Abstract

Memandikan bayi bukanlah hal yang mudah untuk dilakukan, pengetahuan, dan ketrampilan sangatlah penting untuk memandikan bayi. Lebih dari 90% ibu nifas tidak bisa memandikan bayinya, terutama pada ibu primigravida, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penyuluhan dengan metode video meningkatkan kemampuan ibu nifas fase taking hold dalam cara memandikan neonatus.Penelitian ini menggunakan Pre-eksperimental design dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 ibu nifas dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sample penelitian berjumlah 16 orang ibu hamil. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah SAP,leaflet dan lembar ceklist. Sebelum perlakuan 75% responden masuk dalam kategori cukup dalam cara memandikan neonatus, 25% responden masuk dalam kategori kurang dalam cara memandikan neonatus. Setelah perlakuan 100% responden masuk dalam kategori baik dalam cara memandikan neonatus. Berdasarkan Uji wilcoxon signed rank test menunjukkan p value 0,000 < ? = 0,05 sehingga pemberian penyuluhan sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan ibu nifas dalam memandikan neonatus. Diharapkan penelitian ini mendapatkan tindak lanjut dari tenaga kesehatan setempat untuk memberikan penyuluhan yang berhubungan dengan kebutuhan perawatan bayi sehari – hari.

Abstract

HIV infection during pregnancy not only threatens the health and safety of the mother, but can also pose a threat to the fetus. This is because pregnant women with HIV infection have a high risk of mother to child transmission (MTCT) or vertical transmission from mother to baby. This research was a descriptive study which aimed to see the compliance of pregnant women in PMTCT examinations. The population in this study was all pregnant women in the Sutojayan Community Health Center working area who had not taken a PMTCT examination. The sample in this study was 20 pregnant women who had not taken a PMTCT examination at the Sutojayan Community Health Center. The sampling technique used Accidental sampling. Inclusion criteria in this study include (1) pregnant women who had not taken a PMTCT examination, (2) being able to read and write. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire sheet containing compliance statements related to the PMTCT examination developed by the researcher. The data analysis method was by using a frequency distribution. This study was carried out from 10 to 19 April 2023. The results of this study showed that the majority of respondents in the compliant category in the PMTCT examination were 14 respondents (70%) and the number of respondents in the non-compliant category in the PMTCT examination was 6 respondents (30%). PMTCT examination is very important for pregnant women to reduce the risk of HIV transmission from mother to child.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the anemia prevention program for pregnant women is done by providing iron supplements as many as 90 tablets during pregnancy. However, many pregnant women refuse or do not comply with this recommendation for various reasons. The compliance of taking Fe tablets is less than 90% of iron tablets that should be taken. The compliance of pregnant women to take iron tablet is an important factor in ensuring an increase of hemoglobin levels of pregnant women. The right information and right method related to anemia become very important for the community and become very important in order to reduce the risk of maternal death. The purpose of this community service was to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about anemia, the impact of anemia, and the importance of fe tablets. The method was in the form of counseling and giving Fe tablets to pregnant women classes in Jatinom, Kec. Kanigoro, Kabupaten Blitar. The result showed the knowledge and compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets were 5 participants (25%) in good category, 10 participants (50%) in fair category, 5 participants (25%) in lack category. After the counseling process, there was an increase in the knowledge and compliant to take the Fe tablet. There were15 participants (75%) in good category and 5 participants (25%) in moderate category
