Abstract

Indonesia is the largest number of Muslim population in the world today. Therefore, different traditions carried out by its inhabitants. The Indonesians’ local traditions, subsequently, are inseparable with the values preserved in the teachings of Islam which the Qur’an or exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. One tradition that is owned by the people of an Indonesia’s archipelago is kamomoose tradition. The tradition has been preserved by Lakudo community of Butonese of Southeast Sulawesi which is usually done once a year as an expression of gratitude for the gathering of the entire relatives who come on vacation to hometown. In the kamomoose event, the community members gather and mix together in one place regardless of class and social stratum. The tradition has been carried out from generation to generation and remains preserved until today. This tradition contains the values of Islam on local traditions in Buton, such as, pande–pandeaow, and nokalambemo.

Abstract

Pendekatan Psikologi Komunikasi Dakwah dalam Menanamkan Nilai-nilai agama Islam pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP IT Insan Cendikia yayasan Ulul ‘Ilmi Paccerakkang. Dibimbimg oleh Sudir Koadhi  dan Muhammad Syahruddin.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendekatan psikologi komunikasi dakwah dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai agama Islam pada siswa kelas VII SMP IT Insan Cendikia Yayasan Ulul ‘Ilmi Paccerakkang.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Makassar yang berlangsung 2 bulan dari  Februari sampai April 2022. Teknik penentuan sample dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendekatan psikologi komunikasi dakwah dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai agama Islam pada siswa kelas VII SMP IT Insan Cendikia Paccerakkang yang dilakukan oleh guru SMP IT Insan Cendikia yaitu pembiasaan; eskul mentoring; senantiasa memberikan nasehat dan memotivasi siswa; memberikan contoh; berkomunikasi dengan baik, sopan dan santun; serta menceritakan kisah positif yang dapat diaplikasikan. Dalam melakukan penanaman nilai-nilai agama Islam, tidak lepas dari faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukung yaitu sarana yang memadai; kemampuan guru memiliki pengetahuan yang luas tentang Islam; adanya siswa yang antusias dalam melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang diadakan di sekolah; serta adanya dukungan dari orangtua siswa dan guru. Adapun faktor penghambat yaitu Interaksi siswa dengan lingkungan luar sekolah; beberapa siswa kurang dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik kepada  gurunya; dan masih ada penilaian orangtua siswa bahwa nilai kognitif lebih utama daripada nilai spritual.  Kata Kunci: Agama Islam, Dakwah, Komunikasi, Psikologi

Abstract

This research discusses the central role of the Muslim community in resisting colonial powers in the Indonesian archipelago, focusing on colonization by the Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, French, British, and Japanese. Islamic teachings, particularly the concepts of jihad, love for the homeland, and resistance to oppression, played a pivotal role in igniting the spirit of resistance. Islamic Sultanates such as Aceh, Demak, and Mataram actively engaged in the struggle, along with the leadership of scholars and the general population. With low literacy rates, the positive transformations during British colonization were limited in their full utilization by the local communities. Although Japan initially attempted to garner support by claiming liberation, it eventually proved to be a harsh colonizer with forced labor programs. This research employs the library research method to explore the dynamics of Muslim resistance against colonizers by utilizing literary sources.
