Abstract

Aceh Besar Regency is the primary access and entrance gate to the provincial capital, directly adjacent to the city of Banda Aceh. This proximity positions Aceh Besar as a buffer from the city. The strategic location and position make Aceh Besar an opportune area for rapid growth and development. Thus, developing these strategic areas will foster the emergence of growth centers (Growth Poles). This research aims to determine and analyze the impact of the spread effect on the public market between Aceh Besar Regency and Banda Aceh City as a potential sector that can encourage economic growth and have a spreading effect on the surrounding area. The analysis method employed in this research is a quantitative approach utilizing descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the results of the gravity analysis of sub-districts in Aceh Besar Regency and Banda Aceh City show that Want Jaya Sub-district as the primary growth center has the greatest interaction value with Darul Imarah Sub-district. The last sub-district is one of the sub-districts in Aceh Besar Regency with an interaction value of 76,525,776,000. Furthermore, the largest interaction values after Darul Imarah District are Krueng Barona Jaya District and Montasik District with interaction values of 15,062,514,047 and 11,831,506,347 respectively.

Abstract

Kata Kunci: Model bangkitan, tarikan, location quotient (LQ), regresi linier berganda  Abstract This research analysis of trip generation which consist of trip generation based on location quotient in Banda Aceh City as well as knowing the variables that affect of the trip generation of the movement. The research data is secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics and primary data through questionnaires with random sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and analysis technique with multiple linear regression. The regression results of the trip generation models conducted in 3 districts whose LQ value is greater than 1, namely Kuta Alam, Syiah Kuala and Ulee Kareng Districts. The results of the analysis of the generated model of the office and economy sector in Kuta Alam District, which affects the trip generation significantly is the number of vehicle ownership and the choice of mode which have a negative effect. Each increase in the number of vehicles and choice of mode will reduce trip generation. In the education sector in Syiah Kuala District, only the number of vehicle ownership has a positive effect on generation. This means that every increase in the number of vehicle ownership, there will be an increase in trip generation. The residential sector in Ulee Kareng District, only the choice of mode has a positive significant effect on trip generation. That is, every increase in the choice of mode, there will be an increase in trip generation. Suggestions for the government according to this research can be a reference for increasing road capacity and land use to avoid congestion. Key Words: Trip generation, location quotient (LQ) and regression linear multiple

Abstract

This mall has a land area of 13,302 m². This area has a fairly high activity intensity, because Jalan T. Panglima Nyak Makam is commercial. The operation of Trans Studio Mall can also cause traffic impacts on several roads in Banda Aceh City. The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide traffic management scenarios such as handling the road (weaving) by diverting the exit of the Trans Studio Mall vehicle to Jalan Mon Kuta towards Lambhuk and setting road markings, one of which is by closing the U-turn direction. Turn) and redirects it in the direction of the next turn. Calculation of road performance, weaving and U-turn using the 1997 MKJI method. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on traffic performance on the existing condition on the TP Nyak Makam road with service level D, Scenario I was carried out, namely handling weaving by diverting the exit of the Trans Mall vehicle , this is shown by the DS value before handling is 0.82 to 0.71 with service level D to C, scenario II The design of the median without openings in front of the Hermes Hotel can improve traffic management from the service level to the average existing condition D being the road service level B. Keywords: Traffic Performance, MKJI 1977, Weaving, U-Turn

Abstract

The study discusses the relationship between the environmental capacity of the road in terms of the impact of noise and air pollution caused by vehicles traveling on the road around the school area, namely T. Panglima Nyak Makam in Banda Aceh. Level of noise and air pollution is greatly influenced by the geometric of the road, the volume and, the speed of the vehicle. Traffic volume average of 486.8 pcu/hour/direction and an average speed of 33.19 km/hour. Capacity of this road is 1455.3 pcu/hour. From the research results obtained Leq values ranged from 72.8 dB (A) - 78.2 dB (A), with an average value of 76.00 dB (A). This Leq value indicates a noise level that has an impact on the community that is greater than 70 dB (A), and is still within the maximum noise threshold of 85 dB (A) and has passed the noise standard in the school area of 55 dB (A), then This road section is no longer feasible for school areas if assessed from the noise that occurs, for CO pollutants (LV) 1,301 ppm, CO (HV) 0.016 ppm, NOX 0.096 ppm, and HC 0.063 ppm. This shows that is still feasible because the DS limit for urban roads is 0.85 and classified as this road is still able to accommodate the traffic volume with the estimated air pollution provided.
