Abstract

Abstrak. Situasi pandemi covid-19 menuntut sistem pembelajaran tatap muka beralih menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring. Guru dituntut untuk berkreatifitas dalam mendesain pembelajaran agar peserta didik termotivasi dan berperan aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi menjadi hal yang penting dalam penyampaian materi secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis digital learning pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pelayaran Sinar Bahari Palembang menggunakan aplikasi netboard. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Four D yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu pendefennisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop) dan penyebaran (disseminate). Untuk menilai kelayakan dan efektivitas media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi netboard ini dilakukan simulasi dan uji coba pada mata pelajaran P2TL (Peraturan Pencegahan Tubrukan di Laut) kelas Nautica IXA. Hasil penilaian melalui angket yang diberikan kepada guru menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan aplikasi netboard dapat meningkatkan peran aktif dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar dengan tingkat kelayakan media rata-rata 91,97%. Hasil uji penerapan juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa rata-rata sebesar 94,45%. Angka tersebut menunjukkan media dinyatakan efektif digunakan.  Kata kunci: Media pembelajaran, Digital learning, Pembelajaran daring, Aplikasi netboardAbstract. The COVID-19 pandemic situation requires the face-to-face learning system to switch to distance learning or online. Teachers are required to be creative in designing learning so that students are motivated and play an active role in participating in learning. The use of Information Technology is important in delivering material online. This study aims to implement digital learning-based learning at the Sinar Bahari Palembang Shipping Vocational High School using a netboard application. This study uses the Four D development method which consists of several stages, namely defining, designing, developing and disseminating. To assess the feasibility and effectiveness of learning media using this netboard application, simulations and trials were conducted on the subject of P2TL (Regulations for Prevention of Collisions at Sea) class Nautica IXA. The results of the assessment through a questionnaire given to the teacher showed that using the netboard application could increase the active role and motivation of students in learning with an average media feasibility level of 91.97%. The results of the application test also showed an average increase in student learning outcomes by an average of 94.45%. This figure shows that the media is declared to be effectively used.Keywords: Instructional media, digital learning, online learning, netboard application

Abstract

Efficient management of vehicle tax obligations is essential for rental companies to ensure operational continuity and regulatory compliance. However, PT Go Rental still relies on manual procedures for recording tax information and reminding users of upcoming tax due dates. This practice increases the risk of delayed tax payments, difficulties in monitoring vehicle tax status, and potential administrative sanctions. To overcome the identified challenges, this research focuses on developing a web-based vehicle tax monitoring system designed to support a more streamlined and integrated tax management process. The system was built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, which promotes iterative system development and continuous user participation throughout the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. The application was developed using PHP with the Laravel framework, while MySQL was employed for data storage and management. The functionality of the proposed system was assessed through black-box testing to ensure that each module operated in accordance with the defined specifications. The resulting application offers various features, including vehicle tax tracking, vehicle information management, tax payment reporting, and automated reminder notifications for upcoming tax due dates. The testing process confirmed that all system components functioned as intended and effectively assisted users in managing vehicle tax information. Furthermore, the implementation of the system is expected to minimize delayed tax payments, enhance administrative performance, and improve the availability of monitoring information for organizational decision-making.

Abstract

BRI Unit Kayuagung II, selaku bank pelaksana KUR, memberikan bantuan kepada pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah dengan pinjaman modal suku bunga rendah, yaitu 6% per tahun. Pada tahun 2022, sebanyak 2.194 nasabah berhasil memperoleh KUR melalui BRI Unit Kayuagung II. Namun, bank juga menghadapi tantangan berupa kredit bermasalah atau Non-Performing Loan (NPL) dalam pemberian KUR. Jumlah kredit bermasalah di BRI Unit Kayuagung II terus meningkat dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan teknologi machine learning, yaitu algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM), untuk memprediksi status kolektibilitas kredit nasabah di BRI Unit Kayuagung II. Hasil pengujian kinerja algoritma SVM pada dataset menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 95.76% dan diimplementasikan pada aplikasi prediksi kolektibilitas berbasis website.
