The method used is a map of concepts and methods of the inquiry with qualitative data analysis techniques. The development of class observations, showing the progress made by students and for teachers to understanding the concepts of learning PPKn. Learners define the concepts essential to write it down on paper board, board or the like which can be used as a learning tool, and then connect the important concept with a hyphen to become a meaningful concept. During the learning process, learners can develop a meaningful concept maps independently, find and search for meaningful concepts such as the flow of thought in a broad framework to organize the relationship between the concepts of the one with the other concepts. Learners are motivated to improve learning achievement through improving the understanding to remember and enhance the creativity of learners.Keywords: map of concepts, inquiry, achievementAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran PPKn. Metode yang digunakan adalah peta konsep dan metode inquiri dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Perkembangan hasil pengamatan dikelas, menunjukkan kemajuan yang dicapai oleh peserta didik dan bagi guru untuk pemahaman konsep-konsep pembelajaran PPKn. Peserta didik menentukan konsep-konsep essensial dengan menuliskannya pada kertas karton, papan tulis atau sejenisnya yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana pembelajaran, kemudian menghubungkan konsep penting dengan garis penghubung sehingga menjadi konsep bermakna. Selama proses pembelajaran, peserta didik dapat mengembangkan peta konsep bermakna secara mandiri, menemukan dan mencari konsep bermakna tersebut sebagai alur berpikir pada suatu kerangka yang luas mengorganisasikan hubungan antar konsep yang satu dengan konsep yang lainnya. Peserta didik termotivasi untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar melalui meningkatkan pemahaman untuk mengingat dan meningkatkan kreatifitas peserta didik.Kata kunci: peta konsep, berbasis inquiri, peningkatan

Abstract

Pembelajaran fisika sangat erat kaitannya dengan konsep, sehingga pemahaman konsep pada materi fisika harus dipahami dengan baik terlebih dahulu untuk dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan soal dan pemahaman konsep juga menjadi acuan dalam tingkat keberhasilan siswa selama pembelajaran fisika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep materi elastisitas dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran direct istruction. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 36 siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 di SMAN 4 Jember. Pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan model direct instruction. Pengkartegorian jawaban siswa diadaptasi berdasarkan kartegori n-gain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep siswa dalam hal menafsirkan memiliki kartegori tinggi dengan presentase 70 %, menginferensi 65%, membandingkan 50%, menjelaskan 40%. Hasil dari penggunaan model pembelajaran langsung (Direct Instruction) terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi elastisitas dan Hukum Hooke memiliki presentase yang cukup baik.Kata Kunci: Pemahaman Konsep Siswa Kelas Xi Pada Materi Elastisitas Dan Hukum Hooke, Model Pembelajaran Direct Instruction

Asuransi Bumiputera muda 1967 ( Bumida ) Surabaya Penelitian ini melakukan analisis beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen PT. Asuransi Bumiputera muda 1967 (Bumida) Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian yang akan dicapai dari penelitian ini : (1) Untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh faktor-faktor dimensi kepuasan nasabah yang terdiri atas kemampuan (ability) , sikap (attitude) , penampilan (appearance), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggungjawab (accountability) secara parsial terhadap kepuasan nasabah Asuransi di PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya (Y). (2) Untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh faktor – faktor,  kemampuan (ability), sikap (attitude), penampilan (appearance), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggungjawab (accountability) secara bersama – sama terhadap kepuasan Nasabah di PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya (Y), (3) Untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan manakah diantara faktor – factor kemampuan (ability), penampilan (appearance), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggungjawab (accountability) yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Asuransi di PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya (Y)Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua nasabah di PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya sebanyak 100 orang. Besarnya sampel ditentukan sebanyak 100% dari populasi total sehingga besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang yang ditetapkan dengan teknik simple random sampling atau sampling acak sederhana. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Model ini dipilih karena ingin mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variable bebas terhadap kepuasan Nasabah Asuransi pada PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya (Y) secara serempak maupun secara parsial.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : (1) faktor – factor kemampuan (ability), sikap (attitude), penampilan (appearance), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggungjawab (accountability) secara serempak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan Nasabah Asuransi di PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya (Y), (2) Seluruh faktor – faktor kemampuan (ability), sikap (attitude), penampilan (appearance), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggungjawab (accountability) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap kepuasan Nasabah di PT. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Samudera Trans Logistics. The background of this research is that we can get a good workforce by improving good organizational culture, appropriate compensation and continuously increasing work discipline. PT Samudera Trans Logistics, a logistics company, is facing complaints that the level of employee discipline in entering the office on time is still low. This is also reinforced by company data which shows employee absenteeism data for January - March 2024. Therefore, it is important to carry out this research so that it can help companies improve organizational culture and discipline. The purpose of this research is to determine: the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of compensation on employee performance, and the influence of work discipline on employee performance. The population of this research is all employees at PT Samudera Trans Logistics, totaling 40 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, t tests, and F tests. Simultaneously, the variables Organizational Culture, Compensation, and Career Discipline have an effect on Employee Performance variable. The coefficient of determination (R square) shows that the variables Organizational Culture, Compensation and Work Discipline have an influence of 63,4% on the Employee Performance variable while the remaining 36,6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of interest and price on purchasing decisions for ornamental plant products at flower shops in Banyuurip village, Kedamean Gresik district. This type of research is quantitative using an explanatory approach. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire which was distributed to 100 customers who had made purchase transactions at least twice at the flower stand in Banyuurip Village, Kedamean Gresik District. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis t test, f test, classical assumptions, normality with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between purchasing interest and selling price on purchasing decisions for ornamental plant products at flower shops in Banyuurip village, Kedamean Gresik subdistrict." This research has the implication that flower shops in Banyuurip village must increase consumer buying interest so that consumers carry out purchase transactions regularly and sustainably and pay attention to selling prices that are competitive with other markets, the quality is the same but the price is slightly different or cheaper or the selling price is expensive but the quality is better.

Abstract

Export activities are the activity of removing goods from within the country to the destination country. So exports are trade by sending goods to a country with which there has previously been an agreement by each representative of the country concerned, namely the exporter and importer. The smoothness of the export process can be seen from the document handling procedures carried out by PPJK so that the cargo can enter the customs area without any problems occurring. The aim of this research is to analyze the export document procedures for abrasive cloth cargo by PT. Millennium Trans Bahari as PPJK. In writing this thesis, research was carried out using a qualitative approach through direct observation methods at PT. Millennium Trans Bahari, interview method with one of the operational staff and documentation in the export and import division in the form of written data which includes documents required for export activities. The results obtained in this research are that the analysis of procedures for abrasive cloth cargo export documents by PPJK at PT. Millennium Trans Bahari, in its implementation, is in accordance with existing procedures.

Abstract

This study aims to further investigate "The Influence of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction" at PT Tiga Berlian Mandiri Surabaya. The background of this research is that in the era of globalization, customer satisfaction becomes a key success factor for companies to continue to grow and compete. PT. Tiga Berlian Mandiri (Tiberman), an importer of heavy equipment tires, has faced complaints related to customer dissatisfaction due to service issues. This is also supported by company data showing a decline in April 2024. Therefore, this research is important to help the company improve the services and products provided. The objectives of this study are to determine: the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, the influence of price on customer satisfaction, and the influence of both service quality and price on customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is the quantitative method, which aims to develop mathematical models, theories, and hypotheses related to a phenomenon to determine the relationships between variables within a population. Data were obtained through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The research population is the employees and customers of PT Tiga Berlian Mandiri Surabaya, with a sample of 34 taken from the population using purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire results were calculated using a Likert Scale. The conclusion of this study is that service quality affects customer satisfaction and price affects customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media and consumer behavior on the decision to purchase fashion products. This study uses quantitative methods with questionnaire distribution techniques. Data was collected from generation Z in the Mojokerto region and obtained 86 respondents who were actively using social media to find information and buy fashion products. The results of the analysis that had been carried out using SPSS in the t test showed that social media affected the purchase decision with the results of the tcount value of 4,436> ttable 1,9886 with a significant 0,000 <0.05 and consumer behavior affected the purchase decision with the results of the tcount value of 3,667> Ttable 1,9886 with significant 0.001 <0.05. While the results in the F test show that social media and consumer behavior have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions with the results of the value of F count 25,981> F Table 3,9546 with a significant 0,000 <0.05 which means that social media variables and consumer behavior influence purchasing decisions. The findings of this study indicate that social media and consumer behavior are an important factor that needs to be considered by the fashion brand in developing their marketing strategies. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the development of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at RSUD Kota Yogyakarta in 2024 using SWOT and PESTEL analytical approaches. Secondary data were collected from hospital documents and relevant government regulations. The SWOT analysis identifies internal and external factors such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, while the PESTEL analysis examines political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal influences on EMR implementation. The findings indicate that the hospital holds considerable potential due to strong managerial support and adequate infrastructure, though challenges remain in terms of limited human resource competencies and data security risks. The integration of both analyses provides strategic recommendations to support the optimization of EMR implementation and enhance the quality of healthcare services.

Abstract

Digital transformation in hospital information systems demands a more effective, efficient, and secure management of medical record archives. This study aims to analyze the performance of electronic medical record (EMR) archiving management at RSUD Kota Yogyakarta using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. The study adopts a qualitative descriptive method based on secondary data derived from the 2024 performance report (LKIP), financial statements (CaLK), and strategic planning documents. The analysis reveals that from the financial perspective, the hospital demonstrates budget efficiency with a revenue realization of 116.29%. However, from the customer perspective, a decrease of 0.76 points in the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) occurred despite the implementation of digital innovations. The internal business process perspective shows good performance indicator achievements, yet lacks documented SOPs for EMR management and data protection policies. From the learning and growth perspective, staff training is unstructured, and digital competence is not yet clearly mapped. The study recommends strategic improvements in SOP development, staff capacity building, and digital literacy enhancement to ensure the successful transformation of the hospital’s archiving system.
