Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan pendekatan Model Reading Guide Berbasis PAIKEM dalam upaya meningkatkan aktifitas belajar Peserta didik Kelompok BI TK Negeri Pembina Cakranegara. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan kajian dan bahan temuan dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di kelas senyatanya. Bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dalam proses pembelajaran dan bagi peserta didik untuk meningktakan motivasi belajar yang berdampak meningkatnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus, masing-masing siklus kegiatannya adalah; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil akhir tindakan pada siklus II menunjukkan bahwa hasil observasi guru memperoleh skor rata-rata (4,43) dan hasil observasi peserta didik mencapai skor rata-rata (4,24). Sedangkan hasil dari peningkatan aktifitas belajar peserta didik adalah meningkatnya perolehan hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai nilai rata-rata (84,92), artinya indikator keberhasilan (> 75,00) telah terlampaui. Karena indikator keberhasilan telah terbukti penelitian dinyatakan berhasil dan dihentikan pada siklus II.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine how the real efforts of Islamization of science and its implications tehadap Islamic education, and to prove that the idea of Islamization of knowledge is one of the phenomena of contemporary thinking movement activists of the Islamic world in the Era of the 1970s until the early 1980s. Operationally this study apply the methods of data analysis. The use of descriptive data analysis methods intended to analyze the thoughts and ideas of Islamization of science and its implications for the foundations of Islamic education. The primary sources referenced in this research is the work of thought Ismail al-Faruqi related to the concept of Islamization of knowledge with other Muslim thinkers like Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas as it is known that since the onslaught of the discourse of Islamization knowledge, it invites experts to discuss. Among Muslim scholars have argued the importance of science to believe that science is necessary for Islamize, considering science in their outlook had been poisoned ideology and values of Western philosophy that much against the teachings of Islam. Al-Faruqi and Al-Attas appeared in their midst as the two central figures that are persistent and critical devote his ideas in modern science Islamization program. In their minds, the reality of the education that develops today embraces two educational systems, namely the system of Islamic education and secular education system, within the framework of the Islamisation of knowledge of both education system should be integrated into a system that is holistic so create education system  powerful both materially and spiritually. Keywords: Islamization, Science, Islamic Education

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to validate an efficient and effective of the footwear stakeholder chain marketplace system for coordination among stakeholders in the footwear industry. Informants used to collect data are suppliers of raw materials, auxiliary materials and machinery in the footwear industry, footwear manufacturers, footwear customers, financial institutions, and logistics services. Methods of data collection using interviews, questionnaires and observation. The data collected is tabulated for the process of analysis, synthesis, and product development using the beta version of the product. The results of the study show the features of consumers, features of manufacturers, features of suppliers, features of funding institutions, and features of validated logistics services. The validated model is beneficial for consumers, suppliers, manufacturers, funding institutions, and logistics services. For consumers, especially can make their own designs. For suppliers and manufacturers, they can share access. For funding institutions and logistics services, they can be very competitive. The creation of this efficiency and effectiveness encourages the development of competitiveness in the footwear industry. Abstract

Perubahan yang terjadi pada lansia yaitu penurunan kekuatan otot, gangguan berjalan, kelemahan ekstermitas bawah, dan kekakuan sendi yang dapat meningkatkan risiko jatuh pada lansia. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi risiko jatuh pada lansia salah satunya dilakukan latihan ROM. Latihan ROM merupakan latihan untuk mempertahankan atau memperbaiki tingkat kesempurnaan kemampuan menggerakkan persendian secara normal dan lengkap untuk meningkatkan massa dan tonus otot. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan ROM terhadap risiko jatuh pada lansia. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one-group pra-post design. Sampel yang diambil 30 dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Risiko jatuh menggunakan alat ukur Berg Balance Scale (BBS). Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan sebelum diberikan ROM memiliki risiko jatuh menengah sebanyak 13 lansia (43,3 persen). Sesudah dilakukan ROM menunjukkan bahwa 27 lansia (90 persen) mengalami risiko jatuh rendah. Analisa data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai p value (0,000) maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh latihan ROM terhadap risiko jatuh pada lansia. Latihan ROM yang dilakukan 2 kali dalam seminggu selama 15 menit dengan 5 kali pengulangan. Latihan ROM dapat menjadi salah satu latihan untuk mengurangi risiko jatuh pada lansia, dengan melakukan latihan ROM meningkatkan massa dan tonus otot. Kata kunci: Lanjut Usia, Range of Motion, Risiko Jatuh.

Abstract

This research wants to know more about "EFFECT OF REWARD AND PUNISHMENT ON EMPLOYEE'S WORK MOTIVATION" in accordance with the main problem, namely the effect of reward and punishment on PT BMW Astra Surabaya's employee motivation. The background for this research is that there are many employees who feel they are not being cared for in their maximum performance and there are still some employees who do not comply with the regulations that have been made. The purpose of this study was to find out: Is the effect of giving rewards and punishments on employee motivation to increase and discipline the performance of existing employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that aims to measure the work performance of existing employees in the provision of rewards and punishments whether it will further build employee performance motivation. Meanwhile, to support this research, it was obtained through library research and questionnaires by distributing questionnaires to several sections of employees. The population in this study were employees of BMW Astra Surabaya. The conclusion from this study is that giving rewards greatly influences the work motivation of BMW employees, because employees will receive rewards when they achieve their goals. Giving punishment also affects the work motivation of BMW Astra HR employees. Muhammad, because employees know how to work with more discipline. The existence of reward and punishment allows employees to have benchmarks in everything they do and maintain integrity with every current employee.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Samudera Trans Logistics. The background of this research is that we can get a good workforce by improving good organizational culture, appropriate compensation and continuously increasing work discipline. PT Samudera Trans Logistics, a logistics company, is facing complaints that the level of employee discipline in entering the office on time is still low. This is also reinforced by company data which shows employee absenteeism data for January - March 2024. Therefore, it is important to carry out this research so that it can help companies improve organizational culture and discipline. The purpose of this research is to determine: the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of compensation on employee performance, and the influence of work discipline on employee performance. The population of this research is all employees at PT Samudera Trans Logistics, totaling 40 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, t tests, and F tests. Simultaneously, the variables Organizational Culture, Compensation, and Career Discipline have an effect on Employee Performance variable. The coefficient of determination (R square) shows that the variables Organizational Culture, Compensation and Work Discipline have an influence of 63,4% on the Employee Performance variable while the remaining 36,6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of interest and price on purchasing decisions for ornamental plant products at flower shops in Banyuurip village, Kedamean Gresik district. This type of research is quantitative using an explanatory approach. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire which was distributed to 100 customers who had made purchase transactions at least twice at the flower stand in Banyuurip Village, Kedamean Gresik District. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis t test, f test, classical assumptions, normality with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between purchasing interest and selling price on purchasing decisions for ornamental plant products at flower shops in Banyuurip village, Kedamean Gresik subdistrict." This research has the implication that flower shops in Banyuurip village must increase consumer buying interest so that consumers carry out purchase transactions regularly and sustainably and pay attention to selling prices that are competitive with other markets, the quality is the same but the price is slightly different or cheaper or the selling price is expensive but the quality is better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of workload and work stress kerja on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach by taking the case at PT. Prudential Life Assurance (MRT Stars Agency). The sample in this study used a nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling category, so that the sample of this study were 30 employees at the PT. Prudential Life Assurance (MRT Stars Agency). Data collection uses primary data and secondary data which is then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.847 or 84.7% with the help of the IBM SPSS software application. The results of this study indicate that the workload and work stress simultaneously affect employee performance.
