Abstract

The problems in this research are students difficulties in using e-learning, students interest in learning is still low and student learning behavior is not good. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the use of e-learning and interest in learning on the learning behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics, Stambuk 2017, State University of Medan. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Medan State University, which is located on Jl. Willem Iskandar Pasar V Medan. This type of research is ex post facto. The population of this study was 629 students with a sample of 86 students using simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Before being used, the questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. Then the data was collected and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using multiple regression. From the results of the partial test analysis between the use of e-learning (X1) on learning behavior (Y) from the value of  >  (4.274 > 1.663) with a significance value smaller than the 0.05 level (0.000 < 0.05) and for the significance value between learning interest (X2) and learning behavior (Y) from the value of  >  (8,575 > 1,663) with a significance value less than 0.05 level (0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously (F test) the value is shown that  >  (121.105 > 3.11) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the influence of the use of e-learning and interest in learning has a positive and significant influence on the learning behavior of students of the 2017 Stambuk Economics Faculty, State University of Medan

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low learning outcomes of the class. This research aims to determine how the learning model influences student learning outcomes at Karya Bunda Mandiri Vocational School in Medan with a population of class XII OTKP students and a sample of 30 students. The research method is quantitative, and this type of research is ex post facto research. In carrying out research, the techniques used to collect data or information are observation techniques in schools and classes, interviews with teachers and students, distributing questionnaires and documenting information. The validity of the questionnaire is calculated using product moment correlation and Cronbach alpha to test the reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used normality, linearity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing, namely the T, F, and R2 tests. The research results prove a positive and significant influence of the PBL model on student learning outcomes through the F test. The PBL model influences learning outcomes through an F-calculation of 10.876 with a significance of 0.000, which means it simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes (hypothesis accepted). Then, through a partial test (test-test) with a t-count of 2.163, a significance of 0.04, means that it partially has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes (the hypothesis is accepted). The R2 test result has a value of 0.546, which means it has a 54.6% influence on the learning outcomes of the class studied.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Digital Business Laboratory as a pre-business incubator. The research was conducted in a series of stages, including needs identification, mentor mobilization, module development, in-lab training, orientation, and assessment. The initial stage of the research was identification, in which students were given the opportunity to identify their wants and expectations regarding research and entrepreneurship programs. The next stage is mentor mobilization, in which experienced mentors from industry and academia are involved. Next, a module was developed, which included learning materials related to the managerial, financial, and marketing aspects of the business. Training in the laboratory was conducted using the prepared e-modules, supported by statistical software, social media, and adequate hardware. The results of this study indicate that the Digital Business Laboratory contributes significantly to enhancing the entrepreneurial creativity of student of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan. Students gave a positive assessment of the insights and knowledge provided by the laboratory, as well as its influence on understanding the managerial, financial, and marketing aspects of business. The use of media, such as Google Trends and social media analysis, is also considered beneficial in gaining relevant market insights. In addition, training in the laboratory and the assessments conducted provided a clear picture of students' entrepreneurial abilities. Students also felt that the Digital Business Laboratory met their expectations as a pre-business incubator and helped them develop skills and knowledge that could be applied in the business world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam mencegah pergaulan bebas remaja melalui strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter, peran keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan masyarakat. Dengan penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila sejak usia dini, remaja diharapkan mampu menghadapi arus globalisasi tanpa terpengaruh perilaku negatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dan meta-analisis untuk meninjau hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan pencegahan perilaku menyimpang pada remaja. Pendidikan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui pembelajaran formal dan praktik kehidupan sehari-hari berkontribusi dalam membangun karakter positif, moral yang kuat, serta kesadaran kebangsaan generasi muda. Strategi ini menjadi langkah penting untuk membentuk generasi yang berintegritas dan memiliki wawasan kebangsaan.
