Abstract

Abstrak. Situasi pandemi covid-19 menuntut sistem pembelajaran tatap muka beralih menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring. Guru dituntut untuk berkreatifitas dalam mendesain pembelajaran agar peserta didik termotivasi dan berperan aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi menjadi hal yang penting dalam penyampaian materi secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis digital learning pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pelayaran Sinar Bahari Palembang menggunakan aplikasi netboard. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Four D yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu pendefennisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop) dan penyebaran (disseminate). Untuk menilai kelayakan dan efektivitas media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi netboard ini dilakukan simulasi dan uji coba pada mata pelajaran P2TL (Peraturan Pencegahan Tubrukan di Laut) kelas Nautica IXA. Hasil penilaian melalui angket yang diberikan kepada guru menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan aplikasi netboard dapat meningkatkan peran aktif dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar dengan tingkat kelayakan media rata-rata 91,97%. Hasil uji penerapan juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa rata-rata sebesar 94,45%. Angka tersebut menunjukkan media dinyatakan efektif digunakan.  Kata kunci: Media pembelajaran, Digital learning, Pembelajaran daring, Aplikasi netboardAbstract. The COVID-19 pandemic situation requires the face-to-face learning system to switch to distance learning or online. Teachers are required to be creative in designing learning so that students are motivated and play an active role in participating in learning. The use of Information Technology is important in delivering material online. This study aims to implement digital learning-based learning at the Sinar Bahari Palembang Shipping Vocational High School using a netboard application. This study uses the Four D development method which consists of several stages, namely defining, designing, developing and disseminating. To assess the feasibility and effectiveness of learning media using this netboard application, simulations and trials were conducted on the subject of P2TL (Regulations for Prevention of Collisions at Sea) class Nautica IXA. The results of the assessment through a questionnaire given to the teacher showed that using the netboard application could increase the active role and motivation of students in learning with an average media feasibility level of 91.97%. The results of the application test also showed an average increase in student learning outcomes by an average of 94.45%. This figure shows that the media is declared to be effectively used.Keywords: Instructional media, digital learning, online learning, netboard application

Abstract

Disposisi surat merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam kegiatan operasional suatu organisasi. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan efektifitas komunikasi surat tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembuatan aplikasi yang memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan monitoring disposisi surat dari dan ke pimpinan di lingkungan Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan inisiasi penelitian dengan menetapkan latar belakang, permasalahan, ruang lingkup dan fokus pembahasan penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi Dokumen. Tahapan berikutnya adalah dengan melakukan analisis sistem yang terdiri dari Analisis Permasalahan, analisis Sistem yang berjalan dan Analisis Sistem Usulan. Perancangan menggunakan metode terstruktur dengan menggunakan diagram konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Implementasi Sistem dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MYSQL. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi Tracking Disposisi Surat berbasis Android Webview

Abstract

The use of data mining has become a trend in data processing because of the availability of large amounts of data and the increasing need to convert this data into useful information and knowledge. Besides as a tool in extracting data, data mining is also used as decision support, both in the commercial and non-commercial fields. Of the many algorithms used in data mining, one of them is the Naïve Bayes Algorithm, which in this algorithm is one of the methods in Probabilistic Reasoning which aims to classify data in certain classes. The study conducted by applying the stages of the Naïve Bayes Algorithm in application design to predict student graduation on time based on the parameters contained in the Enrolment Student (PMB), Grade Point Average (IP) and the Finance Department. The data processed were 436 datasets from the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. The system design uses UML modeling with implementation using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the study are in the form of graduation prediction applications with an accuracy rate of 78%

Abstract

The transformation of archival document storage systems is starting to shift from physical formats that require a lot of space and storage equipment to the electronic or digital realm (often called electronic archives). This is considered to reduce the costs of procuring equipment and storage space. In line with changes in paperless storage patterns, the issue of data security and confidentiality becomes important, so that information from documents to be archived can be maintained and cannot be used by irresponsible people. One technique for securing documents digitally is to use cryptography and the algorithm chosen is Rivest cipher 4. The RC4 (Rivest Chiper 4) algorithm was chosen because the execution speed in file encryption is faster than other algorithms. This article aims to implement the RC4 algorithm into an electronic archive (e-Archieve) application. The application development method uses the waterfall method with 5 stages. The application was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, as well as the Rivest Cipher 4 cryptographic algorithm. The result of the application development is an electronic archive website. Every file uploaded to the server can be encrypted by the admin. Encrypted files will change to random characters like a virus. The application was tested using black box testing techniques, where all features worked as expected
