Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kematian perinatal adalah Berat Bayi Lahir Rendah (BBLR). Angka BBLR di Provinsi Banten yaitu 9,7-10% dan menduduki peringkat ke-15 di Indonesia. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara usia kehamilan, paritas dan preeklampsia dengan kejadian BBLR di ruang perinatologi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Drajat Prawiranegara. Desain penelitian adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan case control. Analisis data bivariat menggunakan chi square dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik berganda. Jumlah sampel kasus sebanyak 26 bayi dan kontrol (1:1) sebanyan 26 bayi sehingga total sampel sebanyak 52 bayi. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara usia kehamilan (p=0,060), paritas (p=0,038), dan preeklampsia (P=0,007) dengan kejadian BBLR. Faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian BBLR adalah preeklampsi dengan nilai Odds Ratio (OR) variabel preeklampsia adalah 8,6, artinya preeklampsia memiliki peluang hampir 9 kali lebih besar menyebabkan bayi mengalami BBLR dibandingkan dengan tidak preeklampsia. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan dan RSUD Drajat Prawiranegara dapat memberikan penanganan dan tindakan yang tepat untuk mengatasi komplikasi dan penyulit yang berhubungan dengan berat bayi lahir rendah.

Abstract

Perawatan payudara adalah suatu tindakan perawatan payudara yang dilakukan baik oleh ibu postpartum maupun dibantu oleh orang lain yang dilaksanakan mulai hari pertama atau kedua setelah melahirkan. Pijat merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi ketidaklancaran produksi ASI.  Pemijatan area payudara dengan tekanan ringan hingga sedang merupakan usaha untuk merangsang prolactin dan oksitosin setelah melahirkan. Studi kasus ini dilakukan di wilayah Praktek Mandiri Bidan Tati Sumyati, SST, Kota Serang tahun 2021 dengan teknik perawatan payudara dengan minyak zaitun yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelancaran ASI pada ibu nifas. Metode penelitian berupa deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pasien nifas yang ada di PMB Tati Sumyati dengan menggunakan format asuhan kebidanan nifas berdasarkan 7 langkah varney dan pengembangan SOAP. Data primer adalah data yang diperoleh secara langsung dengan cara melakukan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu nifas sedangkan data sekunderadalah data yang diperoleh dari PMB Tati Sumiyati, SST Kota Serang. Diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman dan memperluas pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai kelancaran ASI dengan teknik perawatan payudara yang benarKata Kunci: efektifitas perawatan payudaraAbstract  Breast care is an act of breast care carried out either by postpartum mothers or assisted by others, which is carried out starting from the first or second day after giving birth. Massage is one solution to overcome the non-smooth milk production. Massaging the breast area with light to moderate pressure is an attempt to stimulate prolactin and oxytocin after delivery. This case study was conducted in the walantaka area of the Midwife Tati Sumyati's independent practice, SST, Serang City in 2021 with breast care techniques with olive oil which aims to increase the smoothness of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. The research method is descriptive qualitative with case study design. The subjects of this study were postpartum patients at PMB Tati Sumyati using the postpartum midwifery care format based on 7 Varney steps and SOAP development. Primary data is data obtained directly by providing midwifery care to postpartum mothers, while secondary data is data obtained from PMB Tati Sumiyati, SST Serang City. Abstract

One of the complaints during menstruation is dysmenorrhea. As many as 90% of adolescent girls worldwide experience menstrual problems and more than 50% of menstruating women experience primary dysmenorrhea. Another way of healing to reduce the symptoms of dysmenorrhea in addition to pharmacological therapy is by giving acupressure and aromatherapy. This research method is Quasi Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design, 60 sample. The treatment group was given acupressure therapy using lemon essential oil aromatherapy at points LI 11, LI 4, dan ST 36 on day 1-2 menstruation, the control group was given acupressure therapy without using aromatherapy. Then do the post test. The results of statistical analysis using Mann Whitney revealed that the p value: 0.000 is smaller than ( 0.05), it can be concluded that there is an effect of acupressure using aromatherapy on dysmenorrhea. Acupressure using aromatherapy is effective to treat dysmenorrhea in adolescents. The results of this study are expected to be one of the methods that can be used in the practice of midwifery services. It is hoped that further researchers will carry out other non-pharmacological treatments to overcome dysmenorrhea

Abstract

One of the complaints during menstruation is dysmenorrhea. The treatment of dysmenorrhea so far has been more to the provision of pharmacological therapy, but rarely uses phytopharmaceuticals such as acupressure. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of acupressure to treat dysmenorrhea pain in adolescents. This type of research is a quantitative research type Quasi Experiment with pre-test post-test One Group Design. The population of this study amounted to 185. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling approach (saturated sampling). Determination of the number of samples in this study using calculations from Sastroasmoro Ismael with a sample size of 26. Before the intervention, a pre-test was given in the form of an assessment of the dysmenorrhea pain scale, then the researchers intervened in the treatment group by doing acupressure therapy, after that a post-test was carried out to measure Dysmenorrhea pain scale whether there is a difference or not. Data analysis using Wilcoxon Signed Rank. The results of statistical analysis showed that the value (p = 0.000) so it can be concluded that acupressure is effective for reducing dysmenorrhea. The acupressure given will make the respondent relax and increase immunity

Abstract

Objective: Stunting is still a big challenge faced by this nation even in the world even though it can actually be prevented. This study aims to determine the socio-economic relationship (mother's education, father's education, family income) to the incidence of stunting and to find out the phenomenon of providing local food diversity to toddlers with stunting. Methods: The research design is a mixed method. The quantitative design used in this study is a cross-sectional approach, while the qualitative design uses an intrinsic case study design. The sample in this study was 100 toddlers. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis in quantitative using chi square. Qualitative study using the study of phenomena with in-depth interviews. Results: There was a significant relationship between mother's education (p=0.003) and father's education (p=0.045) and the incidence of stunting in toddlers, but there was no significant relationship between family income (p=0.678) and the incidence of stunting in toddlers. All respondents did not know how to process local wisdom-based food ingredients into nutrient-rich foods and did not provide a variety of foods to their children, and did not pay attention to the balanced nutritional content that was right for their children. Conclusion: There is a need for structured and continuous education to increase public knowledge about stunting and how to provide a variety of foods.

Abstract

Persoalan stunting atau kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita sehingga memiliki tubuh terlalu pendek dibandingkan anak seusianya, masih menjadi tantangan besar yang dihadapi bangsa ini. Penggunaan kearifan pangan lokal merupakan hal yang bagus untuk penanganan stunting dikarenakan tidak memiliki efek samping, murah, mudah di kembangkan dan bernilai jual. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode Community Development (pemberdayaan masyarakat). Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari – Februari 2023. Lokasi kegiatan adalah di Desa Pamengkang Kecamatan Kramatwatu Kabupaten Serang. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjumlah 19 orang terdiri dari 3 kader dan 16 ibu balita. Kegiatan ini merupakan Pendidikan kesehatan tentang stunting dan pelatihan cara mengolah makanan berbasis kearifan lokal. Nilai pre test dan post test menunjukkan perubahan berupa peningkatan jumlah peserta yang memahami dari 14 peserta (74%) pada saat pre test kemudian terjadi peningkatan jumlah peserta yang memahami sebanyak 19 orang (100%). Terdapat peningkatan hasil post tes menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang stunting dan keterampilan tentang cara mengolah makanan berbasis kearifan lokal. The problem of stunting or the condition of failure to thrive in children under five so that their bodies are too short compared to children of their age is still a big challenge facing this nation. The use of local food wisdom is a good thing for treating stunting because it has no side effects, is cheap, easy to develop and has a sale value. This community service activity uses the Community Development method (community empowerment). The activity was carried out in January - February 2023. The location of the activity was in Pamengkang Village, Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency. The target of this community service activity is 19 people consisting of 3 midwife’s assistance in village (kader) and 16 mothers of toddlers. This activity is a health education program on stunting and training on how to process food based on local wisdom. The pretest and post test values showed a change in the form of an increase in the number of participants who understood from 14 participants (74%) during the pre test then there was an increase in the number of participants who understood as many as 19 people (100%). There was an increase in post-test results indicating that this Community Service activity could increase knowledge about stunting and skills on how to process food based on local wisdom.

Abstract

Adolescent girls require special attention in terms of iron requirements due to growth and the arrival of menstruation, so that adolescent girls are very susceptible to anemia. Prevention of anemia in teenagers can be done by providing education to teenagers about nutrition and increasing consumption of nutritious foods such as green bean juice drinks. This community service activity uses the Community Development (community empowerment) method. The activity was carried out in February 2024. The location of the activity is the Al Hadi Banten Islamic Boarding School with a target of 40 girl teenagers. This activity is a health examination, education about nutrition and giving mung bean juice. The post test scores showed changes in the form of increasing teenagers' knowledge about nutrition and increasing teenagers' Hemoglobin (Hb) levels after being given intervention in the form of mung bean juice. Providing education about adolescent nutrition and providing mung bean juice can effectively prevent anemia in adolescents.
