Abstract

PT. Andesta Mandiri Indonesia Pekanbaru is one of the company's outsourcing or labor supplier in Pekanbaru. Implementation is expected to provide organizational climate and job satisfaction of employees of PT Andesta Mandiri Indonesia Pekanbaru. Implementation of Organizational Climate at PT Mandiri Indonesia Pekanbaru Andesta ie Organizational Structure, standards-standards, responsibility, respect, support and commitment. In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that employees of PT Andesta Mandiri Indonesia Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the Managing Director. To determine the sample using the test slovin, sampling methods, with accidental sampling. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis is a statistical analysis with SPSS version 20. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination is equal to 0.607. This means that organizational climate significantly influence job satisfaction of employees amounted to 60.7%Keyword : Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction Of Employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Firm Size, Debt Policy, and Dividend Policy on Corporate Value in Manufacturing Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The ratio used to measure firm size as independent variable is Natural Logarithm of Total Asset and Natural Logarithm and Total Sales. The ratio used to measure debt policy is Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR), while the ratio used to measure dividend policy is Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Meanwhile, the ratio used to measure Company Value is Price Book Value (PBV) and Price Earning Ratio (PER). The method used to observe the effect of corporate measurement, debt policy, and dividend policy on firm value is by using multiple linear regression.Data used in this research are secondary data, financial report and annual report annual report. The data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 3 years from 2012 to 2014. Sampling is done by purposive sampling, which is used is 16 companies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21.The result of the analysis shows that firm size variable does not affect the value of manufacture company of research sample that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The debt policy variable does not affect the value of the manufacturing company of the research sample listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the dividend policy variable does not affect the value of the manufacturing company of the research sample listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result of simultaneous research shows that there is no influence from firm size variable, debt policy, and dividend policy on the value of manufacturing company of research sample listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Keywords: firm size, debt policy, dividend policy, corporate value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyzethe targeting of taxes and levies in the field of revenue Revenue Service, Finance and AssetManagement area Siak. This research is a case study using a descriptive analysis comparingtheory with practice. In accordance with the facts on the ground are obtained from target-settingprocess reribusi local taxes and services in the field of revenue income, management, finance andasset Siak area, apparently targeting because: 1) the lack of data, lack of data was the factor thatled to the decision taken in the determination taxes and levies targets seem less rational, since thedetermination based on the realization last year and projected using an average of the targets setin the years to come, 2) lack of human resources, lack of sumberdya human factor in this regardabout jobs and tax collection object retribution on the field, so that the required data in the targetsetting is not available, it is due to the lack of a dedicated budget to pay the counterparty tocollect data in the field, and 3) lack of infrastructure, this factor with regard to data collectionfacilities required so that taxpayers are less than optimal data collection acquisition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisisfaktor-faktor yang menghambat optimalisasi pemungutan pajak restoran yang akan dilakukanoleh Dispenda Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengantujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang mendalam tentang optimalisasi pemungutan pajakrestoran. Untuk pengumpulan data digunakan cara wawancara dengan informan yang pahamdengan permasalahan pajak restoran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemungutan pajakrestoran oleh Dinas Pendapatan Kabupaten Kampar meskipun memiliki kecenderungan yang semakinmeningkat, namun bila dibandingkan dengan besarnya jumlah restoran yang ada di KabupatenKampar, pungutan tersebut masih kurang optimal.Kata Kunci: pajak restoran, optimalisasi pemungutan, Dispenda

Abstract

Brand image or brand image is how a brand influence perceptions, views of the public or consumers against the company or its products. Purchasing decisions is the attitude of a person to buy or use a product in the form of goods or services that have been believed would satisfy him and willingness to bear risks that may ditimbulkanya. Purchasing decisions taken by the buyer is actually a collection of a number of decisions were organized.This research was conducted at Suzuki PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang is located in Jalan Tuanku Tambusai (jackfruit) 18 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect of brand image on purchase decision satria fu Suzuki motorcycle 150 cc at PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang.In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that consumers PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang and as a source of information is the HRD, and marketing Manager. To determine the sample using the formula Slovin, sampling with accidental sampling method. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation and questionnaires.From the results of data analysis includes test validity, reliability, and simple linear regression, brand image in the study include the brand advantage, brand strength, the uniqueness of the brand. Expense to draw new client can fivefold bigger than at expense maintain client there is. Brand Image of PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Pekanbaru have just good enough only felt less. According to Andi Mappiare interest is a mental device which consists of a mixture of feelings, hope, conviction, prejudice or another tendency that drive the individual to a particular choice.This research is done/conducted in PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Pekanbaru, Grand Sudirman office complex D-2 Datuk Setia Maharaja/Parit Indah street Bukit Raya subdistrict. Pekanbaru. As for reason chosen Takaful Keluarga that to measure storey level of interest of client and the happening of percentage of descend sum up client. target of this Research is done/conducted to know influence of brand image to client interest.In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sample used by that is client and as source of information is party of Takaful Agency Director. Organizational comitment employees represent important factor in company, because can have an effect on to behavior of which deal with work which are positive, for example high performance, loyalitas employees, and low turnover. high comitment from a employees of have correlation to lowly it him move job, deductible lethargy, lower nya mount out of work, and improve satisfaction work. Equally, organizational commitment a employees can give positive impact in creating environment of job which save. Abstract

Consumer behavior is very important for a company, by studying consumer behavior will help the company in its market to identify market segments will be more effective. Studying consumer behavior will also be able mengetahaui how consumers in the purchase decision process and the factors that influence it. The purpose of this study was to determine the basic behavior of consumers in the purchase of a motorcycle Yamaha Jupiter Z on the CV. Mahkota Motor pekanbaru.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Sampling techniques that are used is accidental sampling with a population of 326 people and the sample size was 77 respondents. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale.The results of this study indicate that factors influencing consumer behavior in purchasing products Yamaha Jupiter Z motor vehicle on a CV. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of labor discipline on employee productivity Palm Oil Factory production section (PKS) PT. PTPN V Sei Rokan district. Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Kab. Rokan Hulu. Labor discipline as an independent variable (X) and employee productivity as the dependent variable (Y). This research was conducted to the production employees as many as 63 people.Data were obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t-test, correlation analysis and determination using SPSS. The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing t test. thitung (14.241)> t table (2,000). This suggests that the labor discipline effect on employee productivity, the influence of labor discipline on employee productivity Palm Oil Factory production section (PKS) PT. PTPN V Sei Rokan district. Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Kab. Rokan Hulu amounted to 76.9% while the remaining 23.1% is influenced by other factors.Keywords: work discipline, labor productivity

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy and investment decisions of the Company value in the Sub Sector wholesale listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange study period of 2010 - 2014. The independent variables Dividend Policy are the indicators dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Debts policy with indicators Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Investment Decisions with indicators of Price Earning Ratio (PER). While that is used as the dependent variable is the value the company at indikatorkan Price to Book Value (PBV). The method used to observe the effect of Dividend Policy, Debt Policy and Investment Decisions to the company Value is using multiple linear regression.This study uses secondary data from financial statements of companies. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Classic assumption test in this study include normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.The results showed that the variables DPR and DER partially (t test) did not significant effect on the PBV on wholesale sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the variable PER significant effect on the PBV on wholesale sub sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of simultaneous (f test) showed a significant effect of the variable DPR, DER, and PER to PBV on the wholesale sub sector registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Investment Decision, Company Value
