Abstract

This study aims to look at how efficiently the funds returns by groups Womens Savings and Loans (SPP) in the district of North Aceh district Dewantara. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The data sample SPP Group amounted to 15 villages in the district Dewantara using secondary data sourced from the data report tuition refund loan through PNPM North Aceh district. DEA analysis results show efficiency of SPP Program Returns from 15 villages in the District Dewantara only Paloh Igeuh village which has reached 100% efficiency. Gadeng Paloh village, Paloh Pepper, western sassy, Tambon Baroh, Ulee pulo, Ulee reueleung, Sulu Geulumpang Timu and Tambon Baroh that the average value of its efficiency at 90% rate, while the Village of Bangka Jaya, Paloh rungkom still not efficient because the value in produced is below 70%, while the Village of Bangka Teubai, Geulumpang Timu, Keude Krueng Geukeuh show the efficiency rate between 80 percent to 89 percent of the necessary repairs in order to achieve 100% efficiency value Keywords : Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Womens Savings and Loans

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis disparitas pendapatan antar daerah di provinsi Aceh menggunakan pendekatan indeks ketimpangan williamson pada periode tahun 2008-2011 yang datanya diperoleh dari data sekunder yaitu data realisasi pendapatan daerah setiap kabupaten yang diperoleh dari Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan daerah (BAPPEDA) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Hasil Penelelitian diperoleh tingkat disparitas pendapatan terendah secara rata-rata maka Kabupaten Simeulu dan Aceh Singkil dengan indeks wiliamson sebesar 0,2248 dan 0,3564. Tingkat disparitas pendapatan tertingi dalam wilayah Provinsi Aceh secara rata-rata adalah Aceh Besar dan Aceh Utara dengan indeks Williamson sebesar 0,5869 dan 0,5723.Kata kunci : Disparitas Pendapatan, Indeks Ketimpangan Williamson

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan kepala keluarga terhadap konsumsi rumah tangga di Kecamatan Bandar Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan jumlah 20 sampel pengamatan yang merupakan jenis data Cross Section. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier sederhana dengan variabel dependen adalah Konsumsi rumah tangga dan variabel independen adalah pendapatan kepala keluarga dan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan kepala keluarga memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap Konsumsi rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji satu sisi, maka daerah penolakannya berada di sisi kanan kurva (hipotesis positif) dan sisi kiri kurva (hipotesis negatif) yang luasnya  (5 persen) dan derajat kebebasan (degree of freedom) yaitu:df =n – k. Hasil estimasinya adalah Y = 1050862.069 + 0.4942528736*X. Secara statistik hasil estimasi di menunjukan semakin bertambah pendapatan per 1 rupiah maka konsumsi rumah tangga akan naik sebesar Rp 0,49425 dengan asumsi variabel lainnya tetap (ceteris paribus).Kata kunci : Pendapatan, konsumsi

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM melalui kegiatan penyuluhan tentang peningkatan penguatan kelembagaan Gampong Jaba Kec. Peudada Kab. Bireuen bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan penyuluhan peningkatan kelembagaan perangkat gampong dan manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini terhadap perangkat gampong dan masyarakat umumnya, yaitu berupa materi penyuluhan tentang cara membuat buku kas, bentuk laporan keuangan dan neraca kelembagaan gampong. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan melalui tahapan: 1) persiapan, dilaksanakan selama dua hari, yaitu menghubungi geuchik gampong untuk memberitahukan rencana pelaksanaan kegiatan, pengurusan administrasi, persiapan alat dan bahan serta akomodasi, menyiapkan tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan; 2) pelaksanaan, dilaksanakan selama 15 hari secara bertahap, mulai dari pelatihan dasar organisasi sampai dengan kerjasama antaraparatur gampong melalui model studi kasus; 3) diskusi dan tanya jawab tentang materi pentingnya musyawarah; dan 4) penutup, dilakukan dengan pemberian layer struktur gampong dan foto bersama tim pelaksana kegiatan penyuluhan. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM melalui kegiatan penyuluhan tentang peningkatan penguatan kelembagaan Gampong Jaba Kec. Peudada Kab. Bireuen disimpulkan bahwa bahwa: 1) kegiatan penyuluhan ini telah terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapat respon yang cukup baik dari peserta penyuluhan; 2) penguatan kelembagaan gampong yang kuat dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan program pembangunan gampong; dan 3) penataan kelembagaan gampong mampu membuktikan kesiapan diri dalam berintegrasi antarkelembagaan gampong, seperti keuchik, sekretaris gampong, kepala urusan, kepala dusun, tuha peut/badan permusyawaratan gampong dan kelembagaan gampong lainya, serta mendorong fungsi dan peran kelembagaan masyarakat lainnya.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM Univesitas Almuslim berupa pemberian bantuan kemanusiaan korban bencana banjir di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Desa-desa yang terendam banjir berada di Kecamatan Simpang Keuramat Pirak Timu Matangkuli Lhoksukon Tanah Luas dan Syamtalira Bayu. Pemberian bantuan dilaksanakan pada daerah rawan banjir dengan mengambil lima titik lokasi. Lokasi ini dipilih atas pertimbangan kondisi dan karakteristik daerah rawan banjir, yang dicirikan dengan perbedaan intensitas banjir, jumlah dan kepadatan penduduk, serta keandalan. Simpulan yang diperoleh setelah kegiatan PKM ini adalah: 1) bantuan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat sebagai salah satu kebutuahan masih sangat kurang; 2) kebijakan pemerintah daerah tentang penanggulangan bencana masih sangat terbatas; 3) peraturan perundang-undangan, terutama di daerah masih terbatas; 4) pendanaan penanggulangan bencana masih sangat tergantung dari Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN) dan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD). Berdasarkan kajian ini direkomendasikan bahwa perlu ditetapkan lebih cermat tingkat partisipasi pada setiap tahap kegiatan, sesuai dengan jenis kegiatan penanggulangan banjir. Kemudian perumusan kebutuhan bantuan kemanusiaan kepada korban banjir dapat dilakukan dengan rekomendasi kepala desa setempat.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of inflation and interest rates on public consumption in Aceh province in the long term and short term with the data used are annual data from the above variables starting from 1996 to 2015. The method used is Error Correction Models ( ECM). The results of data analysis in this study using Software Eviews 7 shows that inflation has a significant effect on people's consumption in Aceh Province in the long term and short term, while interest rates only affect the long term.

Abstract

Monetary policy is a factor that affects of economic activities of a country. Monetary policy refers to the use of monetary indiactors suc as interest rates, money supply, and exchage rate under the control of the central bank in order to achieve economic stability. Economic stability serves to maintain a balance of costs or prices, so that excessive inflation occurs. This study examines the effect of monetary policy indicators on inflation. Time series data using the analysis model equation of the multiple linear regression analysis method. The study used a time series yearly data spanning 1991 t0 2020. The results showed that interest rates and money supply had a negative and significant effect on inflation, while the exchange rate had a positive and significant effect on inflation

Abstract

The increase in waste is currently a very important problem, especially for the Bireuen Regency area. If the existing waste cannot be managed properly then it can cause a crucial problem. If the existing waste cannot be managed properly then it can cause a crucial problem. The research objectives of this study are to determine the planning of creative and recycling industrial waste management with the aim of increasing the community's economy and reducing unemployment in Bireuen Regency and to determine the community's response to integrated 3R waste management planning in Bireuen Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a method of conducting research that focuses on events that have a natural nature. Waste management planning is designed using the business model canvas. The results show that by using the business model canvas, the first year projection is that if waste management is carried out on a small scale, it can absorb 153 workers.

Abstract

Jangka District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province is a home industry area that processes coconuts into a processed product in the form of gongseng coconut (Uneulheu), a special Acehnese cooking spice. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of income received and to know the amount of value added from the Uneulheu processing business in the home industry of Jangka District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province. Research method Case study analysis of income and analysis of added value and the number of respondents as many as 17 household industries. The results showed that the business of processing coconut gongseng in the home industry is profitable. Apart from gongseng coconut, the household industry also obtains additional income from coconut derivative products such as copra and shells. Furthermore, the added value obtained by the home industry in producing gongseng coconut is 9.47% percent. With an added value of Rp. 5,063 per Kg per production.

Abstract

Partner Institution “Mom N Me” is a small micro business that is engaged in sewing services for patchwork or unused cloth so that later it becomes a valuable material and becomes one of the needs of households and offices. The problem in his business, before the Covid-19 pandemic there were several obstacles, namely in terms of promoting and marketing the products of these MSMEs, the system previously used was only manual (offline) while online was only on Whattaps Group. The second problem is that Mom N Mee is not able to build a marketing network outside the region, so the sales of their products are very small, of course this is a big problem, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Based on these problems, the Almuslim University Service implementation team offers a solution for this, namely: designing and building a digital-based marketing direction and website as a means of promotion, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Then the second solution is to use technology to build networks in the form of broader marketing and sales forces reaching outside the region. The purpose of this activity is to expand the marketing of MSME Mom N Mee products in the future, increase the number of sales, and help MSME employees stay healthy after the COVID-19 pandemic. period. The method used to conduct this activity is to design a website and train partner institutions to independently manage it. After that, we will conduct training in marketing and advertising techniques through e-commerce. The next way is to continue to support these MSMEs as they evolve in the future. Can serve as a foundation for regional economies even after the pandemic
