Abstract

Abstract The hospital is a health care facility operates 24 hours. The Responsibilities and workload of nurses to note with the division of labor, such as morning shift, noon shift, and night shift. The division of this shift can give negative impact which one is fatigue. relationships shift work with fatigue on nurses inpatient in RS Herna..The research design is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all the  nurses the inpatientusing a simple random sampling technique as many as 57nurses. Data analysis used statistical test using chi-square. there is a level of fatigue in the category of less tired as many as 12 people (63.2%), tired as many as 7 people (36.8%). And in the noon shift nurse there was a level of fatigue in the category of tiredness as many as 12 people (63.2%), tired as much as 6 people (31.6%) and very tired as much as 1 person (5.3%). At night shift nurses there is a level of fatigue in the category of tiredness as many as 3 people (15.8%), tired as many as 14 people (73.7%) and very tired as much as 2 people (10.5%). From the results in this research obtained a significant value of p = 0.016 or p <0.05. there is a work shift relationship with work fatigue in nurses in inpatient installations at Imelda General Hospital Medan Indonesian Workers. Abstract

Compliance running hemodialysis therapy is needed by patients with Chronic Renal Failure. Hemodialysis therapy aims to remove excess urea and other nitrogenous wastes that circulate in the blood. This study is observational analytic cross-sectional design which aims to analyze the influence of anxiety and social support on patient adherence running hemodialysis therapy. The population in this study were all patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at the Adam Malik General Hospital in 2020 the number of 86 people. This study was conducted from January to June 2020. Data was obtained through interviews with respondents and analyzed by multiple logistic regression at 95% confidence level. The results showed that the variables of anxiety (p = 0.030) and social support consisting of support information (p = 0.003), support assessment (p = 0.033), instrumental support (p = 0.027) and emotional support (p = 0.010) associated with adherence running hemodialysis. It is recommended to the hospital management inorder to provide information (counseling) to patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy for the patient to understand the actions undertaken so as not to cause anxiety in the patient and the family.

Abstract

The Healthy Indonesia Program is one of the targets to be achieved in the 2015-2019 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN). Medan City Bestari Health Center has not yet reached the target of collecting family data because the commitment of healthy family advisors is lacking in conducting family data collection, data collection time is limited, residents are difficult to find, sometimes the builders of healthy families often do not meet residents at home, evaluation of data collection results has not been carried out periodically even though Puskesmas Bestari has socializing about the Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach (PIS-PK) The research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach (PIS-PK) at the Bestari Health Center in Medan City. This type of qualitative research is with a descriptive approach. The informants in this study were key informants were the Head of the Bestari Health Center in Medan City, the main informants were the Coordinator of PIS-PK, doctors and members of the healthy family data collection team consisting of Health Administration, Nutrition, Environmental Health and Midwives and triangulation informants were the Head of Public Health Division of Health Office Kota Medan. The sampling technique uses snowball sampling. Data analysis is performed by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are human resources trained in TOT-PIS-PKada 5 people and TOT management of puskesmas there are 2 people, insufficient funds available, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, PIS-PK implementation policy for SK Head of Puskesmas, socialization of Permenkes No. 39 2016 has been implemented but there is no roadmap, planning according to the program, organizing the family development team is not in accordance with Permenkes Number 39 of 2016, family data collection is carried out but there are still families living in hard to find homes, there are often delays in reporting and the healthy family index at the puskesmas level has not reached 60% of the target 100 % in July 2019 It is recommended that health centers can overcome the problems that exist in the data collection ranging from input to the output of a healthy family index can be achieved

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan setiap upaya yang diselenggarakan sendiri atau secara bersama-sama dalam suatu organisasi untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan, mencegah dan menyembuhkan penyakit serta memulihkan kesehatan. Jumlah peserta Puskesmas Kota Pinang BPJS Kesehatan yang terdaftar sebagai peserta Non PBI 5.325 Jiwa dan PBI 7.002 Jiwa. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan BPJS kesehatan pada pelayanan di Puskesmas Kota Pinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan Tahun 2019. Penelitian menggunakan survei analitik dengan desain cross secsional. Populasi adalah seluruh peserta BPJS kesehatan dengan umur 17-70 tahun sebanyak 7158 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 99 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dengan chi square dan multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik pada a = 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor pengetahuan sikap, penghasilan, keterjangkauan, informasi, kondisi kesehatan, persepsi tindakan petugas kesehatan berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan BPJS kesehatan pada pelayanan serta variabel yang paling berhubungan adalah variabel persepsi tindakan petugas kesehatan. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah ada hubungan faktor pengetahuan, sikap, penghasilan, keterjangkauan, informasi, kondisi kesehatan, persepsi tindakan petugas kesehatan dengan pemanfaatan BPJS kesehatan pada pelayanan di Puskesmas Kota Pinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan

Abstract

Peraturan Daerah Kota Medan No 3 Tahun 2014 Tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) mewajibkan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, tempat proses belajar mengajar, tempat anak bermain, tempat ibadah, angkutan umum, tempat kerja, dan tempat umum yang ditetapkan menerapkan kawasan tanpa rokok. Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Medan adalah salah satu tempat kerja yang menerapkan kawasan tanpa rokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Medan No 3 Tahun 2014 Tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok diKantor Pengadilan Negeri Medan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan fenomenologi. Teknik pengambilan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh informan sebanyak 11 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi di Kantor Pengadilan Negeri medan belum berjalan dengan efektif dalam hal sosialisasi serta tidak adanya penyeruan secara langsung dari pemerintah kota Medan, tidak ada staf pelaksana untuk mengawasi Implementasi KTR dan pedoman khusus sebagai informasi bagi pelaksana kebijakan KTR di Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Medan, tidak adanya sanksi yang tegas terhadap pelanggaran KTR, dan belum ada dibentuk komite atau kelompok kerja KTR di Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Medan.Penelitian ini menyarankan kepada Pihak pimpinan Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Medan agar melakukan sosialisasi penerapan KTR sebagai pemberitahuan secara jelas dan konsisten kepada pelaksana kebijakan agar implementasi KTR dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai yang tertuang dalam PERDA KTR

Abstract

Immunization coverage in the Panga Publich Health Center only reaches 40.56%. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the low coverage of Hepatitis B immunization. This research was a mix method research design explanatory research. The study was conducted at Panga Publich Health Center, Aceh Jaya Regency from July to August 2022. The number of samples was 66 mothers who had toddlers obtained by purposive sampling. The number of informants is 11 people. Analysis of quantitative data was carried out by using univariate analysis test, bivariate analysis using Chi-square test and multivariate using logistic regression test. Qualitative data analysis using interactive analysis. The results of the quantitative research show that in the univariate analysis of 66 respondents, most of them aged 36-45 years (56.1%), high school education, (53.0%), having a job as self-employed (37.9%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, facilities, husband's support, support of health workers affected by the coverage of Hepatitis B immunization in the Panga public Health Center Work Area Aceh Jaya Regency. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the variable that had the most influence on the coverage of Hepatitis B immunization was the trust variable. The results of the qualitative analysis showed that most of the children in the Panga public Health Center Work AreaAceh Jaya Regency was not immunized against hepatitis B, the community believed that the raw material for hepatitis B immunization was not halal. Based on the results of this study, it was recommended that the results of this study be used as reading material and evidence based for students who are working on college assignments and final projects, especially those related to factors that affect immunization coverage.Keywords: Factors, Hepatitis B, Immunization Coverage

Abstract

Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan pada bulan maret 2022 diketahui bahwa beberapa petugas rekam medis merangkap tugas, seperti petugas bagian coding, indexing rawat inap dan rawat jalan merangkap kerjanya sebagai tim BPJS. Permasalahan lain yaitu pemulangan status pasien masih manual di buku expedisi dan pengembalian status pasien yang tidak tepat waktu.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan wawancara yang menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang berisi pertanyaan terbuka. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Kotapinang pada bagian rekam medis. Sumber informasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 (lima belas) orang Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, disimpulkan keterbatasan SDM dibagian rekam medis RSUD dikarenakan sedikitnya lulusan rekam medis. Keterlambatan penyerahan dokumen dikarenakan belum lengkapnya dokumen rekam medis sehingga terjadi lembur pada bagian coding dan indexing. Pemulangan status pasien di Rumah Sakit Kotapinang masih menggunakan metode manual di buku expedisi. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah Pemenuhan kebutuhan SDM kesehatan dibagian rekam medis. Perlu Mengupayakan peningkatan bagian rekam medis untuk menilai kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis dan pengembalian status rekam medis tepat waktu.

Abstract

Nurses must correctly identify patients as people who will be given certain services or treatment, this must be done by adapting the service or treatment to each patient. This identification process requires at least two ways of identification, such as name, identification number, date of birth, barcoded bracelet or others. The aim of this research is to analyze the behavior of nurses in wearing patient identification bracelets in the children's inpatient installation at RSUD. Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai. This research uses qualitative research (In-depth interviews). From this research, the sample consisted of 6 (six) people, namely 1 key informant and 5 main informants. The results of the research are that not all nurses know about the Fixed Procedure (PROTAP) for using patient identification bracelets in the class III children's inpatient room at Dr. RSUD. R.M. Djoelham Binjai is good, not all nurses' attitude in carrying out the Permanent Procedure (PROTAP) for wearing patient identification bracelets in the class III children's inpatient room at RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai is not yet good, not all of the nurses' actions were correct in carrying out the Permanent Procedure (PROTAP) for wearing patient identification bracelets in the class III children's inpatient room at Dr. R.M. Joelham Binjai, Suggestions are expected for hospital management to avoid things that are undesirable for babies to also wear identity bracelets, not just mothers. Protap disseminates affirmations and hospital policies that include rewards and punishments for nurses so that there are no mistakes in identity. And continues to provide socialization, education and understanding of the importance of nurse behavior when installing patient identification bracelets in pediatric inpatient rooms.

Abstract

Latrines are effective fecal disposal facilities to break the chain of disease transmission. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence the low ownership of healthy latrines in the Working Area of Puskesmas Balai Karangan, Sekayam. The research design used the Analytical Survey method with a sectional approach. The population in this study were all people in the Balai Karangan Health Center Working Area, namely 1,984 heads of families. The sample in this study was 95 heads of families with an accidental sampling technique with logistic regression. The results of logistic regression showed that there was an influence of knowledge p = 0.016, attitude p = 0.023, income p = 0.002, availability of clean water p = 0.005, support from health workers p = 0.006 and support from village officials p = 0.024. The dominant factor influencing the low ownership of healthy latrines is income p = 0.002 Exp(B) 337.529. This study concludes that there is an influence of knowledge, attitudes, income, availability of clean water, support from health workers, and support from village officials which does not affect culture. The dominant factor, namely income, influences the low ownership of healthy latrines in the Working Area of Puskesmas Balai Karangan. It is recommended that the Balai Karangan Community Health Center through the Village Head utilize PAMSIMAS by providing pipe assistance or construction of clean water facilities and healthy latrines.

Abstract

Hospitals are a comprehensive part of social and media organizations whose function is to provide complete health services to the community, both curative and rehabilitative, where hospital services extend to family and environmental services. The aim of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of health service quality on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room. UPTD Datu Beru Takengon Regional Hospital in 2023. The research design used in this research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was all 167 patients in the UPTD Inpatient Room at Datu Beru Takengon Regional Hospital. The number of samples that will be studied throughout the population is 62 people. Data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The statistical tests used are the chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the chi square test research show that there is an influence of 8 variables, namely technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and comfort, which have a p-value <α 0.05, meaning that technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, safety, human relations and comfort influence patient satisfaction in the UPTD inpatient room at Datu Beru Takengon Regional Hospital, and in the multivariate test there are 8 variables influencing technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, interrelationships. human and comfort with the results of the multiple logistic regression test showing that the comfort variable is the most dominant with an odds ratio (OR) of 18.455, meaning that it influences patient satisfaction 18 times. The conclusion was that the dominant variable had the most influence on patient satisfaction in the UPTD Inpatient Room at Datu Beru Takengon Regional Hospital. It is recommended for hospitals to adopt policies to increase patient comfort in treatment rooms in order to produce optimal satisfaction for patients.
