Abstract

الملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل تأثير طريقة الغناء على تعزيز مفردات اللغة العربية في الصف الخامس في مدرسة الحكمة الابتدائية الإسلامية في باكنبارو، مع افتراض أن طريقة الغناء تؤثر في تعزيز مفردات اللغة العربية. وبناءً على ذلك، قامت الباحثة ببحث طريقة الغناء مع تلميذات الصف الخامس لتحديد مدى تأثير هذه الطريقة بشكل ملحوظ. يستخدم هذا البحث المنهج التجريبي بنهج كمي. يستمد مصدر بيانات البحث من تقنية جمع البيانات من خلال أداة الاختبار الموضوعي، وهو اختبار المطابقة، ثم يتم معالجة البيانات للحصول على بيانات دقيقة ومتعلقة بالمناقشة باستخدام برنامج الحلول الإحصائية للمنتجات والخدمات برواية ٢٤. وبناءً على نتائج البحث، يعرف أن طريقة الغناء تؤثر في تعزيز مفردات اللغة العربية. الكلمات المفتاحية: تأثير طريقة الغناء، تعزيز مفردات اللغة العربية.

Abstract

  الملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك تأثير طريقة التعليم المتمحورة حول الطالب على رغبة تعلّم اللغة العربية لدى طلبة مدرسة الإمام الشافعي الثاني المتوسطة الإسلامية بباكنبارو. يعتبر هذا البحث من نوع التجربة مع تصميم ما قبل الاختبار وما بعده. يشمل عينة البحث طلبة الصف التاسع أ و ب في مدرسة الإمام الشافعي الثاني المتوسطة الإسلامية بباكنبارو والبالغ عددهم ٣٠ طالبًا. تم جمع البيانات باستخدام استبيان يتضمن بيانات معينة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الاختبار التحليلي (ت) (اختبار-ت للعينات المتزاوجة) باستخدام برنامج الإحصاء للعلوم الاجتماعية الإصدار ۲۲. أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق معنوية (سيج. ٠،٠٠٠) بين الطلبة الذين لم يتم تطبيق العلاج عليهم والطلبة الذين تم تطبيق العلاج عليهم باستخدام طريقة التعليم المتمحورة حول الطالب. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ثبت أن طريقة التعليم المتمحورة حول الطالب فعالة في زيادة رغبة الطلبة بالتعلم، وذلك بشكل يتجاوز المستوى المعنوي (سيج. ٠،٠٠٠) بين الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي. يأمل الباحث أن يستخدم الباحثون المستقبليون أنواع أخرى من البحوث في هذا المجال. الكلمات المفتاحية: طريقة التعليم المتمحورة حول الطالب، رغبة تعلم اللغة العربية

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the purpose of teaching Arabic in the Islamic Education Study Program at Universitas Islam Riau and the possibility of implementing a heutagogical approach in the said course. Heutagogy is the latest approach in the world of Education, which is in line with the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. It is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis method. Data collection in this research was carried out in three ways, i.e. interview, documentation, and library research. From the analysis, the study concludes that the general objective of the teaching of Arabic in the Islamic Education Study Program at Universitas Islam Riau is that students are able to recognize Arabic grammar and practice it in the writing and reading of religious texts and other Arabic texts; besides, students are expected to be able to understand the Arabic book, speak, and write Arabic in simple situations. The next conclusion shows that the heutagogical approach cannot be fully applied in Arabic class in the Islamic Education Study Program because the purpose of the Arabic learning cannot come out of the goals set by the study program. However, the spirit of heutagogy can be seen in the Arabic learning process

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concepts and methods of learning foreign languages from Fiki Naki (FN) in the digital age. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The data collection method used in this study is Grounded Theory. Data collection used Library research instruments or Visual Material Review. The research library used eight YouTube videos of interviews with FN and FN's answers to several questions from his fans and used other media sources. The data analysis uses four stages: Codes, Sub-Categories, Categories, and Theory. This study concludes that the FN learning model is suitable for adaptation to foreign language learning to use a foreign language in simple conversation with a native speaker of the target language, not for academic purposes. The concept of learning FN consists of two: psychological and non-psychological. Psychological learning concepts include Learning by fun, high determination and consistency, confidence in using Language, and Self-Regulated Learning. The concepts of non-psychological Learning include Autodidact, intensive Learning, direct language practice, imaginary conversation with oneself and practice it with native speakers, mastery of vocabulary and phrases with keyword strategies, and effective use of online media. At the same time, the learning method that FN uses is a communicative method with several learning techniques, including a focus on listening and speaking skills, using Mnemonic techniques in vocabulary mastery, and conjugation mastery techniques. The novelty of this research is the description of FN's foreign language learning concepts and methods in self-taught foreign language learning. The researchers recommend analyzing and implementing FN's concepts and learning methods in learning Arabic as a foreign language.

Abstract

Dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang bermutu memerlukan rencana-rencana strategi. SMPN 7 Kota Jambi merupakan sekolah yang menerapkan strategi dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusannya. Fokus Penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses penerapan manajemen strategik kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi nonpartisipan, wawancara tidak terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan waktu. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Pengamatan lingkungan (Analisis SWOT) meliputi pengamatan lingkungan sekolah mengenai kekuatan, kelemahan, ancaman, dan peluang. (2) Perencanaan strategi pada SMPN 7 Kota Jambi (a) melakukan analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal sekolah, (b) berkoordinasi dengan wakil kepala sekolah untuk merumuskan program/kegiatan sekolah, (c) menentukan strategi melalui pengembangan program/kegiatan sekolah, pada SMPN 7 Kota Jambi perencanaan strategi dikiuti dengan merumuskan kebijakan mutu. (3) Pengorganisasian strategi yaitu adanya pembagian tugas guru dan staf yang jelas. (4) Implementasi strategi yaitu (a) mengembangkan program unggulan sekolah yang dimulai dari tahap PPDB, (b) pengembangan guru. (c) Pelaksanaan K-13 (5) Evaluasi strategi yang dilakukan adalah (a) supervisi, (b) pelaksanaan rutin pada proses pembelajaran, (c) melalui laporan kegiatan dan rapat evaluasi sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the Self-Regulated Learning of Arabic Language Education students at the Universitas Islam Riau. The research method used is a descriptive analysis using the percentage of the Self-Regulated Learning questionnaires through the Moodle discussion forum, which consists of five aspects, that is discipline, confidence, motivation, initiative, responsibility, with a sample of forty-four students. The validity test results using the SPSS 20. There are eight invalid and seventeen valid questions from the twenty-five indicator items after the validity test, so the researchers only used the right questions to test the research object. Based on the Cronbach's Alpha value in the reliability statistics table, a matter of 0.840, this can conclude that these results have a very high level of reliability. The study results indicate that the Self-Regulated Learning of Arabic Language Education students at the Universitas Islam Riau is pretty good in the aspects of self-confidence with a score of 65.7%, aspects of discipline with a score of 72.2%, and aspects of responsibility with a score of 73.1%, And not good in the part of the initiative with a score of 55.1% and motivational elements with 63.8%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the essential educational competencies that must be understood by new students which are the demands of the curriculum on Education of Arabic Language of Universitas Islam Riau (UIR) and determine matriculation learning materials. This research used the Qualitative Research Method within photographic technique functioned as initial research to collect data to create the education framework of learning material mapping. Data collection technique is done through literature study and interviews on to lecturers in language skill courses in Education of Arabic Language of UIR with a total of 5 people. This research concluded the learning materials in matriculation for Education of Arabic Language of UIR can be formulated into a package of methods presented in the form of 8 (eight) practical steps.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of data analytics and transformational leadership on internal audit report quality at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) in Indonesia. The population consists of all auditors at BPKP, and a purposive sampling technique was employed to select 127 auditors as the sample. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with structural equation modeling using SmartPLS 4. The results show that data analytics and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on internal audit report quality. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to invest in both data analytics capabilities and transformational leadership development to maximize the quality of internal audit results.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop strategies to improve students' Self-Regulated Learning in the Arabic Language Education Study Program at Universitas Islam Riau in the Arabic language proficiency course in the disruption era. This research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The data collection technique for the qualitative method in this study used several designs; the Interview Technique, Documentation, and Literature Study. The systematics of strategy development refers to five stages according to Hariadi’s theory. This study shows the results of several strategies to improve Self-Regulated Learning for Arabic Language Education students at the Universitas Islam Riau for language proficiency courses; 1) Creation of environmental Arabic (Bîʾah Luġawiyyah), 2) monitoring and evaluation stages of the use of Arabic as a language of instruction lectures, 3) Coordination in the formulation of Semester Lesson Plan, 4) Orienting the religious subjects as subjects of knowledge and proficiency in the same time, 5) Motivation in competing, 6) Award Programs for student achievement, 7) Guidance lecturer in competing.
