Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, self-efficacy, and motivation on the performance of Wonogiri District Agriculture and Food Service employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The object of this research is the performance of the Wonogiri District Agriculture and Food Service. Observation unit used 25 Agricultural Extension Centers. Determination of the sample using the cluster sampling method. The number of samples used was 218 samples. The method used is the survey method with questionnaires and interviews. The research design was descriptive, and the type of research used was explanatory research. Data analysis methods used include descriptive statistical analysis and parametric statistical analysis. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study showed leadership, self-efficacy and motivation had a positive effect on the performance of the Wonogiri District Agriculture and Food Service.

Abstract

This study was conducted in order to prove the hypothesis that has been formulated that there is significant influence of organizational culture dan knowledge management on the performance of the apparatus on the object of study, namely the Secretariat General of the Council of National Resilience. The study was conducted by using a quantitative approach in the form of a correlation study. Techniques of data collection using survey techniques through questionnaires, by giving a list of statements and questions to the 60 respondents as the sample is determined by means of simple random sampling. Conclusion the study proves that the influence of organizational culture on the performance of the apparatus Secretary General of Wantannas insignificant. While the influence of knowledge management on the performance of the Secretariat General Wantannas is significant. Similarly, studies have shown a significant influence of organizational culture and knowledge management simultaneous on the performance of the Secretariat General of Wantannas. Therefore, it is recommended that the Secretariat General of Wantannas develop organizational culture and knowledge management as one of the models of organizational coaching in improving the achievement of high performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational support and work attitudes on work productivity of PT. Prime Prima. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach, which is a research method designed to obtain information about the relationships between different variables in one population. The instrument used in this study consisted of questionnaires for each variable that was valid and reliable. The results of the study show that 1) Organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, meaning that the higher the organizational support provided, the more work productivity of employees will increase. 2) An effective work attitude has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, meaning that the better the work attitude that employees have, the employee's work productivity will increase. 3) Organizational support and work attitudes together have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, meaning that the higher the organization's support and the better the work attitude that is owned, then the work productivity of employees will increase.

Abstract

Background: Rapid business development encourages companies or organizations to optimize their human resources to face competition, especially in the health sector. This growth has led to an increase in labor demand in the health sector. Hospitals, which were previously social institutions, are now developing into an increasingly competitive service industry. Therefore, companies must have good human resources, because the progress of an organization cannot be separated from the existence and influence of human resources in it. Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job training, work motivation, and occupational health safety on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. Methods: This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory or causal design, and is a cross-sectional study. Results: The results obtained in the study, namely job training, had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. Then work motivation was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. And finally, occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. Conclusion: From the results that have been obtained, it is known that job training, work motivation, occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. Regarding job training variables, it is recommended to the company that training is given continuously to each employee, it would be better if training is given from the beginning of employee placement so that employees can easily adjust to their new job.

Abstract

AbstractExisting literature on lean reveals that there are still few theoretical models that discuss the implementation of lean tools in the service sector, especially higher education services, their relationship to building academic culture, and their effect on research performance of university lecturers. The aim of this paper is to address this gap by proposing a theoretical model developed from the Cadden (2020) model and operationalized to build academic culture and its relationship to the research performance of university lecturersAbstrakLiteratur yang ada tentang lean mengungkapkan masih sedikit model teoretis yang membahas penerepan lean tools di sektor jasa khususnya jasa pendidikan tinggi, keterkaitannya dalam membangun budaya akademik,  dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja penelitian dosen perguruan tinggi. Abstract

Performance is the main indicator for the progress of a company, resulting in increased productivity in all parts of the system. Basically, performance is an individual thing because each individual will have a different level of performance in accordance with the values that apply to each individual. The more aspects of the job that match the individual's wishes, the higher the level of performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health, work environment and compensation on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of PT SMG, with a population of 114 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale measurement. The data were analyzed using the SmartPLS software version 3.3.7. The results of this study indicate that occupational safety and health, work environment and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the elements affecting ASN employees' job satisfaction in the East Jakarta City Administration Education Department. The benefit the goal of this study is to address the issue of job satisfaction. for ASN employees of the East Jakarta City Administration Education Sub-dept. The East Jakarta City Administration's ASN employees make up the study's population. Education Sub-dept. using 104 employees as the sample size and an observation period of 2023. This research is quantitative research with data analysis methods using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the research show that transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through work motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate further regarding those influence which come from personal characteristics, motivation and work discipline towards employee performance at PT Hi-Lex Cirebon. The research population was employees from PT Hi-Lex Cirebon, with a total sample of 103 employees. The research method used a quantitative method. The data were processed through Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis by SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The results showed that the personal characteristics had a positive influence on employee performance, motivation had none relate to employee performance and work discipline had a positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to partially analyze the influence of the work environment on the job satisfaction of Digibank by DBS Indonesia employees, to partially analyze the effect of compensation on employee satisfaction of Digibank by DBS Indonesia, to partially analyze the influence of leadership styles on the job satisfaction of Digibank by DBS Indonesia employees, to analyze the simultaneous influence between the work environment, compensation and leadership style on the job satisfaction of Digibank employees by DBS Indonesia. The method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, the sample in this study is employees in the digibank section of DBS Bank Indonesia as many as 50 employees who will be used as respondents to fill out questionnaires. The results stated that the work environment has a partially positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Compensation has a partially positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The leadership style partially positively and significantly affects employee job satisfaction. Work environment, compensation and leadership style simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research has purposes to reveal and investigate further the affects from work motivation, cooperation, and work culture towards the employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bekasi. The achievement of key performance indicator (KPI) distribution loss cannot be separated from work motivation from each employee. Good cooperation will provide maximum results in the implementation of work. In addition, with a well-developed work culture, every job could be sort out properly. The research method which applied was quantitative approach. The populations are 51 employees in the Energy Transaction Section and Network Section. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a total sample of 51 employees. Research data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Quantitative data analysis method through multiple linear regression method. The results indicates that 1) Work motivation partially has a strong and significant affect on employee performance. 2) Cooperation partially has a significant affect on employee performance. 3) Work culture Partially has a strong and significant affect on employee performance. 4) Work motivation, cooperation and work culture simultaneously have a positive and significant affect on employee performance. The research interpretation shows that the most powerful and significant factor in influencing the employee performance is the work motivation and followed by the cooperation and lastly the work culture variable.
