Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is an industrial sector that carries out activities in the form of producing various types of products that can grow the economy. Bireuen Regency is an area that has great potential in the development of SMEs. However, so far, SMEs are still running independently, making it difficult for SMEs to meet their needs within a certain period of time, such as limited access to raw materials which sometimes have to be imported from outside Bireuen Regency and even from outside Aceh Province, which in the end will harm SMEs due to backorder. Through industrial clustering, specific or similar SMEs will strengthen each other in a supply chain network, the process of creating value-added with the geographical proximity factor. The academic team of Al Muslim University with Bappeda collaborated in the socialization of "Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) Clusterisation Mapping in Bireuen Regency” with the participants are the Camat (head of subdistrict) from 17 subdistricts. The methods introduced are K-Means and GIS. As a result of this socialization, the Camat received surveyors to collect SMEs data in each sub-district.

Abstract

Mom N Me adalah mitra Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Almuslim yang bergerak dalam memproduksi tas tradisional Aceh dan tas modern dengan memanfaatkan kain perca. Pengrajin tas motif khas Aceh Mom N Me ini juga merupakan satu-satunya yang ada di Kabupaten Bireuen dan memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan menjadi produk unggulan dan kreatif dari Kabupaten Bireuen. Dalam menjalankan usahanya selama ini, Mom N Me menghadapi empat permasalahan yaitu 1) Mom N Me selama ini menjual produk kepada teman atau relasi terdekat saja, promosi hanya dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut, 2) proses produksi tidak dilakukan setiap hari, namun hanya pada saat ada pesanan saja, 3) jahitan pola kerawang pada produk tas masih ada yang tidak rapi dan tidak sesuai dengan pola, 4) sistem pemasaran yang dilakukan masih sangat manual, dan tradisional. Dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital melalui endorsement terhadap usaha tas tradisional maka akan meningkatkan permintaan terhadap produk Mom N Me. Tim akademisi dan mahasiswa melaksanakan endorse produk Mom N Me dan mempubilkasikannya di channel youtube Fakultas Ekonomi, Instagram dan Facebook Fakultas Ekonomi dan Pasca Sarjana Universitas Almuslim. Permintaan produk Mom N Me terus meningkat dikalangan dosen dan mahasiswa serta menjadi produk cindera mata dari Universitas Almuslim untuk mitra lainnya. Nagoya Gakuin University (NGU) Jepang, merupakan salah satu Mitra Universitas Almuslim yang sangat tertarik dengan motif kerawang khas Aceh dan telah beberapa kali menerima cinderamata produk Mom n Me

Abstract

Partner Institution “Mom N Me” is a small micro business that is engaged in sewing services for patchwork or unused cloth so that later it becomes a valuable material and becomes one of the needs of households and offices. The problem in his business, before the Covid-19 pandemic there were several obstacles, namely in terms of promoting and marketing the products of these MSMEs, the system previously used was only manual (offline) while online was only on Whattaps Group. The second problem is that Mom N Mee is not able to build a marketing network outside the region, so the sales of their products are very small, of course this is a big problem, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Based on these problems, the Almuslim University Service implementation team offers a solution for this, namely: designing and building a digital-based marketing direction and website as a means of promotion, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Then the second solution is to use technology to build networks in the form of broader marketing and sales forces reaching outside the region. The purpose of this activity is to expand the marketing of MSME Mom N Mee products in the future, increase the number of sales, and help MSME employees stay healthy after the COVID-19 pandemic. period. The method used to conduct this activity is to design a website and train partner institutions to independently manage it. After that, we will conduct training in marketing and advertising techniques through e-commerce. The next way is to continue to support these MSMEs as they evolve in the future. Can serve as a foundation for regional economies even after the pandemic

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengentasan kemiskinan di Aceh periode 2012 – 2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dalah data sekunder dalam bentuk panel dari tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2022 dan mencakup 23 kabupaten/kota Aceh. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 253 sampel. Secara keseluruhan variabel IPM (indeks Pembangunan Manusia) dan jumlah penduduk berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan provinsi Aceh. Dimana variabel IPM dan jumlah penduduk berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan dalam jangka panjang. Hal ini dapat diliat berdasarkan nilai probabilitas pada masing-masing variabel, dimana probalitas IPM seesar 0.048, sedangkan probabilitas jumlah penduduk sebesar 0.000. Sedangkan dalam jangka pendek hanya variabel IPM yang berpengaruh , sedangkan variavel jumlah penduduk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi Aceh.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengembangan Kawasan Minapolitan Terhadap Aspek Ekonomi Masyarakat (khususnya pemilik tambak) di Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data bersifat statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang ditetapkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 445, sedangkan sampel diambil sebesar 10%, sehingga banyaknya sampel adalah 44 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer yang berupa wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear sederhana dan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial, dimana data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 22,00. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Pengembangan kawasan minapolitan memberikan perubahan terhadap jumlah pemilik tambak di Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen yang mampu memenuhi seluruh aspek ekonomi secara maksimal. Pengembangan kawasan minapolitan berpengaruh terhadap aspek ekonomi pemilik tambak di Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis pada taraf signifikan 0,05 diperoleh bahwa pengembangan kawasan minapolitan tidak berpengaruh terhadap aspek ekonomi pemilik tambak di Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is one of the strengths of the national economy. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises became the most vulnerable sectors to be affected, especially in terms of product marketing and sales. Mom n Me is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise in the field of sewing Aceh motif bags. This business has been running for 5 (five) years since 2018, and in 2020 it has been transformed from a patchwork sewing business to expanding to the field of sewing Aceh handicraft bags by raising local wisdom. Mom n Me is also one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that has felt the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this service activity is to improve partners' skills in digital-based marketing as well as to improve the quality of partner products. The solution offered in this activity is to provide digital marketing training such as the use of social media to increase product sales and provide training on using the official Mom n Me application/website. This application can help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to carry out promotions and sell products without having to have large spaces such as shops and storefronts. The method used in this activity consists of forming an activity team, conducting analysis, implementing activities, and evaluating. The results of the service activities are the official Mom n Me application/website as a tool for online marketing and sales as well as providing training to business owners, so they can operate the application/website.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Gini ratio and population on poverty districts/cities in Aceh. By using the ARDL panel model. The type of data used is data panel from 2010 to 2019 covering 23 districts/cities in Aceh. With total sample as many as 230 samples. The research results show that the Gini ratio and population have an influence against poverty in the short term. However, it has no effect in the long term.
