Abstract

Berat Badan Lahir Rendan (BBLR) adalah bayi yang lahir dengan berat badan lahir kurang dari 2.500 gram, yangdibedakan dalam 2 kategori yaitu : BBLR yang disebabkan karena lahir prematur (usia kandungan kurang dari 37minggu) dan BBLR lahir dengan KMK (Kecil Masa Kehamilan) bayi yang lahir cukup bulan dengan berat badankurang dari normal. Kurangnya berat badan dapat mempengaruhi status nutrisi pada bayi. Kesiapan meningkatkannutrisi (pemberian ASI) adalah pola asupan nutrisi yang mencukupi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan metabolik dandapat di tingkatkan. Salah satu tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk membantu peningkatan nutrisi adalah pijatbayi. Pijat Bayi adalah terapi sentuhan yang juga merupakan seni perawatan kesehatan dan pengobatan. Tujuanstudi kasus ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan bentuk rancangan one grup pretes posttest. Subyek daripenelitian ini adalah 2 responden dengan kriteria pasien dengan BBLR, berat badan (1.500-2.500 gram), Usia 0-1bulan atau 30 hari, Tidak ada gangguan tingkat kesadaran. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatannutrisi setelah dilakukan pijat bayi pada BBLR selama 2 x 15 menit selama 2 minggu yang dibuktikan denganpeningkatan berat bdan dan frekuensi menyusu. Rekomendasi terapi pemijatan bayi dapat dilakukan secara rutinsetiap hari sampai usia bayi mencapai 2 tahun

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perawat profesional yang memiliki kemampuan intelektual dan ketrampilan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan kepada klien. Pencapaian kompetensi praktik sangat bergantung kepada tersedianya lahan praktik yang memadai dan kesiapan Pembimbing Klinik. RS Permata Medika yang merupakan salah satu lahan praktik mahasiswa. Perawat yang ditunjuk sebagai pembimbing klinik, belum memahami peran sebagai preceptor kepada mahasiswa praktik dan metode pembelajaran di lahan praktik keperawatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diberikan kepada preceptor untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan menerapkan metode bimbingan pembelajaran klinik keperawatan di RS. Permata Medika. Pelatihan Perceptorship dilaksanakan dengan ceramah dan demonstrasi.  Evaluasi kegiatan diawali dari pre test dan post test materi Perceptorship dan redemonstrasi metode pembelajaran klinik keperawatan. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebanyak 90% peserta setelah dilakukan pelatihan preceptorship. Kegiatan PKM pelatihan preceptorship bertujuan untuk meningkat kemampuan kognitif  dan psikomotor tentang metode bimbingan pembelajaran klinik keperawatan. Perlu dilakukan pelatihan metode preceptorship secara berkala di rumah sakit yang digunakan sebagai lahan praktik, diharapkan preceptor akan terus mengikuti perkembangan ilmu keperawatan terbaru. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Metode Perceptorship, Pembimbing Klinik  ABSTRACT Professional nurses who have intellectual abilities and skills are needed to improve the quality of nursing services to clients. The achievement of practical competence is very dependent on the availability of adequate practice land and the readiness of the Clinical Supervisor. Permata Medika Hospital is one of the student practice areas. Nurses who are appointed as clinical supervisors do not understand the role of preceptors for practical students and learning methods in the field of nursing practice. Community service activities are given to preceptors to provide knowledge and apply nursing clinical learning guidance methods in hospitals. Medical Gems. Preceptorship training is carried out with lectures and demonstrations. Evaluation of activities begins with the pre-test and post-test of Preceptorship material and demonstration of nursing clinical learning methods. There was an increase in knowledge of 90% of participants after the preceptorship training. PKM activities for preceptorship training are aimed at increasing cognitive and psychomotor abilities regarding clinical nursing learning guidance methods. It is necessary to conduct regular preceptorship method training in hospitals that are used as practice areas, it is hoped that preceptors will continue to follow the latest developments in nursing science. Keywords: Competence, Preceptorship Method, Clinical Supervisor

Abstract

Background: Management of diabetes mellitus is not only from pharmacology but requires family support. The role of the family in diabetic foot care is needed to improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavior of diabetic wound prevention after being given Family Support-Based Foot Care Education. Method, this type of research is a quasi-experimental one-group pre-post test with the intervention of Family Support-Based Foot Care Education. The instrument for measuring foot care behavior uses the NAFF (Nottingham Assessment of Functional Footcare) questionnaire. The results showed that before being given family support-based foot care education, there were 20 respondents with negative behavior and 30 respondents with positive behavior. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test obtained a p-value of 0.000 so that a p-value <0.05 there were differences in foot care behavior before and after being given family support-based foot care education to the respondents. Conclusion: The results showed that there was an increase in diabetic wound prevention behavior with an average increase of 10.5.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of a short-duration digital education intervention based on interactive videos distributed through platforms commonly used by adolescents in Semarang. The study used a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the average knowledge score before and after being given digital-based education (p = 0.000). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that digital educational interventions had a positive impact on increasing adolescents' knowledge of early breast cancer detection. The findings of this study are expected to form the basis for developing more effective, applicable, and sustainable technology-based health learning models in the context of an ever-evolving digital landscape. This finding confirms that the use of digital media is an approach that aligns with the characteristics of adolescents and is relevant in improving health literacy related to early detection of breast cancer.
