Abstract

Online learning is one solution of teaching and learning activities continue to be carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic. But, in this case online learning activities have some obstacles that makes some college students have the wane of their interest in learning. Interest is a willingness of one's soul to carry out activities happily that make a changes in knowledge, skills and behavior.  The formulation of the problem related to this research is the decreased interest of college students in online learning at the course of writing scientific papers.  While the purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence college students’ interest in learning at the course of writing scientific papers during a pandemic.  In this article, the method used by the author is a qualitative method with interviews and observations of fourth semester students of class A1 morning Islamic religious education study program.  Based on the results of interviews and observations made to 8 college students, there are 2 people whose interest in learning is stable, while the other 6 college students' interest in learning decreases.  The factors that influence college students’ learning interest are 1) Internet network 2) Media and learning resources 3) Communication 4) Environment. For this reason, every college students must prepare adequate facilities and infrastructure and motivate themselves to learn too.Keyword: Influencing Factors, Interest in Learning, Pandemic

Abstract

Abstract

Quality of learning is the quality or excellence of the learning process carried out in the teaching and learning process. The quality of learning is one of the most important things in teaching and learning activities that must be achieved by an educator. Educators themselves are people who provide knowledge and new knowledge for others consistently and continuously. The formulation of the problem related to this research is to increase the quality of student learning through life skills activities at Muhammadiyah Junior High School Ahmad Dahlan Aekkanopan. While the purpose of this study is to analyze activities that can improve the quality of student learning. In this article, the method used is a qualitative description method in the form of interviews and observations of teachers and students of grade 9 Muhammadiyah Middle School Ahmad Dahlan Aekkanopan. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it can be concluded that life skills activities can improve the quality of student learning, this can be seen from students who have polite, courageous, creative, independent attitudes, are able to manage time and are enthusiastic in participating in all learning activities that are supported by excellent school programs.Keywords: Quality of Learning, Educators, Lifeskill

Abstract

Al-Quran is the holy book of Muslims which was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW as a way of life for Muslims. Love for the Quran needs to be grown in every human being, especially Muslims, one of them is by reading the verses of the Quran and understanding and practicing the contents contained in the Quran. The formulation of the problem related to this research is to grow students' love for the Quran through tahfidz activities at Muhammadiyah Middle School Ahmad Dahlan Aekkanopan. Meanwhile, the purpose of this research is to analyze the success of tahfidz Quran activities in growing students' love for the Quran. In this article, the research method used is a qualitative descriptive method in the form of observations on 9th grade students of Muhammadiyah Middle School Ahmad Dahlan Aekkanopan. Based on the results of observations made, it can be concluded that tahfidz activities can foster students' love of the Quran, this can be seen from the seriousness of students in memorizing the verses of the Quran, students' attitudes that reflect the contents of the Quranic verses such as cover the genitals, speak good words, be friendly, respect others and keep the environment clean. Abstract

UlulAlbab is an ideal human concept according to the Qur'an which we have encountered 16 times and its nature. The formulation of problems related to this writing is (1) Why are students being targeted in an effort to instill the personality of UlulAlbab?; (2) How does the school instill the personality of UlulAlbab to the students? This study aims to (1) Find out why students are the target of efforts to instill the personality of UlulAlbab; (2) Knowing the efforts of the school to instill the personality of UlulAlbab to the students. The author uses qualitative method in the form of observation and interview. Based on the survey, the reason students are targeted in an effort to instill the personality of UlulAlbab because students are one of the important assets for the nation and religion.Moreover, in the era of globalization as it is today, we often meet students who are far from the personality of UlulAlbab. The efforts made by the school in instilling the personality of UlulAlbab to students is galvanizing its students to model the personality of UlulAlbab. Keywords: Personality UlulAlbab, Students

Abstract

Abstrak— Tracer study merupakan salah satu kebutuhan perguruan tinggi berguna untuk mengetahui alumni suatu perguruan tinggi yang dapat berpartisipasi di dalam dunia kerja yang sesuai  dengan relevansi pendidikan merupakan makna dari tracer study. Penelitian ini dibangun menggunakan semua kuiesioner menggunakan standar perguruan tinggi akan tetapi untuk pengelompokkan data menggunakan Metode K - means Clustering .berfokus pada kuisioner kompetensi bidang.  Metode K Means Clustering merupakan pengelompokkan data kedalam satu atau lebih, oleh karena itu data yang memiliki kategori yang serupa akan dikelompokkan dalam satu cluster yang sama dan data yang mempunyai kategori berbeda akan dikelompokkan ke dalam cluster yang lain. Metode ini untuk pengelompokkan data alumni dari hasil kuesioner online berdasarkan tingkat pengetahuan alumni. Terdapat 3 kelompok penilaian sebagai berikut : Sangat Kurang, Baik, dan Sangat Baik. Sistem tracer Study yang dibangun ini berdasarkan hasil pengujian sudah dapat digunakan dengan baik.Kata kunci: alumni, tracer study, k - means clustering, kuesioner.

Abstract

While the purpose of this study is an effort to shape the character of students and form understanding in reading the Koran. In this article, the method used by the author is a qualitative method with interviews and observations of teachers and students of grade 7 SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan. Based on the results of interviews and observations made that al-Qur'an literacy activities as a positive habituation in schools are able to shape the character of students and improve the ability to read the Koran, this can be seen from students who have a polite, brave, creative attitude and are able to manage time and enthusiasm in participating in learning activities.
