Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat menghadapi bencana banjir di Kelurahan Kebon Pala Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional study, teknik pengambilan data secara purposive sampling dengan besar sampel 84 responden. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 66,7% masyarakat tidak siap menghadapi bencana banjir di wilayah Kelurahan Kebon Pala Jakarta Timur tahun 2020. Berdasarkan analisis statistik chi square, terdapat faktor yang berhubungan terhadap kesiapsiagaan masyarakat menghadapi bencana banjir, yaitu variabel persepsi terhadap risiko bencana banjir dengan p value 0,021; variabel jenis kelamin dengan p value 0,002, dan variabel pendidikan dengan p value 0,001. Peneliti menyarankan agar masyarakat menerapkan perilaku kesiapsiagaan menghadapi bencana banjir sesuai dengan anjuran BNPB

Abstract

research which aims to determine the effect of organizational learning, employee involvement on commitment and organizational change is in a health institution, namely National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita located in Slipi, West Jakarta. The research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection was carried out through a survey of 100 respondents who were employees who worked at National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita. All respondents are samples that are spread across all work units using simple random sampling and the analysis technique is the PLS method. The results showed that 1) Organizational learning was not significant with a p value of 0.078 on organizational commitment. 2) Significant employee engagement variable with p value 0.00. 3) Organizational commitment itself has a significant effect with a p value of 0.024 on organizational change. 5) learning organization does not have a significant effect with a p value of 0.832 on organizational change. This study also concludes that nurse involvement has more influence on organizational change than learning organizations so that it is expected to increase employee engagement as a strategy for better change.

Abstract

Waiting time for medical services determines the efficiency and quality of client hospital services. The aim of this study was to determine the average length of outpatient waiting time using the Malcolm Baldridge system in the health sector and other relevant factors including leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management. The survey method used in the definition was completed and enriched. with critical analysis. Collecting detailed quantitative data on patient monitoring, counting and registration. Abstract

Background: Human resource planning is a series of processes that are useful for investing resources with various information and strategies in order to to achieve agency goals. One of the health human resource planning methods is to use the health workload analysis method issued by BPPSDMK RI in 2015. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the optimal number of general doctors in General Poly at Jatirahayu Primary Health Care of Bekasi City in 2021. Research Methods: This study uses the health workload analysis method. The research design is descriptive qualitative with research instruments, namely, work sampling and interviews. Results: The result of this study indicate that the working time of general doctors is 78.180 minutes/year. Then, the workload standard of the general doctors was 17.373,34 for medical services, 9.984,67 for follow-up services, and 7.474,19 for referral-making services. The supporting task standard was 1,96. The results of the calculation using the health workload analysis method found that there was a shortage of 3 general doctors. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that it can become a consideration for primary health care regarding the addition of general doctors and evaluations so that the quality of service can be improved.

Abstract

Performance is assessed to see the extent to which the actions taken by a person in carrying out certain jobs/activities within an organization or company by carrying out the principles of the right mechanism or method in comparing what is done with the results achieved. The purpose of this study was to prove the effectiveness of the human resource score card (competence, job description and measurement) on performance at Permata Depok Hospital. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The research sample was 100 employees of Permata Depok Hospital. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study found that competence had a positive effect on employee performance at Permata Depok Hospital with tcount 3.904 > ttable 1.986. job description has a positive effect on employee performance at Permata Depok Hospital with tcount 4,620 > t table 1,986. The measurement has a positive effect on employee performance at Permata Depok Hospital with tcount 4,620 > ttable 1,986. Competence and Job description, Measurement have a positive effect on employee performance at Permata Depok Hospital with tcount 2,540 > ttable 1,986. The conclusion of the study is that there is an effect of human resource score card (competence, job description and measurement) on performance at Permata Depok Hospital. Research suggestions need to accelerate the procurement of Hospital Information Systems (SIRS). Information integration is a key element in hospital management. Abstract

The Covid-19 vaccine program targeted by the government for each region resulted in various responses from the community. This study aims to analyze the community's response to the Covid-19 vaccine program in Bojong Rawalumbu Village, Bekasi City using a cross-sectional design. This research was conducted online involving 358 people aged 17-64 years. Data were collected using a questionnaire and after being collected were analyzed descriptively and continued with the Chi-square test. The results of the analysis showed the p value for age = 0.04; for employment status = 0.049; for vaccine effectiveness = 0.041; for chronic disease = 0.000; and for the perception of vulnerability = 0.049. Furthermore, it was concluded that the response to vaccination was related to age, employment status, vaccine effectiveness, chronic disease and perceived susceptibility.Keywords: Covid-19; vaccination; community response ABSTRAK Program vaksin Covid-19 yang ditargetkan oleh pemerintah bagi setiap daerah menghasilkan berbagai respon dari masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis respon masyarakat terhadap program vaksin Covid-19 di Kelurahan Bojong Rawalumbu, Kota Bekasi menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara online yang melibatkan 358 orang berusia 17-64 tahun. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan setelah terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai p untuk umur = 0,04; untuk status pekerjaan = 0,049; untuk efektivitas vaksin = 0,041; untuk penyakit kronis = 0,000; dan untuk persepsi kerentanan = 0,049. Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa respon terhadap vaksinasi berhubungan dengan umur, status pekerjaan, efektivitas vaksin, penyakit kronis dan persepsi kerentanan.Kata kunci: Covid-19; vaksinasi; respon masyarakat

Abstract

The purpose of this quantitative study was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership (TL), Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Organizational Commitment (OC) Mediation. ASN Civil servants millennial employees of the Human Resources Development Training and Education Unit of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights are the population in this study.The criteria for respondents using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents, using simple random sampling method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique of this research uses Structure Equation Models (SEM) analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study shows that (1) TL has a significant effect on OCB with a path coefficient value of 0.375 with a Tstatistic value of 3.116 > 1.96 (2) QWL has no significant effect on OCB with a path coefficient value of 0.163 with a Tstatistic value of 1.400 < 1.96 (3) TL has an effect significant effect on OC with a path coefficient value of 0.263 with a Tstatistic value of 2.846 > 1.96 (4) QWL has a significant effect on OC with a path coefficient value of 0.462 with a Tstatistic value of 5.506 > 1.96 (5) OC has a significant effect on OCB with a path coefficient value of 0.315 with Tstatistic value 3.765 > 1.96.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertaujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman kerja, kompetensi melalui pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPSDM. Sampel responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 pegawai dan pemilihan sampel yang digunakan melalui kuesioner dengan simple random sampling. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Structure Equation Models (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja memiliki nilai 0,283 pada original sampel yang berarti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompetensi dengan nilai 0,274 yang berarti bahwa kompetensi memberikan pengaruh yang positif kepada kinerja pegawai, pengembangan SDM mendapatkan nilai original sample 0,385 yang artinya bahwa pengembangan SDM berpengaruh positip terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The operating room in a hospital is the most complicated in terms of management and has the biggest cost in terms of health facilities. Lean six sigma as an approach to the management to improve service and speed up service. This study aims to determine the application of lean six sigma in the operating room at the hospital. The research design used in this study was a literature review using Google Scholar to search for previous related articles. The criteria for related articles used are those published from 2019-2023 from a total of 6 journals have collected. Based on these journals, the application of lean six sigma in the operating room has a positive impact on performance efficiency that can benefit the hospital.

Abstract

The hospital pharmacy installation is an important unit in the hospital that is responsible for pharmaceutical activities. Pharmacy is the last unit and one of the important parts that determine patient satisfaction, to improve the service process in operations management, the method that can be used is lean six sigma to help improve service quality and patient satisfaction by minimizing errors and waiting times through organizing and managing the hospital management system. The purpose of this study is to identify an overview of the use of lean six sigma in drug management in hospitals. This research method is a literature review study with the search engine used in literature searches, namely google scholar according to the keywords of the topic to be studied, namely lean six sigma methods, hospital drug management, lean six sigma implementation, the criteria for articles used are based on publications published between 2019 and 2023. The results showed that there is waste in drug/pharmacy management in hospitals. The problems related to pharmacy include too long waiting times, overprocessing of drug prescriptions, and waste of motion in file searches. SIMRS error, lack of trained human resources, uncertainty of drug prices, still done manually are triggers for the occurrence of worthless processes. Waste reduction can be done with the lean six sigma method which can fix problems that often occur in pharmaceutical installations by being applied through standardized calculations.
