Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian Pada Masyaraka ditujukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada pengelola agrowisata maupun kepada masyarakat luas akan pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan covid-19 di objek wisata pada era transisi seperti sekarang ini. Protokol kesehatan covid – 19 ini sangat penting untuk diterapkan oleh pengelola dan penting untuk dipatuhi oleh masyarakat sebagai pengunjung tempat wisata. Kegiatan  pengabdian ini dilakukan di 4 (empat)  objek agrowisata yaitu Asia Farm - Pekanbaru, Taman Celosia Desa Gunung Keling, Desa wisata Cireong dan Desa  wisata Cihideung. Program ini, diawali dengan identifikasi awal mengenai permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan penerapan protokol covid-19 di Asia Farm - Pekanbaru, Taman Celosia Desa Gunung Keling, Desa wisata Cireong dan Desa  wisata Cihideung. Hasil identifikasi yang didapatkan dari wawancara dan observasi menunjukan bahwa pengelola   Asia Farm - Pekanbaru, Taman Celosia Desa Gunung Keling, Desa wisata Cireong dan Desa wisata Cihideung belum siap untuk menyambut pengunjung dengan menerapkan protokol covid -19. Begitupun dengan wisatawan yang berkunjung, tidak terlalu memperdulikan protokol kesehatan covid -19 yang dapat diterapkan secara pribadi. Dalam menanggapi hal tersebut, maka pengabdian ini menyampaikan tentang pentingnya pariwisata berbasis ecoutoursm yaitu  menikmati dan menghargai keindahan alam dengan  meminimalisir  dampak negatif  dari pengunjung, dan memberikan kesempatan  bagi masyarakat lokal untuk terlibat aktif dalam sosial-ekonomi serta  penerapan protocol covid di tempat pariwisata khususnya di agrowisata. Dengan Pengabdian ini maka  diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan serta menumbuhkan kesadaran baik kepada pengelola agrowisata maupun masyarakat secara umum. Adapun program kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan membuat program webinar “pentingnya penerapan protokol covid”, video edukasi dan promosi “berwisata saat pandemi ?” serta instagram story “pamflet tentang protokol covid-19 saat berwisata/ bepergian.”

Abstract

Permasalahan upah minimum terjadi di berbagai negara berkembang, yaitu banyaknya pekerja yang dibayar tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan upah minimum. Fenomena tersebutmengindikasikan bahwa upah minimum mungkin tidak menjadi alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan sebagai instrument dalam distribusi pendapatan.Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas upah minimum di Kabupaten Bandung. Dalam tulisan ini akan dikaji apakah upah minimum efektif sebagai alat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Dalam hal ini yaitu untuk memenuhi hak-hak dan perlindungan upah bagi pekerja serta pada saat yang bersamaan dapat mewujudkan kondisi yang kondusif bagi pengembangan dunia usaha. Metode penelitianyang digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Upah minimum belum efektif sebagai alat perlindungan upah bagi pekerja/buruh di Kabupaten Bandung. Upah minimum dapat menjadi alat yang efektif bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan apabila terdapat upaya untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahannya.Terdapat berbagai permasalahan kompleks yang memerlukan peran dari berbagai pihak, yaitu pemerintah, pekerja/buruh dan pengusaha.

Abstract

Kebijakan zonasi merupakan salah satu dari kebijakan pendidikan yang digunakan pada Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di setiap jenjang pendidikan formal dimulai dari SMPN sampai dengan SMAN/SMKN di Indonesia. PPDB adalah Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru pada Taman Kanak-Kanak/Raudhatul Athfal, Sekolah Dasar/ Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Sekolah Menengah Pertama/Madarasah Tsanawiyah yang dilaksanakan pada awal tahun ajaran baru.

Abstract

This study examines the readiness of digital transformation in Mekarsari Village, Selaawi District, Bandung Regency. Although the village has started digitalizing services, there are still shortcomings in supporting infrastructure, human resource readiness, and funding availability. This study aims to further evaluate the readiness of service transformation and digitalization in Mekarsari village using the theory of digital readiness Musa (2010), which includes infrastructure, human resources, as well as government support and institutional management. The method used is qualitative by involving related actors in the digital transformation process. The results showed that: (1) there is a readiness of the availability of digitalization supporting infrastructure for services in Mekarsari Village. (2) human resources in Mekarsari Village are deployed as village bamboo craftsmen and self-taught in terms of digitization. (3) Analysis of government support in terms of funds and legal instruments is still lacking and only rely on funds and legal instruments provided by the central government. The conclusion of this study shows that in terms of public services and publications in Mekarsari Village are in the stage of transforming into a digital system. In accordance with the concept of Musa (2010), Mekarsari village has been trying to develop digitization in the village in accordance with the concept of readiness in the digitization of the village, but the readiness of the readiness must be continuously improved in order to create the maximum digitization of the village

Abstract

Evaluations serve as a valuable instrument for democratic governments, offering a foundation for accountability and facilitating policy learning. Bandung Mayor Regulation Number 58 of 2020 concerning Employee Performance Appraisal, a regional policy applicable in Bandung City, is to calculate and receive fair and measurable performance allowances in line with the achievement of individual and organizational performance goals. This article aims to evaluate the implementation of the performance allowance policy in the last three years at the Bandung City Education Office. This study uses qualitative methods, collecting subjective data from informants' perspectives. The results of the evaluation found that the Evaluation of the Performance Allowance Policy at the Bandung City Education Office has been practical, efficient, good enough in terms of the nominal allowances given, equality in policy implementation, responsive to developments, appropriate in overcoming performance problems and employee welfare at the Bandung City Education Office. The evaluation found that the policy improved employee welfare, addressed performance issues effectively, and was responsive to organizational changes

Abstract

The SP4N LAPOR application is designed to manage public complaints and enhance service quality. However, its implementation in Cirebon City faces challenges, including low responsiveness, lack of transparency, and limited public awareness. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the LAPOR application in handling infrastructure-related complaints by examining commitment, accessibility, responsiveness, transparency, accountability, privacy, and confidentiality. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data were collected from purposively selected informants from the Communication and Informatics Agency (DKIS) and the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (DPUTR). Findings indicate that despite governmental support, challenges persist in training, technical assistance, and complaint resolution consistency. While accessibility is adequate, public engagement remains low. Responsiveness is hindered by delays and limited transparency. Accountability requires clearer information on complaint handling and responsible authorities. To optimize the LAPOR application’s effectiveness, this study recommends improving complaint management mechanisms, strengthening technological infrastructure, and enhancing public outreach.

Abstract

Stunting in Indonesia shows fluctuations in prevalence, with a significant downward trend only seen after 2018. Although the stunting rate in 2023 was recorded at 7.1%, disparities between regions are still a major concern. Purwakarta Regency, which has a strategic role in human resource development, faces a major challenge in reducing stunting rates. With a high dependency ratio, Purwakarta has the potential to experience a demographic disaster if stunting is not addressed immediately. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe the policy of accelerating stunting reduction in Purwakarta in 2000-2023. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with informants from various related agencies, including the Health Office and Bappelitbangda. The results show that although policies such as Purwakarta Regent Regulation No. 203 of 2021 and intervention programs have been implemented, policy effectiveness is still limited. The main problems faced are low community participation, data misalignment, and limited infrastructure and supervision. Policy evaluation based on indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, and responsiveness shows the need for improvements in inter-sectoral coordination and increased human resource capacity to achieve better targets. These findings provide important insights for policies to accelerate stunting reduction in Purwakarta district, with a focus on cross-sector collaboration and resource optimization

Abstract

This study aims to understand the implementation of risk management in the Government Securities (SUN) auction process by the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management (DJPPR) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with triangulation techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results indicate that DJPPR has implemented comprehensive risk management based on the COSO ERM framework (2004), starting from establishing the internal environment, setting objectives, assessing and controlling risks, to controlling activities, communication, and monitoring. The conclusion of this study is that DJPPR has succeeded in establishing a comprehensive and responsive risk management system that supports fiscal stability and increases investor confidence in the government securities market.   Keywords: Risk Management, SUN Auction, DJPPR, COSO ERM, Fiscal Stability
