Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of ethical leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance, as well as the influence of ethical leadership on organizational commitment. The rp was carried out as a survey. The population of this study were all employees in the city of Yogyakarta batik cooperatives. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. Number of samples was 37 people, 8 people from enlisted KBTamtama, 9 people from KB Senopati, 6 people from KB PPBI, 7 people from Coral Single Family Planning, and 7 people from KB Mataram. Data were collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Scale measurements using 5-point Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis. The results showed: (1) ethical leadership had positive and significant effect on employee performance (b = 0755; p = 0.000 <0.05). The implication, the better implementation or application of ethical leadership from the head, then the employee's performance is likely to increase; (2) organizational commitment had positive and significant impact on employee performance (b = 0.490; p = 0.002 <0.05). The implication, the stronger the organizational commitment of employees, then the employee's performance is likely to increase; and (3) ethical leadership hadpositive and significant effect on organizational commitment (b = 0629; p = 0.000 <0.05). The implication, the better implementation or application of ethical leadership of the leadership, the organizational commitment of employees tend to increase. Keywords : ethical leadership, organizational commitment, employee performance, purposive sampling.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence organizational justice on OCB, influence job satisfaction on OCB, organizational commitment on OCB, and influence organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on OCB teacher at Taman Dewasa (Junior High School), Perguruan Tamansiswa of Yogyakarta City.The population of this study is all teacher at Taman Dewasa (Junior High School) Perguruan Tamansiswa of Yogyakarta City. The variabels are organizational justice (X1), job satisfaction (X2), organizational commitment (X3) and OCB (Y).  The sampels  is about 61 teacher. Data collection using a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis by the F-test and T-test, and the classical assumption test of multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity.The results with level of significance 5% or 0,05 showed that organizational justice haven significant effect on OCB (0,035< 0,05), job satisfaction have significant effect on OCB(0.001< 0,05), organizational commitment have significant effect on OCB (0.023< 0,05), and organizational justice, training, and motivation has significant effect on OCB teacher at Taman Dewasa (Junior High School) Perguruan Tamansiswa of  Yogyakarta City

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat ada tidaknya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada The Westlake Resort Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode accidental sampling. Responden penelitian adalah karyawan the westlake resort Yogyakarta. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan trasformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi dan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is an influence of transformational leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. Data collection using a questionnaire with accidental sampling method. The research respondents were employees of the westlake resort Yogyakarta. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The test results show that there is a positive influence of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction, while motivation and work discipline do not affect employee job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, intrinsic motivation, and work environment simultaneously and partially on employee job satisfaction of Waroeng SS Jln. Bantul. The population of this research are Waroeng SS employees, Jln. Bantul with 40 employees. The sampling technique is saturated or census sampling by taking a sample of 40 employees. Data collection method with questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple regression with a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and work environment simultaneously influence job satisfaction. Transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik, kompensasi dan jenjang karir terhadap kinerja individu. Responden yang diambil adalah 47 karyawan di pelabuahan barang kayan 1, tanjung selor, kabupaten bulungan, Kalimantan utara. Teknik dalam mengambil sempel adalah metode sempel jenuh atau sensus. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner diolah menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik, kompensasi, dan jenjang karir memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja individu. Pimpinan perusahaan memperhatikan kompensasi salah satu sumber yang penting dan utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja individu setiap karyawan dipelabuhan.

Abstract

Kota Tangerang Selatan adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di Tatar Pasundan Provinsi Banten, Indonesia. Kota ini terletak 30 km sebelah barat Jakarta dan 90 km sebelah tenggara Serang, ibu kota Provinsi Banten. Kota Tangerang Selatan berbatasan dengan Kota Tangerang di sebelah utara, Kabupaten Bogor di sebelah selatan, Kabupaten Tangerang di sebelah barat, serta Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta di sebelah timur. Dari segi jumlah penduduk, Tangerang Selatan merupakan kota terbesar kedua di Provinsi Banten setelah Kota Tangerang serta terbesar kelima di kawasan Jabodetabek setelah Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang, dan Depok. Terdapat beberapa sekolah menengah atas yang berada di kota tersebut yang masih membutuhkan bimbingan dan pencerahan tentang publikasi ilmiah bagi guru guru Fisika SMA yang ada di kota Tangerang Selatan. Publikasi ilmiah adalah sebuah pekerjaan yang dapat dianggap sebagai pekerjaan yang berat dan juga pekerjaan yang menyenengkan. Namun bagi guru fisika menulis pblikasi ilmiah merupakan pekerjaan yang memberatkan dan menyita waktu yang lumayan panjang, sehingga diperlukan kemampuan dan kemauan yang tinggi agar penulisan dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan hasilnya optimal.

Abstract

Program Final Task (PFT) is the subject which should be taken by undergraduate student of PGSD FKIP of Open University on the Last Semester if the student has taken 140 semester credit system (SCS), special for undergraduate student of regular PGSD should take the Program Final Task (PFT) on semester X and for undergraduate student of PGSD with science field should take Program Final Task (PFT) on semester two. Factor analysis students for final test on PFT with the other two groups. Result study showed that (1) there is significant differences of motivation score between undergraduate the other student groups, average of motivation score of undergraduate student group of PGSD with Science Field is higher that undergraduate student of regular PGSD; (2) Assumption with Glejser test were obtained that independent variable is insignificant effected for absolute residual, then the assumption no heteroscedasticity is fulfilled,; (3) Simultaneous test result showed that Ho for simultaneous test is rejected because F-count value to be greater that F-table and the significance is less that 0,05. (4) self-sufficient student gave positively effect for PFT value (Y). Higher self-sufficient student, higher PFT value. Keywords: PFT, self-sufficient, motivation, learning aid.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi, self efficacy, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan menguji apakah ketiga variabel bebas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Anggota populasi yang diteliti sebanyak 40 orang dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja, namun hanya variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi dan variabel lingkungan kerja yang positif signifikan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel self efficacy dinilai tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Selanjutnya terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara kepemimpinan demokrasi, self efficacy, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.AbstractThis study aims to test whether democratic leadership style, self-efficacy, and work environment affect employee performance, and test whether the three independent variables simultaneously influence the performance of employees of civil servants who work in the Yogyakarta Tourism Office. The method that used in this research is quantitative research. Members of the population studied as many as 40 people with data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable, namely performance, but only the democratic leadership style variable and work environment variables have a significant positive effect directly on employee performance. Meanwhile, the self efficacy variable is considered not to have a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, there is a significant positive relationship between democratic leadership, self-efficacy, and work environment simultaneously on employee performance.

Abstract

One of the qualities and advantages of an area can be seen from the service to the community in that area. Regional community services can run well if the government and employees working in this field have the ability to manage the quality of human resources, especially in terms of controlling and controlling the emotions and moods of employees. This study aims to examine the level of the role of emotional intelligence and mood on job satisfaction and work stress that is often experienced by an employee. This research is a descriptive research by taking a sample of 83 samples taken by purposive sampling technique. The research findings show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction but does not have a significant effect on job stress. Meanwhile, mood has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, but has a significant effect on work stress. Other research findings reveal that emotional intelligence and mood have a role in job satisfaction and job stress.
