Abstract

The objective of the research is to identify consumer attitudes toward the attributes forming consumer perceptions and analyze the differences in consumer attitudes toward Sampangan Market before and after the relocation. Variabels of this study are divided into two groups: an evaluation of the attribute variabels into consideration consumers in choosing where to shop (variabel ei). The second variabel is the strength of the belief that the object being assessed has these attributes (variabel bi). The data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and quantitative models multiatribut Fishbein attitude. Based on this research, consumer attitudes toward shopping attributes based on the evaluation of the importance of the attribute is strongly influenced by the price, speed of service, thelocation, the atmosphere and the physical condition of the shopping and completeness of product and promotion. Based on the evaluation of the level of confidence in the market Sampangan new attribute almost all the attributes believed was good except attribute consumer advertising and promotion. Based on the analysis calculations multiatribut Fishbein attitude is generally known that consumers preferred the new Sampangan Market compared to the old Sampangan market. The results of this study are expected to facilitate the formulation of plans, policies, regulations and implementation strategies specifically related to the development of traditional markets so that it can increase the economic empowerment that ultimately lead to a multiplier effect for the welfare of the societies.Keywords: Consumer Attitude, Attitude Multiatribut Fishbein Model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make decisions on the right time to buy and sell shares on IDX 30 by using technical analysis including MACD, moving average, and stochastic oscillator. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The population of this study is companies listed on IDX30 for the 2017-2019 period. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling technique. Research locations on stocks listed on IDX30 using the AmiBroket Chart software. Data analysis uses technical analysis using three indicators, namely MACD, moving average, and stochastic oscillator. Based on the research results of the three indicators, MACD generates the greatest profit. The right moment (giving a buy signal) in using MACD is when the MACD line crosses the signal line from the bottom up or Golden Cross as a bullish trend. A condition that gives a sell signal if the MACD line crosses the signal line from up to down or Death Cross is a bearish trend.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimipinan transaksional pada perilaku kerja inovatif dengan motivasi intrinsik sebagai variabel mediasi pada dosen Universitas Negeri Semarang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif dengan alat analisis yaitu SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif dan tidak signifikan pada motivasi intrinsik, sedangkan kepemimpinan transaksional tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif namun signifikan pada motivasi intrinsik. Namun, ketika dimediasi oleh motivasi intrinsik, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif sedangkan kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif. Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan responden dapat lebih antusias terhadap reward atau imbalan sekecil apapun yang diberikan oleh pimpinan unit kerja, agar dosen dapat bekerja dengan lebih inovatif yang akan membantu meningkatkan kinerja inovasi Universitas Negeri Semarang. Selain itu, pimpinan unit kerja Universitas Negeri Semarang diharapkan lebih tegas dalam menyikapi dosen yang memiliki kinerja rendah atau di bawah standar.

Abstract

This research aims at testing the influence of CEO’s Overconfidence (KDB) on the values of companies registered with the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2007-2015. KDB is a bias inherent in individual, particularly corporate CEO resulted from his/her great authority. A CEO with KDB will assume that his/her company has investment opportunities in the future and, thus, reduce dividend in anticipation of acquiring an investment opportunity in the future. Some opinions argue that KDB’s benefit will be maximal when the confidence is at moderate level. A manager is deemed able to contribute to his/her company, have a good innovation level, have optimal motivation level, and present lower level of cost of debt or capital and optimal amount and rate of investment return. Too low or too high KDB is deemed only to pose negative impact on company value as resulted from non-optimal degree of leverage and investment.

Abstract

Krandegan Digital Village is an example of a smart village, which proved to be able to rise from desolate. The village started from a poor status and turned into the first independent village in Purworejo Regency through optimizing digitalization, especially in the fields of economy and efficiency. Krandegan as a pioneer of the digital-based village in Purworejo has been successful in many proud achievements. However, Krandegan's success cannot be separated from various obstacles faced previously. This study aims to explore what are the obstacles and the key to success of Krandegan Digital Village in supporting the Smart Village program. This research used a qualitative clustering method through a network of ideas using the Wordle program. The result of this research found that Krandegan Village implementation constraints have several important points, namely mindset, needs, interests, application development, socialization, and digital literacy. Meanwhile, the success of the Krandegan Digital Village is influenced by several important factors, including transparency, institutions, human resources, leadership, and thinking strategies. This study provides important information about the transformation of an underdeveloped village into a smart village.

Abstract

Akuntabilitas dan transparansi sistem pengelolaan keuangan merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena hal ini mampu menciptakan sebuah laporan pertanggungjawaban yang jujur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang ; 2) untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip transparansi pengelolaan keuangan di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah melakukan analisis data yang bersifat menggabungkan dari berbagai teknik pengumpulan data, seperti wawancara, dokumentasi, serta sumber data yang telah ada untuk dapat disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pengelolaan keuangan di lingkup fakultas ekonomi UNNES sudah baik tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan guna memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kinerja pengelolaan keuangan di Fakultas Ekonomi UNNES. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut masih ada dimensi yang harus diperbaiki seperti pada dimensi komunikasi publik yang dilakukan kampus yang menunjukkan nilai terendah. Kata Kunci: akuntabilitas, transparansi, pengelolaan keuangan

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Green HRM on performance, and how the correlation is moderated by Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and green lifestyle. The population of this study was employees in state universities in Central Java Province. The methods of data collection were by employing observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, and the number of samples was 232. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis by using warp PLS program was used to test the hypothesis. The study result shows that Green HRM affects employee performance. Perceived organizational support strengthens the correlation of Green HRM and organizational identification. Meanwhile, green lifestyle does not become a moderating variable in the correlation of Green HRM and employee performance. This study provides a description of the importance of Green HRM to be applied in profit or non-profit organizations. This study provides a new pointof view that Green HRM has a vital role in the university context.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what strategic priorities that green companies need in Indonesia. This type of research is exploratory research. The research method utilized in this research is qualitative clustering through 'idea networking' to obtain the strategic priorities of the company predicated on the green industry in Indonesia. The results of the study show that strategic priorities of green companies in Indonesia have several important points, namely: Excellence, Sustainability, Eco-friendly, CSR, Value Creation, Customer Focus, Efficient. It is expected to provide important information for the green industries to face the challenges. Moreover, the results of this research can be used to conduct further research on the strategic priorities of green companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan revenue perusahaan melalui keputusan pembelian suatu produk khususnya produk laptop lenovo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui secara pasti, maka pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara non-probability sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data responden sebanyak 142 diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan secara simultan dari variabel-variabel independen yaitu diferensiasi produk, kualitas produk, inovasi produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan revenue perusahaan. Hal ini memiliki arti bahwa peningkatan revenue perusahaan dapat dicapai dengan adanya tingkat keputusan pembelian yang tinggi atas suatu produk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan diferensiasi produk dan kualitas produk sehingga dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian terhadap produk.
