Abstract

Service is each every activity or action which can on the market by an on the side of other party, what abstract basically and do not result the ownership of any. While Gronroos in Tjiptono ( 2005) expressing that service represent process consisted of to by with refer to abstract activity (ordinary intangible) but do not have to always became of by interaction of among/between customer/ client of employees and, resource and service, goods or physical, and system service, what is provided by as solution for cutomer/ client problem. Hasibuan defining service as service gift activity from an on the side of of other party. good service is done/conducted affablely, is fair quickly, and with good ethics so that comprehend satisfaction and requirement for accepting it. Client satisfaction in principle is complacence got by client of because getting value service, in this case is bank. Assess value can come from product, service, or something that have the character of emotion.This research is done/conducted in Prosperous BPR Guguk Mas, Jl. Tan Malaka Km. 14 Market of Dangung-Dangung of Regency 50 Town. West Sumatra. As for reason chosen BPR Guguk Mas. Target of this Research is conducted to know influence of service to client satisfaction. In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel used by that is client and as source of information is party HRD, Front of Office and Manager marketing. To determine sampel use formula Slovin, method of sampling by accidental is sampling. Technics of data collecting of through, observation and kuesioner.From result analyse data covering validity test, reabilitas, and linear regresi modestly, quality of service to client satisfaction. Each owning indicator which each other be interconnected and have an effect on positive to satisfaction of client of at in BPR Guguk MasKeyword: service excellent and the Client Satisfaction.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the system of incentives is considered employees of the marketing is not in their favor. This of course affects employee morale in the work and will impact on the achievement of corporate goals. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze incentives and employee morale as well as determine the effect of incentives on semagat employee marketing division at PT. Astra International Tbk-Daihatsu Branch Pekanbaru. The study concluded that giving incentives to employees in the marketing division of PT. Astra International Tbk-Daihatsu Pekanbaru branch overall result is good. But there are still many shortcomings in the implementation of the provision of incentives, including the incentive eligibility still too small and too concerning provisions in the granting of incentives designed not to benefit the employee marketing division. Employee morale in the marketing division of PT. Astra International Tbk-Daihatsu Pekanbaru branch as a whole is considered quite good. This is due to the lack of cooperation and willingness to help each other among fellow employees. Besides the lack of discipline of employees, which employees work outside of the ways that have been set by the company and the attitude of the employees in the work that is still not good, as well as the attitude of the employees who are not concerned with the problems faced by other employees. Analysis with SPSS, showed that the relationship between employee morale (dependent variable) with Incentives (independent variables) have a strong degree of correlation, which means that any additions or enhancements to existing incentives will lead to improvements to employee morale.Keywords : Incentives, morale, PT. Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect the firm value that can be judged from its investment and profitability . Samples in this study were 7 food and beverage industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which has published a financial report from 2010-2014.Methods of analysis in this study using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Test simple regression analysis is used to view the partial influence of the investment and profitability are included as independent variables in this study on the firm value.Test multiple regression analysis is used to view the simultaneous influence of the investment and profitability are included as independent variables in this study on the firm value.The results showed that variable investment and profitability have a positive influence on firm value.Key words: firm value, investment , profitabilit

Abstract

The Organizational commitment have an important role in order to maximize theperformance, due to the low performance of the company ' s directly attributable to theemployees are often not in line with the expected by the company. This of course will be aproblem if the company performance great good for the worse by the absence oforganizational employees commitment against the company.This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and employeeperformance to performace company’s. There are 129 respondents for the samplesemployees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch.From the results of this study proved that the positive effect on organizationalcommitment to performace company’s, which means that the higher the level oforganizational commitment performace company’s,is increasing. To increase the performacecompany’s, the implications that can be carried out by PT. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Corporate Income, and Growth of the Leverage in the Sub Sector company Ceramics of Porcelain and Glass Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2009-2014. The independent variable is Company Size with indicator SIZE, Growth with indicator Sales Growth Ratio. While that is used as the dependent variable is Leverage with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) indicator.This study uses secondary data from financial statements of companies. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Classic assumption test in this study include normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.The results showed that the variables size and Growth partially (t test) has no significant effect on Leverage In the Ceramic Sub Sector of Porcelain and Glass Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2009-2014. The result of simultaneous research (f test) also shows the absence of significant influence from Company Size and Growth to Leverage on Ceramic Sub Sector Ceramics of Glass and Porcelain Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Period 2009-2014.Keywords: Size,Growth and Leverage

Abstract

Micro Credit on CIMB Bank Unit Subrantas Pekanbaru is credit which aimed for micro entrepreneurs. The purpose of distribution micro credit is to give help fund for micro entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru for developing their bussiness. Credit distribution is never rid of credit risk, that is Non Performing Loan. Non Performing Loan must be handled as soon as possible in order to not give bank suffer a financial loss because the bank does not receive the distribution fund back. CIMB Niaga Bank Unit Subrantas Pekanbaru as micro credit distributor is never rid of Non Performing Loan, so it is need to be handled well.The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the handling of Non Performing Loan on CIMB Niaga Bank Unit Subrantas Pekanbaru (Distribution Micro Credit Case). The method of this research use primary and secondary data with qualitative method which was arranged descriptively. The used sampling technique was purposive sampling. The informants in this research were The Chief of Micro Credit and employee who took in charge of collecting micro credit on CIMB Niaga Bank Unit Subrantas Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze the effect of capital structure and firm size on financial performance on textile and garment companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2014. Where variable X1 is capital structure which is indicated by Debt to Equity ratio (DER) and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), then for independent variable X2 is Company size which is indicated by Logarithm Natural Total Asset. While for the dependent variable is the financial performance that is indicated by ROA (return on assets), ROI (Return on Investment) and ROE (Return on Equity).The data used in this study is secondary data derived from the financial statements of textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchanges in the period 2010-2014. Sampling is done by purposive sampling and that meets the criteria of sample selection. The sample used is 6 textile and garment enterprises. Data analysis by using multiple linear analysis with hypothesis test of t test statistic and statistic test f assisted by SPPS 21 software.The result of the research is partial by using statistical test that is done testing of t test hypothesis, capital structure variable there is significant influence to financial performance on textile and garment sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyse the factors that cause the deviation of budget with its realisation and investigate and analyse the budget and actual cost of the project in improving the road in Sei. Ara, Inhil.The data obtained directly from the company PT. Gunung Guntur which located in Inhil and analysed using analysis of variance, which the authors compare between the actual cost with the standard cost will result the deviation. This analysis is used in order to observe the elements of the project cost budget such as the cost of raw materials, labour costs, and overhead costs.The results of the research concluded that the budget which made by the company PT. Gunung Guntur yet fully functioning properly because the company only sets the standard for the cost of materials and the cost of labours, and the opposite, in budgeting, the overheads cost experienced a lot of adverse deviations (Unfavorable).Keywords: Budget, Actual, Variance

Abstract

This research was conducted at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. This study aims to analyze how perceptions of consumers in the implementation of the marketing mix at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru (case in occupancy room service).The data used are primary data and secondary data with descriptive analysis method. In this study, the population is around the occupants of the room service was staying at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. The sampling technique was accidental sampling where is number of samples taken are as many as 99 people.From the research, it is found that the consumer has a pretty good perception is 43.43% on the implementation of the marketing mix that has been done by the Resty Menara Hotel.Keywords: Consumer Perceptions, Mareting Mix, Resty Menara Hotel

Execution of Promotion is networking of target and target, policy and order giving direction to effort marketing of company from time to time, at every level and reference and also its location, especially as response of company in face of environment and circumstance of emulation changing. Needs consument grow because an motif of pursuant to attribute suit fancy and its requirement in using an service activities, pursuant to the mentioned hence the company have to precisely design strategy of marketing to draw enthusiasm from within x'self of consumer is in order to interested to product of service which on the market so that if consumer have had an interest in the product hence there will be decision to buy the product and generate decision of consumer buy.This research is conducted in Hotel of Benteng Pekanbaru which have location in road street of Soekarno Hatta kav 10-12, Pekanbaru. Target of this Research is conducted to know influence of execution of promotion to decision of buy of at Hotel Benteng Pekanbaru.In this research is methodologies used by quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel used by that is patient of visitor of Hotel Benteng Pekanbaru and as source of information is HRD, Front of Office and Manager marketing.
