Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge and understanding of Baitul Mal, Legal Aid Institutions, and improve the quality of schools. This method of community service is seminars and discussions. The population in this community service activity is as many as 50 people who are managers and residents of Taman Kedaung, South Tangerang. The result of this community service is that all participants can establish Baitul Mal, a Legal Aid Institute, and improve the quality of schools at the Nurul Huda Mosque.

Abstract

The purpose of community service is to provide knowledge, and understanding of financial literacy, fund management, and increasing the spirit of entrepreneurship so as to create new jobs. The method of community service is seminars and discussions. The population in this community service activity is as many as 50 UMKM that are incorporated in the fostered PT. ASTRA Insurance in the South Jakarta area. The result of community service is that all participants can manage their business funds well, understand the status of business ownership, and be motivated in entrepreneurship so as to create new jobs.

Abstract

The research conducted by the researcher aims to find information regarding the readiness of students in distance learning using the e-learning lecture model, the process of implementing e-learning learning in teaching and learning activities, the inhibiting factors for using online lectures. Thus, the results of the study showed that students were ready to accept the online learning process and their readiness in the application of ICT, however, several obstacles were found in the distance lecture process, such as the internet signal network that was not supported and adequate so that the process of implementing online lectures was not optimal.It was found that the aspects that became obstacles in distance learning using e-learning, which found 3 factors in it, namely: the lack of knowledge dissemination about e-learning lectures was less intense, there was still at least the use of tools and features provided in the e-learning model and still found "404 not found" because the destination website is experiencing problems.Keywords: Evaluation; E-learning; BINUS; UT; UNPAM;

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the interests and intellectual intelligence together with the achievement of Pancasila and Citizenship Education learning on semester 1 students of Pamulang University. That interest in learning is something that can awaken or encourage a person to be diligent in learning to achieve the desired goals by trying to know, follow, understand, concentrate, to achieve high achievement. In the learning activities of each learner will be influenced by his intellectual intelligence personally. Through the intellectual intelligence of the students are trying to set goals that must be achieved. The results of this study found that Achievement learning Citizenship Education on average is 66,825 and there are still 40% who have values below the average so categorized quite good or moderate. Improvement of learning achievement of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) can improve student's interest in learning better. Second, the results showed the dominant influence of intellectual intelligence is higher than the interest in learning. Therefore, the intellectual intelligence of students is always honed, so often given the task of homework both individually and in groups. Third, further research is needed which includes variables other than the interest in learning and intellectual intelligence as a complete predictor of Pancasila and Citizenship Education achievement. Moreover, there are still 50.1% sources of variation that cannot be explained by interest in learning and intellectual acumen.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Android application called Eduwall based on the SuperApps framework for facilitating the learning process for deaf students. This study used a research and development (R&D) method, employing data collection techniques such as surveys, observations, interviews, and questionnaires to inform the development of the Eduwall application. The subjects in this research were deaf students at Pamulang University. The data analysis process encompassed six stages: concept development, design, material collection, assembly, product test and distribution. The research findings showed that the Eduwall application, based on the superapps model, was deemed suitable for use. This had been tested by IT experts, media experts, disability experts, lecturers, and students. The feasibility of this application means that the Eduwall application was practical, effective, efficient, and fun for students, especially deaf students. This Eduwall application was also equipped with a sign language dictionary to facilitate users in understanding the conditions of deaf students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti dampak perhatian orang tua dan kemandirian belajar siswa terhadap perilaku SDM sekolah. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana dukungan kemandirian orang tua dan kontrol psikologis membentuk kemandirian relatif siswa dalam belajar, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi sikap dan tindakan staf sekolah. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa dukungan kemandirian orang tua berhubungan positif dengan berbagai hasil akademis dan sosial pada anak-anak yang sedang berkembang, dan juga pada anak-anak yang mengalami ketidakmampuan belajar (Shea, 2013) (Vansteenkiste et al., 2005). Untuk menguji hubungan yang dihipotesiskan, akan dilakukan survei cross-sectional terhadap sampel staf sekolah, termasuk guru, konselor, dan administrator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperluas temuantemuan ini dengan memeriksa implikasi hilir untuk perilaku personal sekolah. Dihipotesiskan bahwa siswa dengan tingkat kemandirian belajar yang lebih tinggi, yang dipupuk oleh pengasuhan yang mendukung kemandirian, akan memperoleh perilaku yang lebih positif dan mendukung dari staf sekolah dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mengalami kontrol psikologis orang tua yang tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana sistem sekolah dapat mengoptimalkan lingkungan belajar dengan mempromosikan dukungan kemandirian orang tua dan pengaturan diri siswa.
