Abstract

Ketidakadilan organisasional memiliki dampak yang tidak baik pada organisasi. Diantaranya adalah munculnya perilaku menyimpang. Perilaku menyimpang dapat berakibat pada penurunan produktivitas, kerusakan dan popularitas organisasi. Penyebab munculnya perilaku menyimpang karena karyawan sering diberikan target tidak pantas oleh manajemen. dimana target ini merupakan bentuk ketidakadilan yang diberikan oleh manajemen. Jika organisasi berhasil mengidentifikasi dan memahami alasan yang mendorong karyawan untuk mengembangkan perilaku menyimpang, maka akan mampu mengelola konsekuensi buruk.

Abstract

The sales of product “PertaminaDex” at Pertamina (Persero) Rewulu Fuel Terminal is currently at its early stage. The sales of PertaminaDex which were not as much as Premium and Diesel / Biodiesel has made it a challenge for Rewulu Fuel Terminal to find ways to enable PertaminaDex can be accepted in the market. Thereby, it would affect the increased sales The availability of PTO tankers is for product carrier of PertaminaDex . It is in order to provide more services as compared to other Petamina’s product. PTO tankers is a tank car that is equipped with Flow Meter and the dispenser, so that the gas station as the customer of Pertamina does not have to redeem a minimum of 8,000 liters to be able to get the product PertaminaDex, but it can make a purchase of at least 2,000 liters. Therefore, it is certainly very beneficial in reducing capital expenditure of the gas stations in buying PertaminaDex products at Pertamina (Persero) Rewulu Fuel Terminal. The objective of this study is to examine the comparison of product sales of PertaminaDex before and after the usage of tank car PTO owned by Pertamina (Persero) Rewulu Fuel Terminal. T- test was usedto analyze the different between the number of sales of the product 4 months before the use of PTO tank cars and 4 months after the use of the car. The results showed that there is no an increase of sales of the PertaminaDex after the use of the tank car at 10 percent level.

Abstract

Brand switching atau berpindah merek merupakan perilaku dari konsumen yang mendapatkan pengalaman tidak menyenangkan selama menjalin kerjasama. Perilaku perpindahan merek merupakan fenomena yang kompleks, yang dapat terjadi karena adanya perilaku mencari keberagaman (variety seeking), terdapatnya penawaran produk lain atau dapat juga terjadi karena adanya masalah yang ditemukan atas produk yang sudah dibeli. Perpindahan merek terjadi ketika seorang konsumen atau sekelompok konsumen beralih kesetiaan dari satu merek produk tertentu ke merek lain dan hal tersebut dapat saja terjadi sementara waktu saja. Semakin tinggi tingkat brand switchingnya, semakin tidak loyal konsumen dari merek tersebutBrand switching behavior adalah perilaku perpindahan merek yang dilakukan konsumen atau diartikan juga sebagai kerentanan konsumen untuk berpindah ke merek lain. Penilaian konsumen terhadap merek dapat timbul dari berbagai variabel, seperti pengalaman konsumen dengan produk sebelumnya dan pengetahuan tentang produk. Pengalaman konsumen dalam memakai produk memunculkan komitmen terhadap merek tersebut. Pengalaman yang menimbulkan penilaian yang tidak menyenangkan bagi seorang konsumen akan menyebabkan mereka melakukan perpindahan merek.Kata Kunci : Perilaku Konsumen, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Brand Switching

Abstract

Using a methodical literature review technique, this study seeks to compile the most recent data about the impact of workplace spirituality on organizational performance. Using the keywords "job performance," "organizational performance," and "workplace spirituality," Google Scholar is the database that is used. Use the article search tool publish or perish to find English-language papers in the Google Scholar database between 2017 and 2025. 988 articles were found in the search results. Following the procedure for inclusion and exclusion, 40 suitable articles were found. The synthesis's findings demonstrate how organizational performance is impacted by workplace spirituality. According to this review, workplace spirituality can boost constructive employee behavior, which raises the caliber of work produced. Aside from that, workplace spirituality functions as a moderator and mediator in addition to being an independent variable. A concept map that illustrates the connection between workplace spirituality and different organizational outcomes is also created by this literature review. Additionally, this study is significant because it might serve as a reference for scholars wishing to delve further into the connection between job performance and workplace spirituality.

Abstract

Abstract This community service was designed to build interest in learning English among children aged 5 to 9 years in Dusun Tegal Blateran, Klaten, utilizing picture-based vocabulary instruction. The implementation of the program was grounded in a learning assistance framework enlightened by the theories of the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) and scaffolding. The activities encompassed introducing English vocabulary through visual aids, engaging in drawing exercises, and conducting guided vocabulary practice sessions. The outcomes indicated that the children exhibited a high level of enthusiasm, willingly adhered to instructions, and demonstrated confidence in utilizing English vocabulary. The involvement and parents’ support, alongside community leaders, significantly contributed to the program's success. Overall, this activity had a positive effect on the children's interest in learning and heightened community awareness regarding early English education.
