang dilaksanakan dengan dengan cara ramah tamah, diskusi dan dialog serta tanya jawab antara akaryawan usaha batik dengan sesame karyawan maupun dengan pendamping. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah menghasilkan program yang memberikan dampak yang cukup terhadap pemahaman ibu- ibu usaha batik di kota Semarang bahwa dalam upaya meredam konflik didalam permasalahan harus dilakukan dengan pendekatan model pengembangan hubungan komunikasi antar pribadi, seperti: empati (empaty), rasa positif (positiveness), kesetaraan (equality), dukungan (supportiveness), keterbukaan (openess).

Abstract

The company in doing work tries to improve performance well, therefore the company provides appropriate financial incentives and work life balance for employees in order to improve the quality and quantity of work. This study aims to examine the effect of financial incentives and work life balance in improving performance through organizational commitment. The research method is to apply the SPSS method with a total of 85 respondents. The results of data processing show that financial incentives and work life balances increase performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan Laissez-Faire didasarkan pada kepercayaan. Pemimpin Laissez-Faire melepaskan tanggung jawab dan menghindari pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena pada karyawan yang belum termotivasi untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebesar 44 karyawan dan diolah menggunakan pengolahan data secara regensi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga,suasana lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, suasana lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, kemudian motivasi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire terhadap kinerja, motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh suasana lingkungan kerja terhadap karyawan

Abstract

As a company that provides services in managing risks, coverage for the uncertainties faced by potential customers in the future makes the insurance business utilize several marketing models, such as personal selling combined with competitive premium prices and service quality. This study aimed to analyze the effect of competitive price strategies, service quality, and personal selling on purchasing decisions for health insurance products in Indonesia by implementing the role of mediating competitive advantage. This research was conducted using a random sampling technique using a sample of 220 respondents from customers of health insurance products in Greater Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, which were processed and analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) with SEM Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS software. The results of the study show that personal selling, competitive price strategies and service quality positively affect competitive advantage and purchasing decisions. The findings also confirm the mediating role of competitive advantage in bridging the relationship between independent variables and purchasing decisions. Practically, these findings underscore the importance of health insurance uniqueness as an important part of the formation of purchasing decisions by custumers. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of digital leadership on work performance through organizational commitment. The research population is all employees in the Mitra Industrial Area (KIM) Karawang, West Java. A total of 214 samples were taken using random sampling. The digital leadership variable uses two dimensions with three indicators each, the organizational commitment variable uses three dimensions with three indicators each, and the work performance variable uses three indicators. The results obtained show a positive and significant effect of digital era leadership on work performance and a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment on work performance. These results are analyzed together with the dimensions used. The results obtained from leadership in the employee dimension are greater than the innovation focus dimension. The greatest organizational commitment is in the normative commitment dimension.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan di Galeri Omar Batik Srikandi dan Galeri Edukriya Jatisari di Kecamatan Jatisari, Kecamatan Mijen, Kota Semarang. Tujuan dari layanan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan bisnis batik dan mendapatkan pangsa pasar melalui Green Innovation . Galeri Omar Batik Srikandi dan Edukriya Jatisari menghadapi masalah permintaan yang tetap atau stagnan dengan sedikit permintaan yang tidak berhasil. Dari hasil diskusi antara tim pengabdian dengan masyarakat, Galeri Omah Batik Srikandi Jatisari tetap memaksimalkan inovasi hijau dalam mengembangkan ide-ide yang bersumber dari diri sendiri maupun orang lain., tetapi belum melakukan inovasi secara maximal. Metode pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui konsultasi pengetahuan tentang inovasi sehingga dapat mengembangkan inovasi hijau yang meningkatkan gagasan, kreativitas dan ide ide para anggotanya.

Abstract

Social media platforms have exposed consumers to a large amount of either accurate information or misleading information. The quick spread of information through electronic word-of-mouth on social media networks has made it difficult for consumers to distinguish between marketer-generated content and user-generated content. This study aims to identify the factors that influence consumers when making purchasing decisions and to establish a comprehensive framework for consumers in the digital marketing. The study aimed to investigate how technology acceptance, electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM), and perceived risk affect information adoption by users in social media marketing. The study collected data from 213 social media users in Semarang via an online survey and used partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings showed that information trustworthiness and information adoption were intermediaries between information quality, usefulness, perceived risk, argument quality, and information adoption. The study suggests that the quality and usefulness of the information are significant factors that affect the adoption of information. For social media marketers, providing high-quality and balancing useful information can increase consumer chances of adoption, thereby leading to purchase intention. The findings highlight for the marketers to ensure that the information provided is of high quality and relevant to the target audience. Abstract

Service activities were held at the Omar Batik Srikandi Gallery and the Edukriya Jatisari Gallery in Jatisari District, Mijen District, Semarang City. This service activity is one of the supporting activities to provide services to the community, namely to the batik business in terms of environmentally friendly process innovation. The aim of this service is to develop the batik business and gain market share through environmentally friendly process innovation. Omar Batik Srikandi and Edukriya Jatisari galleries are facing the problem of steady or stagnant demand with a small number of unsuccessful requests. From the results of discussions between the community service team and the community, the Omah Batik Srikandi Jatisari Gallery is trying to maximize innovation in environmentally friendly processes to develop ideas sourced from themselves and others in dealing with waste from batik dyes, but has not yet implemented environmentally friendly process innovations. maximum. The service method is implemented through knowledge consultation about environmentally friendly process innovations so that green innovations can be developed to reduce batik dye waste in rivers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leader Member Exchange and competence on employee performance in Pemalang Regency Government, either directly or indirectly through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population used was all State Civil Servants at Diskominfo, BKD, Bapenda, BPKAD, and DPMPTSP Pemalang Regency, the size of the sample used was 155 respondents, with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data source used is primary data, with a questionnaire data collection method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis and single test. The regression analysis results obtained that the Leader Member Exchange and competence have a positive effect on job satisfaction, and the Leader Member Exchange, competence, and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance. Hypothesis test results show that (1) Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (5) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the path analysis and sobel test show that job satisfaction can mediate or strengthen the influence of the Leader Member Exchange on employee performance, and job satisfaction can mediate or strengthen the influence of competence on employee performance.
