Abstract

Kegiatan PKM dengan tema sosialisasi new normal pada masa pandemi corona virus disease di tiga lokasi pusat keramaian Kec. Peusangan Kab. Bireuen bertujuan untuk: 1) meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya memenuhi standar minimum protokol kesehatan yang telah ditetapkan WHO dikalangan pembeli dan penjual pasar lama, pasar baru dan penumpang di terminal Kec. Peusangan; 2) mencegah penyebaran corona virus disease 2019 di Kec. Peusangan khususnya di tiga lokasi pusat keramaian yaitu pasar baru, pasar lama dan terminal; 3) mendukung pemerintah pusat dan daerah untuk menerapkan sistem new normal dalam menghidupkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat; dan 4) menyadarkan masyarakat tentang efek corona virus disease 2019 terhadap kesehatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan di tiga lokasi pusat keramaian Kec. Peusangan yaitu pasar baru, pasar lama dan terminal dengan sasarannya yaitu penjual, pembeli, penumpang dan supir. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan memasang spanduk yang menarik dibaca di tiga pusat keramaian tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dengan tema sosialisasi new normal pada masa pandemi corona virus disease di tiga lokasi pusat keramaian Kec. Peusangan Kab. Bireuen, disimpulkan bahwa: 1) penerapan new normal untuk menjalankan roda perekonomian melalui sosialisasi mematuhi standar minimum protokol kesehatan WHO; 2) sosialisasi merupakan upaya penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat guna mencegah penyebaran corona virus disease 2019; 3) adanya peningkatan pemahaman penjual, pembeli, penumpang dan supir akan bahaya corona virus disease 2019 bagi kesehatan.

Abstract

Kota Panton Labu Kabupaten Aceh Utara merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil pisang salee yang cukup terkenal dan sering dikunjungi masyarakat untuk membeli pisang salee. Namun, produk pisang salee yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM di Panton Labu masih banyak yang belum memiliki surat izin PIRT. PIRT merupakan bentuk jaminan dari pemerintah mengenai makanan yang diproduksi aman untuk dikonsumsi oleh konsumen. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pelaku usaha pisang salee/UMKM tentang pentingnya PIRT bagi suatu produk makanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi tentang PIRT dan prosedur mendapatkan PIRT pada  beberapa UMKM pisang salee yang ada di Kota Panton Labu Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi tersebut adalah beberapa contoh produk makanan dari UMKM yang sudah memiliki PIRT dan sudah dikemas dengan baik. Setelah mendapatkan sosialisasi tentang PIRT disertai beberapa contoh produk makanan, terlihat bahwa pelaku usaha pisang salee/UMKM tertarik dan antusias untuk mendapatkan PIRT bagi produknya. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan PKM ini perlu ditindaklanjuti dalam bentuk pendampingan pada UMKM pisang salee di Kota Panton Labu dalam mendapatan PIRT dan kemasan produk yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is an industrial sector that carries out activities in the form of producing various types of products that can grow the economy. Bireuen Regency is an area that has great potential in the development of SMEs. However, so far, SMEs are still running independently, making it difficult for SMEs to meet their needs within a certain period of time, such as limited access to raw materials which sometimes have to be imported from outside Bireuen Regency and even from outside Aceh Province, which in the end will harm SMEs due to backorder. Through industrial clustering, specific or similar SMEs will strengthen each other in a supply chain network, the process of creating value-added with the geographical proximity factor. The academic team of Al Muslim University with Bappeda collaborated in the socialization of "Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) Clusterisation Mapping in Bireuen Regency” with the participants are the Camat (head of subdistrict) from 17 subdistricts. The methods introduced are K-Means and GIS. As a result of this socialization, the Camat received surveyors to collect SMEs data in each sub-district.

Abstract

Abstrak: Indeks pembangunan manusia merupakan salah satu alat untuk mengukur proses pembangunansuatu wilayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel pengeluaran dana persalinan dan tingkat kedalamankemiskinan untuk mengukur indeks pembangunan manusia. Data yang diuji data time series diperolehdari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bireuen periode 2015-2020. Metode analisisyang digunakan adalah linear berganda dan diolah melalui program SPSS.23 dimana bentukpersamaannya adalah semi logaritma natural. Hasil temuan penelitian ini adalah tingkat kedalamankemiskinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia. Secara simultan,kedua variabel yaitu pengeluaran dana persalinan dan tingkat kedalaman kemiskinan berpengaruh secarasignifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di Kabupaten Bireuen. Abstract

The increase in waste is currently a very important problem, especially for the Bireuen Regency area. If the existing waste cannot be managed properly then it can cause a crucial problem. If the existing waste cannot be managed properly then it can cause a crucial problem. The research objectives of this study are to determine the planning of creative and recycling industrial waste management with the aim of increasing the community's economy and reducing unemployment in Bireuen Regency and to determine the community's response to integrated 3R waste management planning in Bireuen Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a method of conducting research that focuses on events that have a natural nature. Waste management planning is designed using the business model canvas. The results show that by using the business model canvas, the first year projection is that if waste management is carried out on a small scale, it can absorb 153 workers.

Abstract

Mom N Me adalah mitra Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Almuslim yang bergerak dalam memproduksi tas tradisional Aceh dan tas modern dengan memanfaatkan kain perca. Pengrajin tas motif khas Aceh Mom N Me ini juga merupakan satu-satunya yang ada di Kabupaten Bireuen dan memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan menjadi produk unggulan dan kreatif dari Kabupaten Bireuen. Dalam menjalankan usahanya selama ini, Mom N Me menghadapi empat permasalahan yaitu 1) Mom N Me selama ini menjual produk kepada teman atau relasi terdekat saja, promosi hanya dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut, 2) proses produksi tidak dilakukan setiap hari, namun hanya pada saat ada pesanan saja, 3) jahitan pola kerawang pada produk tas masih ada yang tidak rapi dan tidak sesuai dengan pola, 4) sistem pemasaran yang dilakukan masih sangat manual, dan tradisional. Dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital melalui endorsement terhadap usaha tas tradisional maka akan meningkatkan permintaan terhadap produk Mom N Me. Tim akademisi dan mahasiswa melaksanakan endorse produk Mom N Me dan mempubilkasikannya di channel youtube Fakultas Ekonomi, Instagram dan Facebook Fakultas Ekonomi dan Pasca Sarjana Universitas Almuslim. Permintaan produk Mom N Me terus meningkat dikalangan dosen dan mahasiswa serta menjadi produk cindera mata dari Universitas Almuslim untuk mitra lainnya. Nagoya Gakuin University (NGU) Jepang, merupakan salah satu Mitra Universitas Almuslim yang sangat tertarik dengan motif kerawang khas Aceh dan telah beberapa kali menerima cinderamata produk Mom n Me

Abstract

This study seeks to examine community-based aspects as social education for the success of managing cultural tourism objects after the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Informants in this study are key informants, namely managers of cultural tourism objects, geucik, visitors and the community around cultural tourism objects. Informant retrieval technique using snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the community-based aspect as a successful tourism object management strongly supports the sustainability of tourism in Bireuen district both in terms of the role of outsiders, justice, conflict resolution, empowerment, knowledge and awareness, and sustainable use. In addition, the need for collaboration in the development of cultural tourism objects that are effective in advancing a common vision in the development of cultural tourism objects in a sustainable manner. One of the recommendations is that the authorities should pay more attention to the implementation of better tourism policies and services and maximize the benefit of local communities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of creativity and entrepreneurial development on the level of welfare of embroidery business craftsmen in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency. In this study using primary data, namely embroidery business craftsmen in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency with a total of 52 businesses. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that creativity affects the level of border welfare in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency. Entrepreneurial development also influences the welfare level of embroidery business in Peusangan Dostrict, Bireuen Regency. This shows that border business craftsmen must have creativity that can be used to improve their welfare. On the other hand, the business must be developed considering that this factor also affects the welfare of the business. Creativity and entrepreneurship development are two things that must be done if the craftsmen want their welfare to be increased.

Abstract

Aceh Province is one of the mainstay sectors in the field of tourism, but the reality on the ground shows that the community lacks the ability and knowledge to develop tourism, one of which is cultural tourism objects in Bireuen Regency. This of course requires the right solutions and strategies in developing regional tourism potential. The tourism potential in the region is very large and diverse while prioritizing beauty and uniqueness. Tourism development requires the participation of all components, namely: government, private sector, and society. The government plays a role in facilitating tourism development. This community service activity aimed to describe social education through empowering the community managing cultural tourism objects using the tourism awareness education module. The method of implementing the activity was carried out by implementing a training program in the form of learning using the tourism awareness education module. As for the results of this training activity, it was found that social education has been effective in increasing partners' knowledge in the development of sustainable cultural tourism objects. Therefore, the community and the tourism agency should actively participate in developing cultural tourism objects, which can become one of the regional tourism icons in increasing people's sources of income through tourist visits.
