<![CDATA[The changing of Indonesiaâs industrialization policy from inward oriented (importsubstitution) to outward oriented (export oriented) strategy has delivered Indonesia success in increasing its export within two last decade. Moreover, this strategy also has changed the composition of Indonesiaâs export from primary based products (oil and agriculture) to secondary based products (manufacture).This study examines how so far the causality relationship between national income ofIndonesia and export by sector (agriculture, oil, and manufacture), and than comparingthis with Thai and Malaysia as LDCs in Asian. By using Grangerâs causality test modifiedby Hsioâs criteria on quarterly data from 1982.1 â 2002.4, this paper concludes: (1)Indonesiaâs national income influences its industrial export positively, (2) Thaiâs nationalincome influences its agricultural export positively, and (3) Malayâs industrial exportinfluences its national income positively, and Malayâs national income influences itsindustrial export negatively.The result of this study shows that the change of structural transformation from primarybased export (agriculture and oil) to secondary based export (manufacture) in stimulatingeconomic growth has been achieved by Malaysia. In contrast, this strategy is not occurredin Indonesia and Thailand. In the other word, export for Indonesia and Thailand is just aprogressive process in stimulating economic growth, not to be an essential factor inconstructing economic growth.Keywords: Economic Growth, Export, Structural Transformation]]>

<![CDATA[This study describes the effect of government expenditures in economic, education, and health sectors toward the quality index of the population in Lumajang regency. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder , diperoleh dari Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Republik Indonesia, Badan Pusat Statistik Jawa Timur dan Kabupaten Lumajang. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, obtained from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Republic of Indonesia, Central Statistics Agency of East Java and Lumajang District. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regressions. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan: pengeluaran pemerintah sektor ekonomi dan pendidikan ber pengaruh signifikan statistik From the analysis results obtained conclusion: government expenditures of economic and education sectors have significant statistical influenceterhadap peningkatan kualitas penduduk di Kabupaten Lumajang sedangkan sektor kesehatan tidak berpengaruh dalam peningkatan kualitas penduduk di Kabupaten Lumajang. toward improving the quality of the population in Lumajang district while the health sector has no effect in improving the quality of the population in Lumajang Regency. <![CDATA[This paper aim to analyze how so far the effect of marketing mix toward total sale of BIN’s cigars in local market. By using mountly data from 2016.1 to 2018.12 on error correction model, this research finds out: (1) product varian of BIN’s cigars significant statistically influence total sale of BINs cigars in local market positively. (2) average price of BIN’s cigars statistically influences total sales of BIN’s cigars in local market negatively. (3) promotion costs of BIN’s cigars statistically did’nt influences total sales of BIN’s cigars in local market negatively. (4) distribution channels of BIN’s cigars statistically did’nt influences total sales of BIN’s cigars in local market negatively. (5) All of those independent variables significant statistically and simultaneously influences total sales of BIN’s cigars in local market positively.]]>

<![CDATA[According to the Decree of the Minister (Kepmen) of Cooperatives and UKM of the Republic of Indonesia Number 91 of 2004 Sharia Financial Services Cooperatives (KJKS) are cooperatives whose business activities are engaged in financing, investment, and savings according to the pattern of profit sharing (sharia). In carrying out its function as a property development house, the BMT Bina Tanjung Sharia Cooperative encourages saving activities and supports the financing of economic activities. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the effectiveness of sharia financing that has been carried out by the BMT Bina Tanjung Sharia Cooperative in Jember; (2) Knowing the Net Performing Loan (NPL) financing of Sharia Cooperative BMT Bina Tanjung in Jember. This study uses the analysis of Financing Effectiveness and Net Performing Loan Ratio (NPL). By using the purpose sample technique with 30 selected customer respondents, the results include; (a) The effectiveness of financing distribution at the BMT Bina Tanjung Sharia Cooperative in Jember resulted in an average disbursement of financing to customers in the January 2021 to December 2021 range of 105.5%. This means that if the achievement results are more than 100%, then the financing of the BMT Bina Tanjung Sharia Cooperative in Jember is in the Very Effective category, (b) The Net Performing Loan (NPL) calculation shows that the NPL ratio of financing in the BMT Bina Tanjung Jember Sharia Cooperative is above the Bank's ideal number. Indonesia is 5%, which is 7.3%, meaning that there are more bad loans than current loans.]]>

Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk melaksanakan program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dengan tujuan untuk memberdayakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dari segmentasi mikro melalui program-program pemberdayaan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) yang disalurkan oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) dalam mendorong perkembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Gumukmas, Kabupaten Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program KUR memiliki peran signifikan dalam meningkatkan akses permodalan bagi pelaku UMKM, yang berdampak pada peningkatan produksi dan pemasaran. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa hambatan, seperti prosedur administrasi yang kompleks dan keterbatasan dalam penyaluran informasi kepada calon penerima kredit. Meskipun program KUR di Kecamatan Gumukmas efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan UMKM, diperlukan perbaikan dalam aspek administrasi dan sosialisasi untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service with the theme of business development strategy and implementation of excellent service is carried out at the Laskar Sholawat Commissariat which is located at Jl. Watermelon II No. 2 Patrang District, Jember Regency. There are 16 participants in this entrepreneurship training. Most of the training participants are already entrepreneurs by running small businesses, including in the fields of electronic services, embroidery, cakes, handicrafts, snack traders, livestock, plantations and online shops. Referring to the partner's problems, the servant will provide training on strategies to create customer satisfaction with the concept of excellent service. building a business strategy from 4 basic management foundations, including financial management (don't mix business financial management and family financial management), operational management (how to build service quality or product quality), HR management (how to build a strong personality in entrepreneurship) and marketing management (how to respond to existing opportunities and always update with all market developments) and Marketing strategy training with marketing implementation through E-Commerce.
