Abstract

This study examines the transformational leadership style and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Taraindo Energi Perkasa, both partially and simultaneously. Employing a quantitative associative approach, it processes questionnaire data via SPSS version 23. The population comprises 60 employees, serving as the sample. Analysis techniques include instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. Findings reveal transformational leadership style positively and significantly impacts employee performance partially, with t-calculated (6.529) > t-table (2.002) and significance of 0.424 (42.4%), rejecting H0 and accepting Ha. The physical work environment also exerts a positive significant partial effect, t-calculated (6.305) > t-table (2.002), with 0.422 (42.2%) significance, accepting Ha and rejecting H0. Simultaneously, both variables positively and significantly affect performance, yielding the regression equation: Y = 1.951 + 0.469X1 + 0.466X2. F-calculated (45.824) > F-table (3.10), with 0.617 (61.7%) significance, rejecting H0 and accepting Ha. Recommendations urge leaders to adapt approaches, enhance lighting, and refine work programs and job descriptions to boost employee performance at PT. Taraindo Energi Perkasa.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work assessment and Work life balance partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Jakarta Joglo Branch. Using quantitative methods, with a population of 58 employees and a sampling technique using total sampling or saturated sampling, namely the entire population is used as a sample. From the results of statistical calculations, the Work Assessment variable (X1) has a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This can be proven by the t-test value of the Work Assessment variable (X1) with a t count of 11.368 and a significance of 0.000. Because t count is smaller than t table (11.368> 2.003) and the significance is smaller than 5% (0.050) then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that Work Assessment (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). There is an influence of Work life balance (X2) having a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This can be proven by the t-test value of the Work life balance variable (X2) with a t count of 5.063 and a significance of 0.000. Because tcount is greater than ttable (5.063 > 2.003) and the significance is less than 5% (0.050) then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that Work life balance (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). It is obtained that there is a significant influence between Work assessment and Work life balance on Employee Performance. Judging from the ANOVA values, the Fcount value is 329.841 while Ftable ( 0.05) for n = 55 is 2.77. So Fcount> from Ftable (0.05) or 329.841> 2.77, with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, then it can be said that, Work assessment (X1), Work life balance (X2) and together have an effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and motivation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang City. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires using the Slovin formula, resulting in 62 respondents representing a population of 160 employees. Data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the hypothesis test where t-count > t-table (9.318 > 1.671). Motivation also significantly affects employee performance with t-count > t-table (9.101 > 1.671). Simultaneously, the physical work environment and motivation influence employee performance with F-count > F-table (60.672 > 4,004). The coefficient of determination is 67.3%, meaning that employee performance is influenced by the physical work environment and motivation by 67.3%, while the remaining 32.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
