Abstract

Hingga saat ini masa subur atau ovulasi pada wanita dapat di ketahui dengan metode servik, monitoring suhu basal, metode peak day dan metode standard day. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan metode saliva ferning, yaitu dengan mendeteksi melalui kristal air liur. Citra saliva ferning didapat melalui mikroskop digital dengan perbesaran 100 kali. Citra akan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan pola citra dengan pola acak, pola titik garis dan pola garis yang dominan. Berdasarkan perbedaan pola citra maka akan diklasifikasikan untuk menentukan masa tidak subur, masa transisi, dan masa subur yang sedang berlangsung. Nilai piksel dari citra akan diidentifikasi menggunakan metode hidden markov model dan ditampilkan pada smartphone android. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai piksel, untuk masa tidak subur sebesar 8463 hingga 33302, masa transisi 39442 hingga 77315 dan masa subur diatas 77702, dengan akurasi identifikasi sebesar 95%. Sampel saliva yang baik yaitu saliva yang tidak terkontaminasi, umumnya di pagi hari setelah bangun tidur.

Abstract

The combination of particles and gases with a specific concentration will be an air pollution that is dangerous for life. So air quality openly places and public health service institutions are also affected. One of them is a hospital is a place of health services for the surrounding community must have an inpatient room that is qualified both air conditioning, construction, waste treatment and facilities. Air conditioning systems are very important, especially in isolation rooms to prevent the breeding and proliferation of COVID-19. This research aims to find out the air quality in the isolation room has met existing standards or not, it requires monitoring of temperature, humidity and air pollution by harmful gases periodically and in real time. In addition, it makes it easier for officers in the monitoring room to know the air quality at any time and can save time and improve air conditioning monitoring so that it is more efficient. The results showed that the room using air conditioners can adequately standardize air quality for COVID-19 isolation rooms. The results of the experiment were a temperature of 24°C, humidity of 64.1%, carbon dioxide of 0.07ppm, carbon monoxide of 26.74 μg/m3, and air particulates of 0 μg/m3. This thesis is expected to contribute to increasing the number of COVID-19 declines and realizing the prototype of the air quality monitoring system design in the COVID-19 isolation room.

Abstract

Generator set (Genset) is a backup power generation system that uses kinetic energy. Generators are usually used when the PLN shutdown. To back up the electricity supply when the PLN shutdown, having a generator is very important in various industry, offices, companies and factories. Because of the importance of the need for Genset, a Genset monitoring system is needed so that generators will always ready to operation at anytime when needed. Telegram is an application that provide services to users to send messages safely and quickly. Telegram can send messages in the form of text, photos, videos and documents. Telegram is available on smartphones, tablets, and even computers, beside of being able to be used on many platforms. Based on the problems above, this research was conducted to design a Genset monitoring system that is urgently needed to support Genset operations based on the Internet of Things, there is monitoring of fuel capacity, battery voltage capacity, temperature around the Genset area which is integrated with Telegram notifications. This monitoring system can make sure that the Genset is ready to operate, and the Telegram notification will appear if one or several systems have problem, so we can take action immediately to solve the problem.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the new trends in the world of technology. IoT is a concept that aims to expand the benefits of continuously connected internet connectivity. The access capabilities of IoT can be unlimited thanks to IoT devices that are always connected to the internet, so they can be accessed and used anytime and anywhere. KWH (Kilo Watt Hour) meter is an instrument that has the main function of measuring electrical energy. The KWH meters that are widely known by the general public are conventional KWH meters which have limitations. This IoT technology makes it possible to monitor electrical quantities. In the final project research, an electrical quantity monitoring system was created which can provide information on monitoring results via a web page so that it can be observed in real time. Based on the problems above, research was carried out to design equipment using the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) with the aim of providing information about the amount of electrical power used and conveyed to boarding room users via a website containing digital KWH meter counts in each boarding room. This information is power usage and the number of electricity credits in each boarding room. By creating this tool, it is hoped that it can provide time efficiency and make it easier for boarding house residents and boarding house owners to monitor and find out the costs incurred. Abstract

Electrical power distribution has risks that cannot be avoided, namely short circuit disturbances, both symmetrical and asymmetrical, temporary or permanent. Electricity providers' efforts to avoid or localize disturbances use protection systems, one of which is the Over Current Relay (OCR). The use of OCR in electric power transmission or distribution networks requires careful current and time settings according to the characteristics of the fault and the location of the fault. As an effort to facilitate operators and academics in the process of understanding and providing learning media or training to be able to simulate the current and time settings of OCR in securing the electric power transmission/distribution network, an OCR setting simulator of the electric power transmission or distribution network system is needed. built electronically using a microcontroller. The simulator built represents a three-phase electrical network with treatment of single-phase, inter-phase and three-phase faults. In each type of short circuit treatment, the fault current that occurs in section I (upstream) is greater than the fault current that occurs downstream, namely section II and section III. The working time of the relay in each section is faster at greater fault current values ​​which are influenced by the variable TMS (Time Multiple Setting) and setting current (IS) values

Abstract

Currently, there is a growing demand for more sophisticated, efficient, and secure fire systems in military applications. The use of microcontroller technology and wireless systems has become a trend in a variety of fields, including military applications. Arduino as a microcontroller platform has attracted much attention due to its flexibility, availability, and affordability. The firing system is one of the important parts of weapons and ammunition that controls the launch of bullets or projectiles. The research is aimed at developing a mechanism for a remote-controllable fire system using radio frequency. The research uses several main components, including the Arduino Mega 2560, the TFT LCD ILI9486, and the radio-frequency module Digi XTend 900, electronic firing control and 38mm ammunition. The output of this research is a firing system that can be controlled remotely using a 38mm caliber ammunition with two shooting modes: single mode and salvo mode.

Abstract

The agricultural sector deals with most of human food needs; people are starting to think about making new agricultural innovations. Precision Agriculture (PF) is an agricultural land management system that uses technology to make the best decisions for a specific goal and know what is needed for crop growth. This study utilizes LoRa technology as a data transmission medium, enabling users to remotely observe farming conditions and address issues related to crop irrigation. With this technology, the process of plant watering and nutrition delivery will be carried out automatically using predefined time parameters. The results of this study, routine and scheduled nutrition spraying according to the needs of plants done twice a day, is expected to help harvest with optimal yields as well as make it easier for farmers to perform digital care even if farmers are very far away from the garden.
