Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the profitability and liquidity to the capital structure companies. This study focused on insurance companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for period 2012-2014. The data used in this research is secondary data, financial highlights (annual report) and performance summary. This study used purposive sampling method in order to collect the sample. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results showed that the profitability and liquidity simultaneously not significantly affect the capital structure . The coefficient of determination that has been adjusted by 56.9 % . it can be concluded that the profitability and liquidity does not affect 56.9 % . While 43.1 % are influenced by other factors not included in this study , such as the size of the company , the stability of sales , operating leverage , growth rates and taxes.Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity and capital structure

Abstract

The company has a long-term goal to maximize shareholder wealth. Maximizing shareholder wealth can be achieved by maximizing the present value. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and debt policy on the value of companies in textile and garment manufacturing enterprises in the period 2010-2014 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange partially or simultaneously. In the study population of 18 companies. And the sample in this research is as many as 8 companies. Method of determining the sample by purposive sampling method, with various criteria that have been determined. Sources of research data used are secondary data, the type of data in this study that is quantitative data. Technique of collecting data that is using method of library and method of documentation. The research used multiple linier regression analysis technique.The result of research on X1 variable is capital structure with DER & DAR indicator, while variable X2 is debt policy with DER indicator and company value with indicator of PBV. Partially variable x1 (capital structure DER & DAR) have an effect on firm value (PBV). Then on variable X2 (DER Policy)have a significant effect on firm value (PBV). While the simultaneous capital structure (DER & DAR) and Debt Policy (DER) have a significant effect on firm value (PBV).Keywords: capital structure, debt policy, corporate value

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of competence and incentives to work productivity salesman PT.Agung Automall Soekarno-Hatta Pekanbaru. Where the proposed two independent variables and the dependent variable, namely competence and incentives act as independent variables and labor productivity plays as the dependent variable. This study took a number of respondents as many as 32 people and the population in the salesman PT.Agung Automall Soekarno-Hatta pekanbaru. In this study, the data was obtained using a questionmaire with a scale of measurement using a Likert scale further processed and analyzed using the validity, reliabelitas, statistical analysis such as linear analysis, t test and f test using SPSS. Results of analysis using multiple liner regression, t test and f test so that it can be seen that he variable competence of a negative effect on work productivity salesman (H1), that incentives have a significant effect on the productivity of salesman (H2), and the significant influence of competence and administration incentives to work productivity salesman (H3) Keywords: competence, incentives, labor productivity

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze incentives and employee morale at PT. Sari Lembah Subur Sub-District. Ganduang District Pelalawan as well as to determine the influence of Incentives Against Employee Morale on the PT. Sari Lembah Subur Sub-District. Ganduang District Pelalawan. Providing incentives for production employees at PT. Sari Lembah Subur Sub-District. Ganduang District Pelalawan already well underway. However, there are deficiencies which led incentives granted to employees perceived by respondents still inadequate. As well as employee morale in the production of PT. Sari Lembah Subur Sub-District. Ganduang District Pelalawan already good. However, there are deficiencies that cause not maximum employee morale. Results of analysis with SPSS, showed that the independent variables are incentives (X) has a very strong relationship to the dependent variable, namely Employee Morale (Y). Incentives provide a positive and significant influence on Employee Morale, so if it will lead to enhanced incentives to increase employee morale.

Abstract

In examining the effect of return on investment as (ROI) and price earnings ratio (PER) on stock prices on food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange will be used by several variables: the first is Return On Investment (ROI) that is how many the ability of the company's overall generating profits in the aggregate assets tersedian within the company, it is for investors to see how far the company's ability to manage their own capital to generate net income. The second is the price earnings ratio (PER) provides an overview of the company's ability to determine the price of shares.               In this study aims to test whether the effect of the Return on investmean (ROI) Dan Price earning ratio (PER) on stock prices on food and beverage companies that have been listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) by taking a sample of 4 year study period, namely in 2011- 2014. Samples were used as research material there are five companies of drinks and food are equally listed since 1994 on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) although this study only in grab samples but is expected to serve as a reference and a general description of one of the companies that have been listed in ( BEI).               Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test. And f test the conclusions of this study are variable ROI have a significant effect on stock prices and PER variables influence the stock price, to test the effect of ROI, PER and stock prices with SPSS memggunakan formula Keyword : ROI, PER, and On Stock Prices

Abstract

This study was to determine the Influence of Work Supervision And Work Discipline on Employee Productivity (Case Processing Part PT. Mitra Agung Swadaya (MAS) District of Kelayang Indragiri Hulu). This research is located in South Cross Street, Sungai Golang Village, District Of Kelayang Indragiri Hulu. The population of this study were all employees in PT. Mitra Agung Swadaya (MAS) part processing numbering 49 people. Data analysis in this study using SPSS. Sampling technique is a method uses census and testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliabilitas test, multiple linier, regression analysis, t-test and f-test to test and prove the research hypothesis.Result of analysis with spss program, the result of relationship between supervision of work (X1) and discipline work (X2) with employee productivity (Y) has a very strong relationship. Partially, supervision of work (X1) have a significant effect on employee productivity, while the work discipline variable(X2) have a significant effect on employee productivity.Keywords : Work Supervision, Work Discipline, Employee Productivity

Abstract

This study uses secondary data from 10 sampled the financial statements of property and real estate companies and sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Analysis of data using the multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f, and test the coefficient of determination. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results showed that the variables financing decision and dividend policy partially (t test) significantly affects the firm value on the property and real estate companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The results of the study simultaneously (f test) showed a significant effect of the variable financing decision and dividen policy to firm value in property and real estate companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).Keywords: financing decisions, dividend policy, the firm Value

Abstract

Organizational culture is a belief and values that become the main philosophy adhered to by members of the organization to make the employees loyal and willing to work in a run or operational activities of the organization. Organizational commitment is an attitude that reflects the extent to which an individual knows and bound to the organization. An individual who has a strong commitment is likely to see himself as a true member of the organization. The purpose of this study is to understand the organizational culture, organizational commitment and examine the relationship of organizational culture and organizational commitment at The Branch Office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero),Tbk Pekanbaru The method used in this research is descriptive and analytical techniques used are quantitative analysis. The sampling technique used is the census method with a population equal to the number of respondents that amounted to 68 respondents. The data measured with Likert scale. And then the data is processes by using Spearman Rank Correlation formula.The results of this study indicate that the relationship of organizational culture on organizational commitment at The Branch Office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Pekanbaru showed relationship quite well or quite fix.Keyword : Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, The Branch Office PT. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of Economic Value Added on stock prices at food and beverage’s sub sector industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) period 2010 – 2014 . This research used financial ratio analysis, it was Economic Value Added. The method to observe the effect of Economic Value Added on stock prices was simple linear regression of stastical analysis. Analysis data using simple linear regression , t test , and coefficient of determination test.The result showed that the Economic Value Added variable partially affect significantly againts the price of share in food beverage industry that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Keywords : Economic Value Added, Stock Prices

Abstract

This reasearch aimed to analyze the influence of the profitability ratio on stock prices at state-owned bank (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2007-2014. This research used financial ratio analysis, it was profitability ratio which was analyzed by using the variables of profitability itself, they were : Return on Assets (ROA) Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earnings per Share (EPS). The method used to observe the effect of the profitability ratio on stock prices was simple linear regression of statistical analysis. The results of this research indicate that ROA does not have a significant effect on stock prices, and variabel of ROE, NPM, EPS have a significant effect on stock prices.Keywords : Profitability Ratio, Stock Prices, ROA, ROE, NPM, EPS
