Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memetakan tingkat literasi keuangan dan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan pengurus BUMDes di Kecamatan Cimaung Kabupaten Bandung. Kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu tahap survei, tahap pelatihan serta tahap praktek. Tingkat literasi keuangan yang di survei berdasarkan konsep, yaitu pemahaman/pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kepercayaan terhadap lembaga keuangan. Sedangkan Lembaga Jasa Keuangan yang ditanyakan meliputi Bank, Asuransi dan Perusahaan Pembiayaan. Survei awal menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan pengurus BUMDes yang well literate untuk Bank sebesar  38,90% dan not literate untuk Perusahaan Pembiayaan sebesar 68,00%. Dari hasil tersebut diketahui masih perlu dilakukan peningkatan program pendidikan literasi keuangan dalam rangka membuka akses pengurus BUMDes ke Bank, Asuransi serta Perusahaan Pembiayaan. Setelah pelatihan ada peningkatan tingkat literasi keuangan pengurus BUMDes well literate untuk Bank menjadi sebesar 41s,35% dan penurunan indeks not literate untuk Perusahaan Pembiayaan menjadi sebesar 27,35%. Pengurus BUMDes sudah bisa membuat laporan keuangan sederhana, agar bisa memenuhi kewajiban membuat laporan keuangan bulanan dengan cara yang transparan dan jujur bagi bisnis-bisnis di BUMDes  tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi penjualan pada Rahayu Photo Copy  berbasis  web.  Sistem  ini  dikembangkan  menggunakan  bahasa  pemrograman  PHP  dengan menggunakan  MySQL  sebagai  database.  Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan ditambah dengan studi pustaka yang memiliki kaitan dengan masalah yang dihadapi. Sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan sitem pengembangan model Waterfall. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan masalah seperti : 1) Seringkali terjadi kehilangan nota transaksi, 2) tidak tersusun dengan teratur transaksi penjualan, dan 3) Pencatatan secara manual kurang rapih, sehingga mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam pencacatan transaksi dan juga kesalahan dalam pencacatan laporan akhir bulannya. Adapun upaya pemecahan masalah tersebut yaitu dengan membuat sistem informasi penjualan  berbasis web menggunakan MySQL.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of integrated marketing communication (IMC) on purchasing decisions of knitted products at CV. Eka Jaya Mandiri in January 2020, as well as to find out the problems and efforts made related to integrated marketing communication (IMC) and purchasing decisions on CV. Eka Jaya Mandiri. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with the data source from the respondent's questionnaire. The data collection technique obtained is by means of field work practices and literature studies. Based on the results of data analysis, the effect of integrated marketing communication (IMC) on purchasing decisions has a close relationship of 0.730 strong category. Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) affects the Purchase Decision by 53.3% and the remaining 46.7% is influenced by other variables. The problem that occurs is Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) in CV. Eka Jaya Mandiri has not been carried out optimally, because many programs and planning concepts are not operated and are underdeveloped. However, to overcome this problem, the company makes efforts to develop programs and promotional planning concepts, while the advice given is that companies need to pay attention to sales health, maximize all promotional sources that will be run, and collaborate with other companies or institutions in the business field.

Abstract

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Perpustakaan ini bertujuan memberikan kemudahan dalam setiap proses transaksi serta memberikan inovasi baru berupa laporan keuangan arus kas pada setiap transaksi yang berkaitan dengan pendapatan ataupun pengeluaran kas pada perpustakaan di SMAN 1 Cileunyi. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, deskriptif dengan proses observasi, wawancara dan Studi Literatur. Kemudian dengan didukung oleh metode pengembangan sistem berupa metode Waterfall. Dengan proses pencatatan yang dilakukan masih dengan sistem manual. Hal tersebut menimbulkan beberapa masalah seperti kesalahan dalam pencatatan data, serta kehilangan data. Oleh karena itu, Perpustakaan SMAN 1 Cileunyi membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang diharapkan mampu mempermudah setiap transaksi di perpustakaan. Dalam hal ini peneliti merancang sebuah Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Perpustakaan dengan analisis terstruktur yaitu, Flowmap, Diagram Konteks, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD) berbasis Desktop dengan didukung Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 serta MsQL. Dengan pengujian sistem menggunakan pengujian Black-box. Peneliti berharap dengan hadirnya sistem ini mampu mempermudah proses pencatatan hingga pembuatan laporan setiap transaksi.

Abstract

indonesia, the world's 15th largest economy, receives less foreign direct investment than any other developing country, both within and outside its region, with a population of 270 million people and abundant natural resources. According to Indonesia's Central Bureau of Statistics, the country's BPD at that time stood at US$1.49 Trillion. Over the past ten years, foreign direct investment into Indonesia has continued to increase. Multinational companies are companies that consist of various other companies that provide foreign investment opportunities and conduct activities that increase the value of the entity. In addition, multinational companies also have an important role in the global economy and are also leaders in various industrial sectors. The purpose of this research is to find out Multinational Companies that have an important role in the Indonesian economy. This research method uses a qualitative method by collecting research data from previous researchers as a reference. The results of the research we found show that the role of multinational companies has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact for Indonesia is that they give Indonesia the opportunity to develop its economy through foreign exchange, besides that Multinational Companies also develop digitalization technology for the Indonesian economy. In addition to the positive impact, there are also negative impacts of MNCs, namely, dependence on foreign technology and components, limiting the development of domestic industries, limited technology transfer and development of local companies, decreased domestic investment due to the oligopolistic nature of MNCs, the last is environmental degradation and social inequality caused by MNC operations.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, strong economic development is a priority for every country, with a significant focus on the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Using a qualitative descriptive approach of the field research method through interviews by utilizing field research to evaluate Rempeyek's business feasibility study. This research highlights the fundamental contribution of MSMEs to the national economy, especially in addressing issues such as poverty, unemployment, and income distribution. The study emphasizes the importance of understanding market opportunities and capitalizing on them through innovative product offerings that appeal to consumers. One of these promising businesses is the culinary business "Rempeyek 4 Sekawan", a traditional Indonesian snack that has gained popularity in various demographics. The study identified the potential market for reampeyek businesses, especially with the increasing demand for local snacks that combine traditional flavors with modern innovations. However, dynamic market conditions present challenges that require a comprehensive feasibility analysis. Therefore, the results of the research on the 4 friends business are worthy of being carried out as a business opportunity by using analysis that covers various aspects, including market and marketing, finance, operations, production and technology, human resources, and legal considerations. By applying a SWOT analysis, this study aims to provide insight into the competitive position of Rempeyek 4 Sekawan's business, ensuring its sustainability and success in the market.

Abstract

“Teh Kaling” is a drink that combines the iconic taste of tea with kolang kaling topping. Kolang kaling is processed from half ripe palm fruit that has been burned of boiled. Apart from creating viable business results in terms of management, marketing, financial, operational and environmental impact aspects. The research was also carried out to show that kolang kaling can be used as a main topping in tea drinks. The data obtained comes from market surveys and interviews with potential consumers. This business has high prospects, considering that kolang kaling has high nutritional value and is unique in combining it with fresh tea drink.

Abstract

A business feasibility study is the first step to assessing the potential of a business and is the basis for building a business. Running a business that is viable and has a future requires careful calculation and planning. Cisirasa is a business engaged in traditional snacks. The purpose of this research is to analyze the business feasibility of Cisirasa through four main aspects, namely human resources, market and marketing, finance and operations and technology. This is done to find out whether the Cisirasa business is feasible or not to run. The research method used descriptive method with a qualitative approach to analyze the feasibility of cireng business as a culinary business opportunity. Studi kelayakan bisnis merupakan langkah awal untuk menilai potensi sebuah usaha dan menjadi dasar dalam membangun usaha. Menjalankan suatu usaha yang layak dan memiliki masa depan memerlukan perhitungan dan perencanaan yang matang. Cisirasa merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan ringan tradisional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelayakan bisnis Cisirasa melalui empat aspek utama, yaitu sumber daya manusia, pasar dan pemasaran, kekuangan dan operasional dan teknologi. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah usaha Cisirasa ini layak atau tidak untuk dijalankan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha cireng sebagai peluang bisnis kuliner.
