Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu yang terdiri dari 5 kelas. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, jumlah siswa yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 44 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu, kuisioner kecerdasan emosional dan dokumentasi prestasi belajar dari nilai rapor. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai korelasi r = 0,417. Nilai rtabel = 0,297 untuk N = 44 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Nilai rhitung (0,417) > rtabel (0,297) maka diputuskan menerima hipotesis alternatif (H1) dan menolak hipotesis awal (H0). Artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional dan Prestasi Belajar Matematika The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. The population of this study is all students of VIII grade at SMP Negeri 8 Palu consisting of 5 classes. The sample was obtained by using random sampling technique. The total number of the sample was 44 students. The data collection used two instruments, namely, emotional intelligence questionnaire and documentation of learning achievement from the report card. The results of data analysis using product moment correlation test obtained correlation value r = 0.417. Value of rtable = 0,297 for N = 44 with significance level 5%. The value of rcount (0.417)> rtable (0.297) then decided to accept the alternative hypothesis (H1) and reject the initial hypothesis (H0). This means there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Abstract

Sawi merupakan salah satu tanaman hortikultura yang banyak dibudidayakan oleh petani. Salah satu tanaman sawi yang banyak digemari oleh petani yaitu sawi hijau. Budidaya sawi hijau memiliki banyak kendala salah satunya adalah serangan hama. Pengendalian yang banyak dilakukan petani yaitu penggunaan pestisida sintetik secara berlebihan. Salah satu pengendalian yang ramah lingkungan yaitu pengendalian hayati seperti penggunaaan tanaman refugia dan pestisida nabati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan tanaman refugia dan pestisida nabati terhadap populasi arthropoda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa populasi arthropada hama pada perlakuan refugia + pestisida nabati sebesar 1,33 ekor dan merupakan perlakuan yang terbaik diantara perlakuan yang lainnya. Populasi arthropoda pada setiap perangkap yang digunakan juga didapatkan pada perlakuan terbaik yaitu refugia + pestisida nabati.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to examine the effect of the CAMEL(Capital, Asset, Manajemen, Earning, Liquidity) Ratio and Economic Value Added (EVA) to stock return. Population of this research are National Private Banks (BUSN) that listed on the Stock Exchange of Indonesia from 2009–2013 that is numbered 19 banks. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis, simultan test and parsial test with significance level of 0.05%. The result showed that the CAMEL Ratio and Economic Value Added (EVA) simultaneously affect to stock return. Predictive ability of both variables on stock return in this study only 31,3 %, while the remaining 68,7 % is affected by other factors not included in the model reseach. Furthermore, the partial results of the study show the CAR, ROE, LDR, EVA have signifikan effect to stock return . NPL and BOPO have effect but not signifikan to stock return. And ROA have negatif effect and not signifikan to stock return.Keywords:CAMEL Ratio, Economic Value Added (EVA), Return Saham

Abstract

Anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporoides is an important disease in cocoa. This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of secondary metabolites derived from three isolates of Pseudomonas fluorescens to control cocoa leaves anthracnose, and their influence on the growth of cocoa plants. The research was conducted at a smallholder cocoa plantation in Putat Village, Patuk District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta for four months. A randomized block design was used with four replicates and seven treatments consisted of control, application of secondary metabolites from P. fluorescens P60, P. fluorescens P20, P. fluorescens P8, combination P. fluorescens P60 + P20, P. fluorescens P60 + P8, and P. fluorescens P20 + P8. Variables observed were disease intensity, infection rate, number of healthy shoots and qualitative phenolic compound. Resultsof the research showed that the secondary metabolites of P. fluorescens P60, P20 and P8 alone or in combination  suppressed the disease intensity by42.01-54.50%. The infection rate caused by metabolite secondary of P. fluorescens P60, P20, P8, P. fluorescens P60+P20, P. fluorescens P60+P8,and P. fluorescens P20+P8 was 0.23; 0.25; 0.26; 0.26; 0.31; and 0.24 units/day, respectively. The secondary metabolites of P. fluorescens P60 increased the number of healthy shoots by 67.44 %. Variabel pengamatan meliputi intensitas penyakit, laju infeksi, jumlah tunas sehat, dan kandungan senyawa fenol secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan metabolit sekunder P. fluorescens P60, P20, dan P8 secara tunggal dan gabungan mampu menekan intensitas penyakit berkisar 42,01-54,50%. Laju infeksi perlakuan metabolit sekunder P. fluorescens P60, P. fluorescens P20, P. fluorescens P8, kombinasi P. fluorescens P60+P20, P. fluorescens P60+P8 dan P. fluorescens P20+P8 berturut-turut 0,23; 0,25; 0,26; 0,26; 0,31; dan 0,24 unit/hari. Abstract

This research is a development research that focuses on developing mathematics learning videos. This research was conducted at MTS Alkhairaat in class VIII. The results of this study, based on the make a match-based sparkol videoscribe learning video, obtained an average score of 3.79 with "valid" criteria from the assessment of material experts and obtained an average score of 3.84 with "valid" criteria from the assessment of media experts. Then the results of the product attractiveness test that were tested on students in class VIII MTS Alkhairaat which were grouped into small groups consisting of 10 students obtained an average value of 3.5 "very interesting" criteria and the results of the large group trial consisting of of 20 people obtained an average result of 3.69 with the criteria of "very interesting".

Abstract

Bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian komposisi media tanam dan aplikasi P0C Nasa terhadap perkembangan dan hasil  tanaman seledri (Apium Graveolens L).Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Pekkabata,  Kecamatan Polewali, kabupaten polewali mandar, provinsi sulawesi barat yang berlangsung dari bulan  Agustus sampai Desember 2021.  Penelitian memakai RAK dengen fola paktorial, yang terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu Faktor pertama pemberian P0C Nasa terdiri 3 analisis yaitu : control (P0), 3 ml/ litar air (P1) dan 5 ml/ litar air (P2). Faktor ke 2 Pemberian komposisi media tanam yang terdiri 3 analisis yaitu : ( M1) tana liat, sekam bakar, limba kambing (1:2:1), tana liat, sekam bakar, limba kambing (2:1:1) (M2) dan tana liat, sekam bakar, limba kambing (1:1:2) (M3)Hasil statistik memperlihatkan bahwa interaksi pemberian komposisi media tanam tanah, sekam bakar, pupuk kandang kambing (1:1:2)  dan aplikasi P0C Nasa  5 ml/liter air (LxP) memperlihatkan efek sangat nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman. Kata Kunci : pertumbuhan seledri, aplikasi  P0C Nasa, komposisi media tanam.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of teacher work motivation and learning facilities on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 11 Padang. The research employed a quantitative approach, with a population consisting of all 47 teachers at the school. The sampling technique used was total sampling, in which the entire population was taken as the sample. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to the respondents, and the analysis was carried out using SPSS Software Version 24. The results of this study indicate that teacher work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Similarly, the availability and quality of learning facilities also have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. These findings suggest that improving teacher motivation and providing adequate learning facilities are crucial factors in supporting the achievement of better performance outcomes. In addition, the study emphasizes that both motivation and facilities complement each other in shaping teacher productivity and professionalism. The implication of this research is that schools should give serious attention to strengthening motivational factors as well as ensuring the provision of appropriate facilities in order to improve the overall quality of education delivery.
