Abstract

Protein denaturation is a decomposition process which is followed by chemical physical and biologgical changes of protein properties. Changes in chemical properties cause decreasing of solubility. while changes in physical and biological properties will cause increasing of concen­tration and increasing of divestibility by proteolitic enzymes, respectively Protein denaturation can occur either through physical or chemical processes.

Abstract

The effect of steaming temperatures of husked sunflower seed on the yield and quality of the oil have been studied using a Iocal varaety "Rembang". The oil was extracted by pressing at 18,00 psi for 10 minutes. The results show that higher steaming temperatures increased the peroxide number, saponfication number and free fatty acid, and decreased the moisture content. The steaming temperature of 95° C produced the optimurn yield and quality.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of the influence of price and quality of service on customer satisfaction (case study at Mixue Pasar Bersih branch, Jababeka). The research method used is quantitative using hypothesis testing to analyze the relationship between the variables studied. The population used as research objects are consumers who buy Mixue products at the Jababeka Clean Market. Data analysis was implemented in the form of a questionnaire using the SPSS application with the tests used being the Validity Test and Reliability Test. Total respondents were 113 people from 15 questions, considering the questionnaire answers which stated Strongly Agree 23%, Agree 46%, Normal 24%, Disagree 5%, Strongly Disagree 1%. The results of the research state that X1 has an effect on Y and is supported by variable X2 which also has an effect on Y.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi fungsi strategis humas desa dalam membangun komunikasi dan mendukung distribusi bantuan sosial di Desa Cibarusah Jaya. Dengan menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen, penelitian ini menemukan berbagai strategi komunikasi humas, tantangan, serta langkah-langkah pengoptimalan yang telah dilaksanakan. Humas berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara pemerintah desa dan warga, tidak hanya menyampaikan informasi secara jelas dan transparan tetapi juga menerima masukan, menjelaskan isu yang ada, dan memperkuat kepercayaan publik. Strategi yang digunakan mencakup pemanfaatan platform media sosial, interaksi langsung, dan kerja sama di antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, sarana komunikasi, dan kemampuan literasi digital dari masyarakat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran humas yang fleksibel dan bersinergi dapat meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, serta efektivitas dalam program bantuan sosial di tingkat desa.
