Abstract

Berdasarkan social cognitive theory (SCT), penelitian ini mendalilkan karakteristik tim kritis dan faktor lingkungan sebagai pendorong utama kinerja tim. Dalam model yang diusulkan dari studi ini, kinerja tim berhubungan positif dengan dua anteseden (yaitu, keadilan prosedural dan EQ Climate) secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui mediasi perencanaan tim. Data dikumpulkan dari 170 kuesioner yang dikembalikan dari sampel yang diambil secara random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan procedural dan EQ climate berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tim, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi proses manajemen pengetahuan. Selain itu, pengujian empiris penelitian ini, dengan menyelidiki para teknisi engineering yang bekerja di industri manufaktur Indonesia, melengkapi penerapan teori kognitif sosial dalam memahami kinerja tim. Terakhir, implikasi manajerial tentang kinerja tim dan open problem di masa depan dibahas pada akhir laporan penelitian.

Abstract

Dalam model yang diusulkan dari studi ini, kinerja tim dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh dua prediktor (yaitu, team efficacy dan iklim kecerdasan emosional). Demikian juga, perencanaan tim kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tim. Data dikumpulkan dari 157 kuesioner yang dikembalikan dari sampel yang diambil secara random sampling dari karyawan engineering sebuah perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa team efficacy dan iklim kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan tim kerja dan kinerja tim. Demikian juga perencanaan tim kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tim. Selain itu, pengujian empiris penelitian ini, dengan menyelidiki para teknisi engineering yang bekerja di industri manufaktur Indonesia, melengkapi penerapan teori kognitif sosial dalam memahami kinerja tim. Terakhir, implikasi manajerial tentang kinerja tim dan open problem di masa depan dibahas pada akhir laporan penelitian. Abstract

Komitmen dosen merupakan kebutuhan krusial dan fundamental untuk menjaga keberlangsungan proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Karena sejatinya, perguruan tinggi merupakan institusi knowledge creator dan produsen sumber daya manusia unggul yang menjadi tumpuan masa depan generasi. Unuk itu, menghadirkan komitmen dosen dalam dalam praksis berdasarkan usaha dan konsep teoritis yang proven menjadi penting dan genting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh leaders coaching terhadap komitmen tim dosen, serta untuk menyelidiki efek mediasi modal psikologis pada populasi dosen dari salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Banten. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode simple random sampling dengan 61 sampel dosen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leaders coaching memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap modal psikologis dan komitmen tim dosen. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara leaders coaching dan komitmen tim secara signifikan dimediasi oleh modal psikologis. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dosen dalam menghadapi era education 4.0. Kata kunci: Komitmen tim, leaders coaching, modal psikologis.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki apakah peningkatan perhatian yang diberikan pada praktik managerial coaching mempengaruhi motivasi intrinsic dan kinerja individual karyawan. Demikian juga, apakah variabel motivasi intrinsic mampu memediasi hubungan pengaruh managerial coaching terhadap kinerja. Data dikumpulkan dari 105 karyawan industri UMKM di Jawa Barat dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan survei konfirmasi. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa managerial coaching memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja individu karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi variabel motivasi intrinsic. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memiliki implikasi yang signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan manajerial SDM tentang proses praktik coaching di lingkungan karyawan industri UMKM di Indonesia. Kata kunci: Coaching, kinerja, motivasi.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of transformational and transactional leadershipon the teacher innovation capability in one of private school in Tangearng mediated by organizational learning. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of the teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 199 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership have positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating organizational learning. While tansactional leadership has positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability only through mediating organizational learning. Because, transactional leadership has not significant effect on the teacher innovation capability directly. This novel research is proposing a model to build innovation capability amongteachers through transformational and transactional leadeship with organizational learning as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the education4.0 era

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of organizational culture on teacher innovation capability in Indonesia mediated by tacit and explicit knowledge sharing. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 583 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating tacit knowledge sharing. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on explicit knowledge sharing. While explicit knowledge sharing has not significant effect on teacher innovation capability. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through organizational culture with tacit & explicit knowledge sharing as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of organizational learning on the improvement of hard skills, soft skills and teacher innovation capability in Indonesia.Hard skills and soft skills as mediated variables. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Jawa Barat. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 663 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating hard skills and soft skills. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through organizational learning with hard skills and soft skills as mediation. This research can open the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction on the teacher performance of private schools teachers in Tangerang which are mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the private schools teacher population in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 224 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, transformational leadership have not significant effect on the teacher performance directly without mediating organizational citizenship behavior. This new research proposed a model for building the teacher performance among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict, job stress and social support (supervisor, peer and family support) on job satisfaction of the woman teachers of two private schools in Banten. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 145 population of woman teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 139 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict, peer support and family support have significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job stress and supervisor sopport have not significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing social support and manage job stress and work-family conflict. This research could pave the way to improve woman teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of organizational justice and transformational leadership on organizational commitment of the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang which are mediated by intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 151 population of employees. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 102 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction have a significant effect as mediator between organizational justice and organizational commitment. This new research proposed a model for building the organizational commitment among the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang through enhancing organizational justice with intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve the lecturer readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.
