Abstract

Handout merupakan bahan ajar yang berisikan ringkasan materi yang berasal dari beberapa sumber yang relevan dengan kompetensi dasar.Handout pada mata kuliah morfologi tumbuhan yang dikembangkan berisi mengenai penjelasan struktur morfologi daun, contoh tumbuhan beserta gambar dari tumbuhan tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D (Research and Development) Pra-Eksperimental dengan desain penelitian The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo dengan melibatkan 28 mahasiswa semester V sebagai subjek penelitian.  Hasil analisis data validasi Handout berbasis gambar yang dinilai oleh 2 validator termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan nilai Rx = 0,66 dan 0,73. Hasil validasi angket respon mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan handout yang dinilai oleh 2 validator termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan nilai Rx = 0,77 dan 0,78. Hasil validasi soal yang dinilai oleh 2 validator termasuk dalam kategori cukup dan tinggi dengan nilai Rx = 0,60 dan 0,70. Hasil analisis Reliabilitas handout berbasis gambar dengan derajat reliabilitas 0,743 berada pada taraf tinggi. Hasil reliabilitas angket respon mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan handout dengan derajat reliabilitas 0,819 berada pada taraf tinggi. Hasil reliabilitas soal dengan derajat reliabilitas 0,684 berada pada taraf sedang. Hasil analisis kepraktisan dengan menggunakan angket respon mahasiswa diperoleh nilai 79,46 dengan kriteria praktis. Hasil analisis kepraktisan dengan menggunakan angket keterlaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh nilai 83 dengan kriteria praktis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis T-test diperoleh nilai 0,000, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa penggunan handout berbasis gambar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa pada mata kuliah morfologi tumbuhan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Google Classroom-assisted Blended Learning on student learning outcomes on viral material at SMAN 4 Luwu. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study amounted to 186 students. The sample of this research is class X MIPA 5 and X MIPA 6 each totaling 31 students who were selected by purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out by learning outcomes tests. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, namely normality test, homogeneous test and independent sample t test. The results of the descriptive test obtained the average value in the experimental class which was 84.68 while in the control class the average value obtained was 81.81. The results of the analysis of hypothesis testing are 0.043 <0.05, it is concluded that there is an effect of using the Google Classroom-assisted Blended Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in class X virus material at SMAN 4 Luwu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about implementing the form of research learning activities at Cokroaminoto Palopo University. The type of research used is literature study research related to how research learning activities form concerning the implementation of Independent Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM). The focus of this research consisted of two namely 1) The Design of MBKM in the biology education study program of the Teaching and Education Faculty of Cokroaminoto Palopo University and 2) MBKM Policy at College of Cokroaminoto Palopo University. The MBKM design based on scientific research in the Biology Education study program includes the following: 1) Determination of learning outcomes, 2) Learning activities, 3) Evaluation system and 4) Study load. Cokroaminoto Palopo University is contained in the Handbook for the implementation of MBKM within the scope of Cokroaminoto Palopo University. General policies regarding the implementation of MBKM include 1) Free Student Exchange (PMM), 2) Apprenticeship/work practice based on experiential learning, 3) Teaching assistance in educational units, 4) Humanitarian projects, 5) Entrepreneurial activities, 6) Independent Studies, 7) Thematic Field Work Lecture (KKN-Thematic) is an effort to build villages and 8) research. The resylts of the research is Cokroaminoto Palopo University has developed and implemented a curriculum oriented to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) regulated in Permendikbud RI No. 73 of 2013 concerning the Application of the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework in the Field of Higher Education

Abstract

Penulisan karya ilmiah tidak terlepas dari analisis data penelitian. Analisis data penelitian bertujuan untuk mengukur keberhasilan suatu penelitian. Berdasarkan observasi di SMA Negeri 5 Palopo, sebagian guru masih memiliki kekurangan dalam memahami pembuatan karya ilmiah. Hasil wawancara terhadap guru umumnya kurang memahami sistem penulisan karya ilmiah dan analisis data, sehingga guru kurang termotivasi untuk membuat suatu penelitian dan mempublikasikannya dalam jurnal pendidikan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan secara daring berupa pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah dan analisis data bagi guru di SMA Negeri 5 Palopo. Selain itu, diadakan pendampingan dalam penulisan karya ilmiah dan analisis data. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah guru termotivasi dalam pembuatan karya ilmiah serta meningkatkan pemahaman dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah. Terlihat dari hasil angket yang diberikan saat pretest diperoleh motivasi 59,09%, pengetahuan 53,03% dan minat 46,59% mengalami peningkatan setelah pelaksanaan posttest motivasi 80,11%, pengetahuan 78,22% dan minat 81,53%.

Abstract

The learning activities at SMAN 2 Palopo have not yet maximized by using of multimedia in the classroom learning process. Based on the results of interviews and observations at SMAN 2 Palopo, teachers only used PowerPoint downloaded from the internet and the teacher only made a few adjustments. This causes learning activities was not be able to attract students' attention. On the other hand, students spend a lot of time with smartphones. Observation results show that most students already have Android-based smartphones. This community service activity will increase the capacity of teachers in designing Android-based interactive multimedia. This multimedia allows students to access learning material via smartphone at anytime and anywhere. Implementation of the activity started with a focus group discussion (FGD) followed by a learning design workshop and Android-based interactive multimedia. This workshop was followed up with teacher assistance in designing interactive multimedia accompanied by the application of multimedia in the learning process. At the end of each lesson, reflection is carried out to see deficiencies in both the process and interactive multimedia. Based on the FGD activities carried out, teachers have never designed Android-based multimedia and do not have the competence to design Android-based multimedia. After going through a series of workshops and assistance with multimedia design, teachers were able to design Android-based interactive multimedia for use in learning. This assistance was carried out for four weeks for 4 meetings. The teacher stated that the ability to design multimedia has improved every week and hopes that this can continue. Based on the student response questionnaire, the multimedia used is easy to install and use, the appearance is attractive, and the material coverage is complete along with student worksheets. In this service activity, the teacher's ability to design Android-based interactive multimedia has increased, which has resulted in increased student learning activities in class.

Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan pelaksanaan lesson Study bagi guru biologi di SMA Negeri 2 Palopo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam merancang proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas berbasis lesson study dengan tujuan agar dapat meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik khususnya pada mata pelajaran biologi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 1 bulan yakni pada bulan Juli 2023. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahapan yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi. Pada tahapan perencanaan tim pengabdian melakukan observasi awal dan wawancara dengan pihak sekolah terkait permasalahan guru biologi disekolah. Pada tahapan pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan bahan ajar atau kegiatan penyususnan lesson plan oleh guru model, dilanjutkan dengan tahapan pelaksanaan pembelajaran didalam kelas (do) dan diakhiri dengan kegiatan see yang merupakan refleksi dari pelaksanaan kegiatan didalam kelas. Adapun hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan guru dalam mengajar dan meningkatkan keaktifan serta hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil dari kegiatan lesson study terlihat adanya peningkatan keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran didalam kelas.
