Abstract

KSM Galuh Lestari is a group of coffee farmers in Gunung Malang village, Karangreja sub-district that has main activities of processing coffee into a product and marketing the product. As the location of the village is in a mountainous area with an altitude of 1400-1700 meters above sea level, the suitable coffee plant to thrive is the Arabica coffee variety. The products produced by KSM Galuh Lestari have various variants, namely green beans, roast beans, and coffee beans which are already in the form of coffee powder. Meanwhile, in terms of processing Arabica coffee beans, KSM Galuh Lestari has several types of processes, namely Natural, Full Wash Process, Honey, and Wine. KSM Galuh Lestari sold the product samples to cafes and distributors around Purbalingga Regency, marketed them individually, or displayed them in the basecamp. However, it was eventually considered less effective and efficient. The delivery cost was generally higher than the received feedback. This condition influenced both the customer and the administration system. It caused the system improperly managed. The purpose of this research is to build an information system that facilitates KSM Galuh Lestari to distribute Gunung Malang’s coffee products to all customers easily and ease the load of KSM in recording administration by using the SDLC Prototype method. The researchers used Android for this system because it is a popular platform in the community and it doesn’t take hard work to use it.

Abstract

PAUD KB Sabilul Iman, in providing services has not maximized the use of information technology, one of which is the new student registration system. As for the activities of the new student registration system found in PAUD KB Sabilul Iman, currently, the process of searching for student data is still being carried out by searching piles of bookkeeping that were previously used for recording new student data used for new student registration. From the results of the interviews that have been conducted, the problems that often occur are frequent errors (human errors) of student data being confused, data loss, and taking a long time in the process of managing student data so that employees cannot complete reports on time. Therefore, a Website-Based Information System for Searching Student Registration Data at Paud Kb Sabilul Iman was built. System development is carried out using the Prototype method, the PHP programming language, the Codeigniter framework, and database storage with MySQL. This research was also carried out until the testing process used the Wilcoxon signed test, black box testing, white box testing and benefit testing based on ISO 25010 standards. Based on the benefits test, the results obtained were Functional Suitability of 93.3%, Performance Efficiency of 98.35%, Reliability of 89.17%, Usability of 94.17%, and Maintainability of 94.9%. Thus it can be concluded that the Design of a Website-Based Search Information System for Searching Student Registration Data at Paud Kb Sabilul Iman Purwokerto can overcome problems in making reports and speed up the process of searching for student registration data at Paud kb Sabilul Iman Purwokerto.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine Capital Market Knowledge, Motivation, Return on Investment, and Risk affect investment interest. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. In this study, the population used was 200 millennial generation respondents such as students or business people who were born in 1982-2003 in the city of Medan. There were 133 samples that met these characteristics. This study used a quantitative method where researchers distributed questionnaires to be filled out by respondents with the help of the SPSS test tool. Multiple linear analysis is used in data analysis methods. Analytical tests used include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, reliability tests, validity tests, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study show: 1) Investment interest has a positive effect on capital market knowledge (X1), with a regression coefficient of 0.212; 2) A positive relationship between investment interest and motivation (X2) with a regression coefficient of 0.108; 3) A positive relationship between investment interest and investment return (X3), with a regression coefficient of 0.369; 4) A positive relationship between investment interest and risk (X4) which has a regression coefficient of 0.126. Investment interest is influenced by capital market knowledge and investment returns. Investment interest is not influenced by motivation and risk.

Abstract

Saung Baswet's batik group business is categorized as a small and medium-sized enterprise. It is, therefore, very vulnerable to business continuity because it has several areas for improvement: weak capital, weak marketing, weak management skills, and weak innovation. Its produces and sells both written and printed batik. The objectives and benefits of this service activity are to create product design innovations with new patterns, namely Nagasari Flowers. They were creating direct marketing and expanding Saung Batik's marketing area at a lower cost, bringing Saung Batik closer to its customers by promoting products to be sold and creating two-way communication through the web and e-mail. Facilitate stock management and make displaying the latest products from Saung Batik easier. The results of service activities are that problems of its partners in field of batik innovation have been resolved. Design of this batik group has increased and is expected to characterize group's style. Marketing Batik products of the group becomes effective and efficient because the market reach is not limited. The solution offered is to provide Android-based online marketing and sales facilities. The batik marketing and sales application is named "E-Saung Baswet," which can reach the entire archipelago and global market as a new market share with one tool, namely a smartphone. The application is registered in Playstore, so all internet users can access it. Increased partner empowerment was achieved 100% through training on Android-based marketing and sales computer application programs and training on innovative batik designs.

Abstract

PT. Best Lady merupakan perusahaan industri yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan penjualan bulu mata tiruan. Salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing adalah menggunakan media pemasaran yang tepat yang menggabungkan antara media pemasaran offline dan online. Media pemasaran dan penjualan yang dimiliki oleh PT. Best Lady masih konvensional yaitu secara offline. Pemasaran menggunakan sarana media sosial seperti Facebook, WA, Instagram, Twiter dan marketing ke salon-salon sehingga pertumbuhan pasarnya sangat lambat. Pada saat terjadi penjualan sering ada penjual barang reject atau limbah dengan harga sangat murah serta dengan kualitas jelek sehingga merusak harga pasar. Tujuan penelitian membantu PT. Best Lady melengkapi media pemasaran dan penjualan secara online berbasis website untuk memperluas pangsa pasar serta mempercepat laju penjualan. Tahap yang dilakukan adalah analisis e-commerce platform, pendaftaran, pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan e-commerce platform, serta dilakukan pemantauan dan rekapitulasi hasil penjualan melalui e-commerce platform tersebut. Hasil penelitian dari 39 responden yang dipilih dari para karyawan pemasaran, penjualan, administrasi dan pelanggan menyatakan bahwa 96,3 % memiliki daya kegunaan, 98% mudah dipelajari baik oleh konsumen maupun pengelola website, 93% lebih efisien dalam pelaporan, dan 93% dapat diterima dengan baik. Situs e-commerce ini dapat diakses oleh seluruh pengguna internet untuk memperbesar jumlah konsumen dan mempermudah PT. Best Lady dalam melakukan penjualan bulu mata dan juga mempermudah pelaporan penjualan yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

The Web-Based Inventory Information System at CV Trio Jaya Sentosa is a final project aimed at addressing the manual issues in Inventory management at a cigarette distribution company, which has an impact on work efficiency, speed, and accuracy in report generation. This research employs observation, interviews, and literature review as data collection methods. The development method used is the prototype method. This system is built as a web-based application using the CodeIgniter 3 framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The web-based information system is designed to enable CV Trio Jaya Sentosa to manage transactions, employee data, and customer data. The system generates various types of real-time reports, including sales reports by person, sales reports, sales summaries, purchase reports, Inventory reports, goods retrieval reports, sales stock reports, and warehouse stock reports. During its development, the system involves user evaluation regarding functionality and user interface to meet the company's needs. Based on user evaluations, it is evident that this Inventory Information System can address manual issues, improve data processing accuracy and speed, and provide real-time information. A recommended using the system, it is to continually involve users in the maintenance and improvement processes to maintain performance and reliability

Abstract

Dalam sistem keuangan, pasar modal memberikan kemungkinan dan kesempatan memperoleh keuntungan (return) bagi pemilik dana, sesuai dengan karakteristik investasi yang dipilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Penilaian Pasar Terhadap Return Saham Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur. Fokus Penelitian pada data kuantitatif, cenderung menggunakan analisis deduktif. Populasi yang akan digunakan sebagai penelitian adalah perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur yang ada di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 33 perusahaan dengan sampel observasi sebanyak 165 data perusahaan. Hasil penelitian adalah Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh Terhadap Return Saham Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur. Struktur Modal berpengaruh Terhadap Return Saham Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur. Pertumbuhan Penjualan berpengaruh Terhadap Return Saham Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur. Penilaian Pasar tidak berpengaruh Terhadap Return Saham Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur. Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Penilaian Pasar berpengaruh Terhadap Return Saham Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, latar belakang pendidikan, dan lama usaha terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan UMKM di Kota Medan, serta mengkaji peran audit laporan keuangan sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 110 pelaku UMKM di lima kecamatan di Kota Medan. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data purposive sampling menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, serta analisis regresi moderasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan, latar belakang pendidikan, dan lama usaha secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan UMKM. Di sisi lain, audit laporan keuangan terbukti memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dengan memoderasi pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut, sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu laporan keuangan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan UMKM, khususnya melalui penerapan audit yang lebih komprehensif dan peningkatan kapasitas akuntansi pelaku usaha.
