Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the variable product quality and brand image on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of data from questionnaires and secondary data in the form of profiles from Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch. The data processing method in this study uses the Research Indicator Test Analysis method, namely Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, namely Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Path Analysis (Path Anlysis) and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test, with the help of SPSS analysis tools 25. The results showed that the product quality variable had a significant and positive direct effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch, the Brand Image variable directly had a significant and positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch, the Product Quality variable directly had a significant and positive effect on Consumer Loyalty of Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch, Brand Image variable directly has a significant and positive effect on Consumer Loyalty of Nelongso Chicken Restaurant Jember Branch, Consumer Satisfaction variable directly has a significant and positive effect on Consumer Loyalty of Nelongso Chicken Restaurant Jember Branch, Product Quality variable through customer satisfaction Indirectly Affects significantly and positively to consumer loyalty Nelongso Chicken Restaurant Jember Branch and Brand Image variables through consumer satisfaction indirectly affect spirit significantly and positively to the Customer Loyalty of the Nelongso Chicken Restaurant Jember Branch. Abstract

Businnes of production Rahayu is a tile-making business is kind of small press located in the Tabanan  Regency, Bali. In conducting the business of production Rahayu tiles using simple tools and production quantities depending on the season (dry season and rainy) so that profit is not the same in each season. To determine the performance of the tiles Enterprises Rahayu, the study will analyze the level of Break Even Point (the breakeven point),  Shut Down point (point-of-business), and the level of benefits to the individual - each season.  This research method to analyze the breakeven point, point-of-business, and business profitability Tile Rahayu mathematically using production data from 2010 to 2012. The results obtained are the BEP analysis, business break even lower during the rainy season than during the dry season. This is because the selling price higher during the rainy season than during the dry season.  Judging from the SDP analysis, point-of-business is much lower than the breakeven point in any season. This is due to fixed costs in cash on SDP analysis is much smaller than the total fixed cost of the BEP analysis. If the views of each season, the SDP during the rainy season is less than during the dry season due to monsoon selling price is higher than during the dry season. Judging from the level of profits, the two seasons (wet and dry) Tile Enterprises Rahayu produce nearly the same amount of profit, but profit is higher during the rainy season than during the dry season.  This is due to the selling price higher during the rainy season so that revenue also grew, as well as variable costs during the rainy season due to lower production numbers lower than the dry season, thereby reducing production costs.

Abstract

Development of an entrepreneurial culture based on Islamic boarding school is an important part in the economic life of the people, especially in growing businesses of the neighborhood students, who have distinctive characteristics: honesty, risk-taking, hard-never give up, and independent.In order to optimize the development of the regional economy Jember, the development of an entrepreneurial culture to create a Sharia-based environmentalentrepreneurs from Boarding School in Jember more effective and relevant for the study, because the district. Jember city known as students save a lot of potential support for accelerated development of Sharia-compliant forward. Identifying the purpose of this study sharia-based entrepreneurial ability, the boarding school in Jember. Research utilizing primary and secondary data from the Department of Cooperatives and related agencies as well as the spread of structured questionnaires to the respondents. Determined that respondent knowingly 9 boarding schools that have received program package C/SMA equivalent and approved by the Office of Religious Affairs of data analysis using methods Turla and Hawkins.

Abstract

Government policy making BPR as direction Rural Bank specializes in serving rural communities by focusing on effectiveness. The effectiveness of BPR principles need to be applied in interacting with rural communities to build social economy. The research goal is, (1) to determine the effectiveness of that principle has been applied by the BPR in order to help drive the economy of rural communities to realize the people's economy(2) to determine prekreditan system implemented by BPR and its relationship with the effectiveness of BPR in order to formulate the direction government policy towards the development of existing BPR became Rural Bank. Analysis method used is scoring analysis and multiple linear regression. Discussion of the results showed, (1) the general existence of BPR in Jember is quite equally effective in building a democratic economy for rural communities. (2 by multiple linear regression analysis showed that all systems simultaneously credits applied BPR real impact on the efforts to build a democratic economy for rural communities.

Abstract

Jember Regency of East Java a city with tourist attractions amounted to 44 (fortyfour) and excellent products interesting to know and worth to visit. Jember Fashion Carnaval (JFC); an annual fashion parade event held in Jember, suwar suwir, edamame is popularly known. The competitiveness of tourist destinations using Banyuwangi International Tour de Banyuwangi Ijen, Banyuwangi Batik Festival, and Beach Jazz Festival, also have a new airport (airport) and are in the area most Eastern in East Java. The two districts have many strengths (Strengths) and opportunities (Opportunities) to be developed through the scale of their development priorities. The research was conducted in 2017 in Jember Regency and Banyuwangi Regency of East Java. Objective: To analyze the competitiveness of Jember regency tourist destination, and Banyuwangi, as an effort to know the priority scale of Development in East Java; Determining the position of competitiveness of tourist destinations of Jember Regency compared with Banyuwangi Regency. The result shows that tourism growth in Banyuwangi is bigger than Jember Regency. Meanwhile, price competitiveness indicator price and indicator of openness tends to be constant. Abstract

Kemajuan penerapan teknologi yang ditandai era revolusi indutri 4.0 secara jelas memaksa semua elemen kegiatan perekonomian baik manufaktur, industry, maupun jasa untuk menerapkan sistem yang berbasis internet atau digital. Sistem yang mulai perlahan beradaptasi dengan penduduk di negara Indonesia khususnya perlahan jatuh akibat dampak dari pandemic covid-19 yang menghancurkan segala jenis aktivitas ekonomi dan bisnis. Salah satu yang paling terasa adalah Usaha Jasa Cuci Sepatu “SHOES OLD FOOTWEAR” milik pak Jun yang bertempat di Jl. PB Sudirman RT. 03/ RW. 015 Desa Tanggul Kulon Kecamatan Tanggul. Disamping terkena dampak pandemic covid-19, laju pertumbuhan usaha ini dibilang lambat. Kurangnya promosi yang digunakan, belum beralihnya sistem yang digunakan dari konvensional ke digital, dan juga proses akhir yang di berikan kepada pelanggan yang terkesan sederhana dan apa adanya membuat tidak ada nilai unggul yang ditawarkan dari usaha jasa cuci sepatu milik pak Jun. Karena kendala diatas maka kami memberikan pendampingan dengan membantu pemasaran usahanya melalui media cetak dan digital serta memberikan value add servis terhadap pelanggan. Dengan pendampingan ini diharapkan ada nilai lebih yang di hasilkan dari usaha jasa cuci sepatu milik pak Jun.

Abstract

This study entitled The Influence Of Service Quality On Customer Satisfaction In Fifgroup In Lumajang with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of service quality consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and partial empathy on consumer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Yosowilangun Branch Lumajang Regency and to find out and analyzing the effect of service quality consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously on customer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Yosowilangun Branch Lumajang Regency. The number of samples in this study was 60 using purposive sampling technique. purposive sampling is a sampling technique using certain criteria. The testing and analysis used in this research is the data instrument test which includes the validity test and reliability test, and the classical assumption test which includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing which includes testing t and F test. And the results of this study: 1.) There is no effect of physical evidence on customer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Lumajang 2.) There is no effect of reliability on customer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Lumajang 3.) There is no effect of responsiveness on customer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Lumajang 4.) There is a guarantee effect on customer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Lumajang Branch 5.) There is no influence of empathy on customer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Lumajang. Suggestions from this study to further improve customer satisfaction need to increase again from employees in the company in serving consumers because these employees interact directly with consumers, especially in punctuality as well. So that it will make consumers satisfied and not hesitate to use the company's services again.

Abstract

According to the Decree of the Minister (Kepmen) of Cooperatives and UKM of the Republic of Indonesia Number 91 of 2004 Sharia Financial Services Cooperatives (KJKS) are cooperatives whose business activities are engaged in financing, investment, and savings according to the pattern of profit sharing (sharia). In carrying out its function as a property development house, the BMT Bina Tanjung Sharia Cooperative encourages saving activities and supports the financing of economic activities. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the effectiveness of sharia financing that has been carried out by the BMT Bina Tanjung Sharia Cooperative in Jember; (2) Knowing the Net Performing Loan (NPL) financing of Sharia Cooperative BMT Bina Tanjung in Jember. This study uses the analysis of Financing Effectiveness and Net Performing Loan Ratio (NPL). By using the purpose sample technique with 30 selected customer respondents, the results include; (a) The effectiveness of financing distribution at the BMT Bina Tanjung Sharia Cooperative in Jember resulted in an average disbursement of financing to customers in the January 2021 to December 2021 range of 105.5%. This means that if the achievement results are more than 100%, then the financing of the BMT Bina Tanjung Sharia Cooperative in Jember is in the Very Effective category, (b) The Net Performing Loan (NPL) calculation shows that the NPL ratio of financing in the BMT Bina Tanjung Jember Sharia Cooperative is above the Bank's ideal number. Indonesia is 5%, which is 7.3%, meaning that there are more bad loans than current loans.
