Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of Indonesia Stock Exchange to ASEAN stock market during period 2012-2016. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling method and 6 countries as sample are Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Philippines. Hypothesis testing in this study using Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Test Run and Kolomogorov Smirnov with a significance level of 0.05. Test results show that: (1) Indonesia Stock Exchange has the highest efficient rating in ASEAN stock market (2) ASEAN Stock Exchange effect on Indonesia Stock Exchange. (3) The Indonesia Stock Exchange has a stock return pattern that fluctuates normally in the ASEAN stock market.div>

Abstract

This study aims to look at the perception of the public about the existence of the brand of juice Winner brand, with random sampling is done to the 167 respondents from the Depok, then given a sample product and given the questionnaires, the results obtained by descriptive is all respondents had Winner familiar juice brand, for brand association by Cochran test result is tastes good, and not bitter in throat.

Abstract

This study examind the effect of firm size, debt ratio and capital adequacy ratio in the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2011 - 2014. The methodology in this research is descriptive quantitative by using multiple regression analysis. This model is a statistical analysis tool that is used to describe the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable (partially and simultaneously). In partial results of the study concluded that the profitability of using formulas return on assets, the ratio of financial performance in banking that firm size has a positive and significant impact on profitability. And the debt ratio has a negative and significant impact on the profitability of the banking company. The higher firm size will lead to improved profitability in the banking company, the higher the debt ratio will cause a decrease in the profitability of the banking company. While the capital adequacy ratio has no significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, the influence of three independent variables on profitability in the banking company is 30.5 percentage points.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor dari Non Performing Financing, Capital Adequacy Ratio, dan Financing to Deposit Ratio terhadap Profitabilitas yang di ukur melalui metode Return On Aset perusahaan bank umum syariah. Karena perkembangan ekonomi syariah terkhusus dari perbankan syariah dalam beberapa tahun terakhir berkembang cukup pesat. Adapun jenis data yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini ialah data sekunder, yakni laporan tahunan dari 12 Bank Umum Syariah. Untuk teknik analisis data dalam kajian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan bantuan E-Views 9 dan Microsoft Excel, dengan pengujian hipotesis, yakni uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dalam kajian ini ditemukan, NPF memengaruhi secara negatif terhadap Profitabilitas, dan CAR memengaruhi secara positif terhadap Profitabilitas, untuk FDR tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Dan secara simultan, NPF, CAR, dan FDR turut mempengaruhi Profitabilitas secara bersamaan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Population, and Hotel Tax on Local Revenue. Sample of this research uses Regency and City in Java Province from 2014 until 2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling (purposive sampling method). There is 100 sample of Regency and City in Java Province, resulted in 98 Regency and City that are acceptable. Testing the hypothesis in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS 23 and a significance level of 5%. The result of partial test showed that: (1) Gross Domestic Regional Product has a significant positive influence on Local Revenue with a significance level of 0,000. (2) Population has a significant positive influence on Local Revenue with a significance level of 0,000. (3) Hotel Tax has a significant positive influence on Local Revenue with a significance level of 0,000. Keywords : Local Revenue, Gross Regional Domestic Product, Population, Hotel Tax

Abstract

Pada Maret 2020, Indonesia dinyatakan terdapat kasus kasus COVID-19 untuk pertama kalinya serta menerapkan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar. Hal itu menyebabkan kinerja BPRS mengalami penurunan yang disebabkan kemampuan membayar UMKM yang mendapatkan penyaluran pembiayaan murabahah mengalami penurunan. Adapun kondisi di BPRS Amanah Insani mengalami hal yang serupa. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan nasabah UMKM di BPRS Amanah Insani berbasis akad murabahah di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di BPRS Amanah Insani yang berada di Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara semiterstruktur, observasi partisipatif dengan jenis partisipasi pasif, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Teknik validitas data yang digunakan yakni triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan pembiayaan murabahah nasabah UMKM BPRS Amanah Insani di masa pandemi COVID-19 dengan melakukan restrukturisasi pembiayaan dengan cara rescheduling.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out how consumers perceive LinkAja Syariah users by analyzing stimulus factors and individual factors in using LinkAja Syariah in Bekasi City. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Based on the results of the research analysis, it was concluded that consumer perceptions of the use of the LinkAja Syariah service by analyzing the stimulus factors in the three features were that the LinkAja Syariah service had a simple and easy-to-understand appearance so that it was easy to use and the size of the application was small. Then on the individual factor in the three features, the LinkAja Syariah service collaborates with many companies or institutions so that the LinkAja Syariah service application is integrated with the application of the company or institution, there are minimal obstacles, although there are some obstacles that occur by LinkAja Syariah users.
