Abstract

Akhlakul Karimah (noble character) cannot be formed on its own without coaching. Coaching can be formed through religious activities. This reseacrh  aims to analysis: (1) religious activities implemented in improving morality in the Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Qodiriyah Harjowinangun Dempet Demak in 2019 and (2) What are the implications of the implementation of religious activities in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Qodiriyah Harjowinangun Dempet  Demak and (2) What are the implications of the implementation of religious activities in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Qodiriyah Harjowinangun Dempet Demak. This research is a type of field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques carried out by (1) interviews, (2) observation  and (3) documentation. Data were analysis with an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclussion. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the implementation of religious activities in improving morality in the MA Qodiriya  consists of Daily, Selapanan, and insidentally. Namely istighotsah  ahad kliwon with reading manaqib, teacher fasting on Monday dan Thursday, dzuhur in congregation, teaching in a sacred state (wudlu), guardian pilgrimage, Qiyamullail and khotmil Qur’an. (2) Implications of implementing activities for religius;  first, students have a more consistent iman and taqwa than before, second, have a habit of amal saleh, third are accustomed to acting in accordance with noble character.

Abstract

This article discusses 1) analysis of tahfizh program implementation 2) the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the tahfizh program. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were students and teachers of tahfizh. Researchers used interview, observation, and documentation techniques in collecting data. The interactive descriptive analysis model was used in data analysis, namely reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The results of the study were obtained: 1) the implementation of tahfizh learning began in 2015 with an allocation of 5 hours / day except Friday. Types of components in the form of determination of materials, memorization targets, methods, assessment, infrastructure, teacher/student selection and administration funds. 2) the driving and inhibiting factors are family/community support, management, school environment, other program support activities, students' initial provision, and student environmental conditions.

Abstract

Kajian ini mendeskripsikan pemikiran pendidikan Islam  Al Abras> yi dalam kitab> At Tarbiyah Al-Islam> iyyah wa Falas> ifatuha dan relevansinya dengan konsep pendidikan kekinian yang meliputi tujuan, metode, kurikulum, dan  juga menyangkut pendidik dan anak didik sangat relevan dengan pendidikan dewasa ini. Pendekatan dalam peneltian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Al-Abra>syi    adalah seorang cendekiawan,  tokoh pendidikan, ulama dan seorang guru besar yang hidup pada abad XX di Mesir. Pemikirannya tentang pendidikan Islam banyak dipengaruhi oleh pemikiran Ibnu Sina, Imam al-Ghazali dan Ibnu Khaldun. Hasil dari kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan Islam memang mengutamakan pendidikan akhlak yang merupakan ruhnya, tetapi tidak mengabaikan  masalah mempersiapkan  seseorang untuk hidup, mencari rizki dan tidak pula melupakan pendidikan jasmani, akal, hati, kemauan, cita-cita, keterampilan tangan, lisan dan kepribadian.Kata kunci: pendidikan Islam, al Abra>syi, Kita>b at-Tarbiyah al- Isla>miyyah wa Fala>sifatuhaTHE ISLAMIC EDUCATION THOUGHT ACCORDING TO M. At}iyah AL-Abra>syi IN AL-TARBIYAH AL-ISLA>MIYYA WA FALA>SIFATUHA. This study aims to describe the Al Abra>syi Islamic educational thought  in the book At Tarbiyah  Al-Islamiyyah wa Falasifatuha and relevance to the educational concept of the present. The thinking of M. At}iyah al-Abra>syi in al-tarbiyah al-Islamiyah wa Falasifatuha book about education that includes the purpose, methods, curriculum, and also concerns to the educators and students are very relevant to education today. The approach of this study is library research. Al-Abra>syi was a scholar, an education personage, scholars and a great teacher who lived in the XX century in Egypt. His thoughts on the Islamic education thought much influenced by Ibn Sina, al- Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun. The result of this study show that Islamic education was indeed prioritizes the morals education which is their true meaning, but not neglecting the issue prepare a person for life, seeking rizqi nor forget the physical education, intellect, heart, will, goals, skills, and personality.Keywords: Islamic  education,  al Abra>syi,  Kitab at-Tarbiyah  al- Islamiyya wa Falasifatuha.

Abstract

Analysis Studi of Educational System in Institusional Traditional System (Pesantren) for children of Memorization Al-Qur’ân at Raudlatul Falâh Bermi Gembong Pati Central  Java. This paper of research institutional system (pesantren) for children age 6/7 – 12 Th in Raudlatul Falah Bermi Gembong Pati Central Java. The fist program in institutional traditional system is memorization of al-Qur’ân 30 juz and learning is basic school (madrasa) /MI Tahfiẓ Raudlatul Falâh Gembong Pati Central Java. Educational system in institutional traditional include of teacher qur’an and teacher in basic shool, student, material or curriculum, methods of memorization of qur’ân, insfrastructure and environment  education is dominant factor in succesfull system education aspecially in institutional traditional (pesantren)

Abstract

The students' learning outcome of memorizing the Qur’ân is students' final ability to master memorization smoothly, precisely, and fluently. Numerous factors can affect student learning outcomes in memorizing the Qur’ân. This study, therefore, aims to examine the effect of memorization background on students' learning outcomes of memorizing the Qur'ân, the effect of learning motivation on students' learning outcomes of memorizing the Qur'ân, the effect of self-efficacy on students' learning outcomes of memorizing the Qur'ân, the effect of Arabic language skills on students' learning outcomes of memorizing Al-Qur'ân, and simultaneously test the effect of the memorization background, learning motivation, self-efficacy, and Arabic language skills on students' learning outcomes of memorizing Al-Qur'ân. The research used a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The research population was all students in grades VII, VIII, and IX of MTs Yanbû' Al-Qur'ân Kudus, totaling 495 students. Meanwhile, using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique, the research sample of 120 students was obtained. The data were collected using a questionnaire, test, and documentation. The data collected were then analyzed by simple and multiple linear regression analysis utilizing the SPPS version 24.0 application. The data analysis results revealed that the determinants affecting the learning outcomes of memorizing the Qur'an indicated that individually, (1) the memorization background had a significant effect of 6.0% on the learning outcomes of memorizing the Qur'an; learning motivation had a significant effect of 15.0% on the learning outcomes of memorizing the Qur'an; self-efficacy had a significant effect of 14.0% on the learning outcomes of memorizing the Qur'an. Meanwhile, students' Arabic skills had no significant effect of 0.01% on the learning outcomes of memorizing Al-Qur'ân. (2) Together, memorization background, learning motivation, self-efficacy, and Arabic language skills had an effect of 20.9% on the learning outcomes of memorizing Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

This research describes and analyzes the habituation of religious moderation values in the learning of Islamic Religious Education during the pandemic study of madrasah tsanawiyah based on Islamic boarding schools in Blora district with a research focus on how the forms, processes, and strategies of habituation of religious moderation values in PAI learning, and what are the implications for student. This research is a qualitative research using postpositivism paradigm. This type of research uses case studies, data collection uses three methods, namely: interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study used the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the form of habituation of the moderation value of religion in PAI learning during the pandemic during the pesantren-based madrasah studies in Blora district was carried out in the form of: through Islamic learning activities in the classroom and through religious activities. The values of religious moderation that are habituated in PAI learning are the values of justice (a'dalah), balance (tawazun), and tolerance (tasamuh). (2) The habituation process of religious moderation values in PAI learning during the pandemic during the pesantren-based madrasah tsanawiyah study in Bloradi district was carried out through: the stages of value transformation, the stages of value transactions, and the stages of value transhabituation. (3) The strategy used to habituate the value of religious moderation in Islamic Religious Education learning during the pandemic during the pesantren-based madrasah tsanawiyah study in Blora district, namely: introduction, habituation, example, and practice. (4) The implications of habituation of the value of religious moderation on the social attitudes of students during the pandemic during the Islamic boarding school-based madrasah studies in Blora district, namely being accustomed to worship, respecting teachers and friends, social care, tolerance, discipline, responsiveness to the environment, and obedience to regulations

Abstract

This study investigates how character education values are communicated and internalized through digital Islamic preaching on TikTok, focusing on the sermons of Gus Iqdam, an influential Indonesian preacher whose content resonates with millions of young followers. While his videos are widely consumed and celebrated for their humor and relatability, many audience members engage with the content passively, without translating the moral messages into real-life behavior. This research aims to explore the core character values conveyed in his digital sermons and assess their impact on audience comprehension and behavioral change. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through systematic content observation of selected TikTok sermons, semi-structured interviews with 50 active followers, and content analysis of the values embedded in the sermons. The findings reveal that Gus Iqdam promotes key moral values such as honesty, patience, empathy, respect, and responsibility through storytelling, humor, and everyday analogies. His casual language and culturally grounded delivery style serve as a bridge that connects moral lessons with the lived realities of young audiences. Interview data indicate that many followers felt personally influenced to reflect and act upon these values, although not all engagement led to transformation. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of how digital religious content can function as a medium of informal moral education, offering valuable insights for educators, preachers, and digital content creators aiming to reach and impact today’s digital-native generation.

Abstract

The success of memorizing the Qur'an is not only determined by the ability of students to memorize, but there are other factors more important than that, namely internal factors that directly affect the soul and attitudes of students, namely rote learning background, learning motivation and self effication student. Besides the factor of their understanding of memorized verses. The understanding of memorized verses depends on students 'understanding of Arabic, because the Qur'an uses Arabic, therefore students' understanding of Arabic will facilitate students in memorizing the Qur'an and successfully memorizing it.

Abstract

Pesantren faces challenges in adapting traditional teaching methods to the development of digital technology. The digital literacy gap and limited infrastructure are the main obstacles to implementing the digitalization of learning. One solution is using creative digital content to improve learners' digital literacy and creativity. This study aims to analyze the implementation of creative digital content in learning in pesantren and assess its impact on digital literacy and creativity of students. In addition, this study also examines the main challenges of pesantren digitalization and proposes strategic solutions to ensure its effectiveness and sustainability. A qualitative approach with a case study at PPATQ Raudlatul Falah Bermi Gembong Pati Central Java was used as the research location, and the Observations were also made at four Islamic boarding schools in the Central Java region. Data were collected through interviews with Santri and Ustadz, joint observation and document analysis. The data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns in the pesantren education system. The results showed that digitization improved santri's understanding of learning materials and their memory. Santris, who actively participates in digital content creation, is more creative and has better digital skills than traditional methods. However, some challenges include inadequate teacher training and limited internet access. Therefore, strategies are needed to control and strengthen the infrastructure. This study contributes to developing digital learning models in Pesantren and provides policy recommendations for Pesantren leaders and stakeholders to support the transformation of Islamic education through technology
