Abstract

Kebutuhan Energi listrik yang diperlukan oleh kehidupan manusia sehari-hari sangat meningkat. Namun penggunaan energi listrik itu sendiri tidak sesuai dengan penggunaan pada umumnya yang membiarkan peralatan elektronik atau penerangan pada sebuah rumah tetap menyala pada saat tidak digunakan.Dari masalah tersebut, maka terpikirlah alat Smarthome yang dapat mengontrol peralatan elektronik dari jauh menggunakan Mini PC Raspberry pidan Smartphone android. Pemanfaatan Raspberry pi adalah untuk mengontrol dan memonitoring peralatan elektronik melalui web yang diperintahkan oleh Smartphone Android yang kemudian dikomunikasikan kepada mikrokontroller AVR ATMega328 untuk menyalakan relay yang tersambung ke perangkat elektronik. Dengan demikian dapat mengontrol perangkat elektronik yang ada didalam rumah dengan cara pengontrolan terpusat dengan sebuah Smartphone android dengan media internet yang meringankan kerja manusia dan mengoptimalisasikan kenyamanan dan keamanaan dari sebuah rumah.

Abstract

Penulis membuat bahan penulisan ini didapat dari mengumpulkan data secara teoritis melalui kepustakaan, seperti buku-buku dan literatur-literatur yang ada kaitannya dengan penulisan jurnal ini. Jurnal  ini, penulis buat berkisar tentang energi. Kita tahu bahwa energi adalah kemampuan atau kapasitas untuk melakukan suatu perubahan. Aplikasi perhitungan energi mekanik ini dirancang khusus dengan tujuan untuk pendidikan/pengajaran yang dalam penyajiannya diramu dengan unsur-unsur menarik sesuai dengan materinya. Program ini ditujukan kepada para pelajar SMA/MA terutama pada mata pelajaran fisika yang mana sukar sekali dipahamin oleh para  siswa. Program ini dilengkapi dengan animasi bergerak setiap kali melakukan perhitungan, sehingga mata pelajaran fisika ini dapat mudah dipahami oleh para pelajar tersebut. Namun program ini bermaksud memberi pengetahuan tentang energi hanya kepada pelajar SMA/MA kelas XI.

Abstract

Outdoor Digital Printing Machine is a printing machine or digital printing machine whose printouts are intended for outdoors and are weather-resistant, both hot, sunlight and rain. Outdoor machines use a special type of ink, namely solvent ink. The principle of the outdoor machine itself is to print the design results that were previously in the computer. To drive an outdoor machine requires expertise and understanding in its use and there is a mode of acceleration of the printing process on an outdoor machine whose acceleration of the printing process is not yet known, where the acceleration of the printing process can affect consumer satisfaction. This study aims to 1) Knowing about Digital Print Tools as well as. 2) Knowing the use of Outdoor Digital Printing Machines. 3) Knowing the print speed of the outdoor machine. 4) Knowing the percentage of customer satisfaction. The research method used is the R&D method. By using the R&D method, the results obtained to determine the speed of the outdoor engine on the printhead motor with LOW mode have a speed of 124 m/s, MIDELL mode has a speed of 161 m/s, while HIIGH mode has a speed of 241 m/s. s. The results obtained to determine consumer satisfaction with the speed of the print rate through the time of using the machine using the Guttman scale, namely the overall process time of the outdoor digital printing printing machine on customer satisfaction has a conformity, which is indicated by the percentage of answers "Yes" an average of 75%.

Abstract

Centa Brasindo Abadi (CBA) is a company operating in the agricultural sector. To maintain and increase productivity, maintenance of production machines is required. Preventive Maintenance (PM) is an approach used in maintaining equipment and machines to prevent unwanted damage or failure. A sachet filling machine is a machine for packaging products that will be distributed in sachet packaging according to the predetermined product weight. Preventive maintenance helps identify potential problems, saves on costly repairs, and keeps equipment in optimal operational condition. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of preventive maintenance to maintain productivity in an effort to reduce downtime.

Abstract

In the 4.0 era, the machines in the company are very sophisticated, for example, CNC Plasma Cutting machines that use an automatic system run using a computer that is sufficiently given a command. Because of that, maintenance and repair will require a large fee if we can see the level of availability, it is likely to overcome future problems. The method used in this research is a literature study or literature study in scientific journals. The availability of the machine affects the production process, if it does not reach 90% then the machine is not well prevented, this effect affects the damage to the machine, if it is below that means the machine is often damaged. additional personnel and training on the equipment team, especially experts in the field of programming, because then the company does not need to contact the dutch directly to fix problems in the program. Periodic preventive maintenance is carried out to prevent damage to a machine.

Abstract

Radio is a mass media that is still used by many people as a means of communication, such as listening to songs, informing news and others. One of the radio stations that still exists and is developing to this day is Radio Republik Indonesia, which is overseen by the government, which can now be accessed via available radio and websites so that it makes it easier for listeners to listen to and watch the news and can be accessed anywhere. The author conducted research at Radio Republik Indonesia in the Central Jakarta section using qualitative research methods where the author went directly to the field or observed and interviewed as well as assisting with literature studies. The aim of conducting this research was to find out how the broadcasting system and radio supporting equipment at Radio Republik Indonesia Jakarta . So the results obtained are in the form of a radio broadcasting system at Radio Republik Indonesia using two broadcasting systems, namely audio and visual as well as supporting equipment used in the form of Microphones, Mixers, OB – Van, MCR, Transmitter, STL and Antenna.

Abstract

Abstract

The aluminum sulfate (alum) affixing control system is an important aspect of the water treatment process at PT Krakatau Tirta Industri. This research discusses the implementation of the Schneider TM221 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as a control system at a dosing station to automate the alum affixing process precisely and efficiently. The aim of using this PLC is to increase dosage accuracy, improve water quality, and minimize waste of chemicals. In this system, the Schneider TM221 PLC is used to regulate the flow of chemicals based on predetermined parameters, such as the level of water requirements and the required alum concentration. . The designed control system includes integration between flow sensors, pumps and Human Machine Interface (HMI) devices to monitor processes in real-time and provide automatic responses to changes in operational conditions. The research results show that the use of the Schneider TM221 PLC is able to increase the efficiency of the alum affixing process compared to manual or semi-automatic methods. This system also reduces operational errors, increases process stability, and provides better diagnostic and maintenance capabilities. Thus, the application of the Schneider TM221 PLC at the dosing station at PT Krakatau Tirta Industri contributes significantly to improving the quality of water treatment process control

Abstract

The light steel roll forming machine is a tool used in the manufacturing industry to continuously shape steel sheets into specific profiles. Efficiency and accuracy in production heavily depend on the control system employed. This article discusses the implementation of an automatic control system in a light steel roll forming machine, focusing on the use of sensors, actuators, and a microcontroller-based control system. Additionally, the system is equipped with a digital printing machine to directly print product branding and light steel specifications. The research results indicate that the application of an automatic control system enhances product precision, improves production efficiency, and reduces the defect rate.

Abstract

Power station generates electricity that must be distributed through the electrical distribution system, the condition of existing and adequate electrical power equipment should be the reliability and stability of the system is guaranteed to provide comfort in service to consumers. One of the most powerful sources of electrical power that has been used is the power distribution system commonly referred to as a transformer. This research uses a survey research design that ignores or does not change/modify any variables. The form of facts in the form of data needed to be able to identify a calculation includes the fact of a distribution transformer data and facts in the form of peak loading data (every 4 hours). Based on statistics, there are a total of 4 transformers consisting of three-phase transformers with a capacity (rating) of 20kVA. All transformer units operate at loads greater than 80%. from the analysis of the data presented 1. Predicted remaining life of distribution transformers that are loaded above 80% of the transformer capacity in Substations II and IV of Cilegon city, is 39.12 years. 2. From the calculation results, it is predicted that the service life of distribution transformers that are loaded above 80% of the transformer capacity at Krenceng Substations II and IV of CIlegon city is 39.12 or 20 years.
