Abstract

Menurut Hukum Islam, talak sah apabila suami menceraikan istri pada saat istri dalam keadaan suci yang sebelumnya tidak digauli. Jika talak dijatuhkan saat istri dalam keadaan haid, menurut jumhur ulama, talak tetap sah. Namun menurut Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyyah, talak ketika haid tidak jatuh karena tidak sesuai dengan tuntunan syari’at. Terkait permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini akan mengkaji bagaimana pandangan Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyyah tentang talak yang dijatuhkan kepada istri yang sedang haid dan bagaimana dalil dan metode istinbaṭ hukum yang dipakai oleh Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyyah dalam menetapkan status hukum talak terhadap istri yang haid. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyyah, suami yang menalak istri ketika haid tidak disyariatkan, suami dianggap telah berdosa serta talak yang dijatuhkan tidak sah. Dalil dan metode istinbat hukum yang dipakai Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyyah adalah merujuk pada ketentuan yang terdapat dalam al-Quran, hadiṡ dan qiyaṣ yang menunjukkan adanya larangan terhadap talak ketika haid, dan dipandang tidak sah dan tertolak karena bukan bagian dari tuntunan Rasulullah.

Abstract

Pluralism denotes an acceptance of plurality in the community. Plurality in terms of diversity means that human from different background live together under no circumstances. There are different reasons why diversity occurs. It may because of the way of thinking and the attitude to an object which is due to different life styles. The plural and multicultural concept in Islamic Education is equivalent to the concept of ‘silaturrahim’, which means a mutual respect and love among the creatures regardless of ethnic and religious background. Islamic Education does not only concern the hereafter, but the worldly life as well through integrated education.

Abstract

Abstract: A Model for the Inculcation of Work Values in Junior High Schools. This research and development study aimed to produce a model for the Inculcation of Work Values (IWV) integrated in skills learning in junior high schools (JHSs). The development consisted of the stages of pre-development, development, and model application, involving 621 Years VIII and IX students of JHSs. The data were collected through observations and questionnaires, and analyzed using the descriptive technique and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results were as follows. (1) The pre-development stage produced an IWV hypothetical model. (2) The dimensions of the IWV included work interest, work appreciation, technology mastery, entrepreneurship skill, and learning satisfaction. (3) The effective model for the IWV consisted of work motivation construction, production, advancement access, process, and clarification, work product meaning, exhibition and sale, and reflection, (4) The results of the SEM analysis showed that the model for the IWV was effective to develop work values among JHS students. Abstract

THE EFFECT OF WORK-BASED LEARNING ON ENTREPRENEURIAL INSIGHTS Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of work-based learning on entrepreneurial insights. This research uses Ex-post Facto with correlational approach. Subject of this research are 315 students grade 2 and 3 of Junior High School (Sekolah Menengah Pertama, SMP). Research instrument used questionnaire and documentation. The instruments were validated by using confirmatory factor analysis. Then, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were used to analyze the effect of work-based learning on students’ entrepreneurial insight. The results show: (1) model of work-based learning can significantly develop students’ entrepreneurial insights, (2) variable in term of working guidance can build students' entrepreneurial insights significantly with a contribution of 1.96%, (3) variable about work interest can build students 'entrepreneurial insights significantly with a contribution of 6.25%, (4) technological mastery variables can develop students' entrepreneurial insights significantly with a contribution of 5.29%, (5) working appreciation variables can build students 'entrepreneurial insights significantly with a contribution of 12.96%, and (6) variable learning satisfaction can build students' entrepreneurial insights significantly with a contribution of 49%. Keywords:  work-based learning, work guidance, work interest, technology mastery,  learning satisfaction, entrepreneurial insight.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang semakin modern mendorong perubahan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Seperti sistem perdagangan, cara bertransaksi dan sistem pemasaran. Sebagai contoh, dahulu dalam bertransaksi produk atau barang, pembeli dan penjual harus bertatap muka untuk memperoleh kesepakatan atau transaksi. Jangkauan penjual dan pembeli sangat terbatas. Salah satu jenis implementasi teknologi dalam hal meningkatkan bisnis, penjualan dan pembelian produk adalah dengan menggunakan media sosial. Hal tersebut untuk memasarkan dan membeli berbagai macam produk atau barang jadi, baik dalam bentuk fisik seperti makanan, pakaian, elektronik dan lain-lain. Saat ini banyak media sosial yang bermunculan seperti facebook, instagram, twitter, whatsapp, line dan aplikasi lainya. Meskipun demikian, pengguna aplikasi facebook di Indonesia sampai sekarang masih banyak. Dari berbagai cara berkomunikasi yang ada, facebook adalah salah satu sistem komunikasi yang saat ini digunakan. Facebook salah satu jejaring sosial yang paling banyak digunakan olehmasyarakat Indonesia, maka tidak mengherankan apabila media Facebook dapat menjadi sebuah peluang bisnis sekaligus menjadi alat pemasaran produk yang sangat potensial sebagai toko online (online shop). Online shop merupakan toko belanja online yang sangat memudahkan pebisnis menjual barangnya, dan memudahkan pembeli untuk mendapatkan barang yang dia inginkan. Adanya komunikasi bisnis yang dilakukan dalam media sosial merupakan sebuah inovasi yang turut mendukung perkembangan bisnis. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Menganalisis daya saing Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni terhadap kabupaten/kota lainnya di Provinsi Papua Barat. (2) Menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni, dan (3) Menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian deskriptif analitis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan data sekunder dengan objek penelitian adalah Provinsi Papua Barat, Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni, dan Kabupaten/Kota lainnya di Provinsi Papua Barat.Dengan menggunakan Shift-share analysis, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak semua sektor pada Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni memiliki daya saing yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan sektor yang sama pada kabupaten/kota lainnya di Provinsi Papua Barat. Analisis Regresi menunjukan bahwa PDRB Perkapita berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap penurunan angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penurunan angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni.Kata kunci :   Daya Saing, Kemiskinan, PDRB Perkapita, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the internship program called PPL implemented by student of Islamic Educational Management Program at UIN Alauddin Makassar, and the relationship between the internship program and the competencies of students involved. This research is classified as field research using quantitative methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The product-moment formula is used to test the relationship between the two variables. The results of the data analysis show that the relationship between the intership program and student competency is in a low category, or there is no relationship between the two. Therefore, it was concluded that the field experience program was not relevant to be applied for student of Islamic Educational Management Program who were not in accordance with the competencies of the students.

Abstract

This research aimed to find the implementation and effect of classroom management on learning outcome of students. It is a field research with a quantitative approach, using descriptive quantitative statistic analysis as an analylis data technique. The results of the data found about the significance of classroom management on student learning outcomes at SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng.

Abstract

This paper presents the results of the study on analyzing the persuasive language used in advertisements in magazines. The aim of this study is to identify the types of persuasive language used in advertisements in Forbes magazine and to analyze the dominant types of persuasive language found in the advertisements. Therefore, the qualitative data were collected from a recognized magazine entitled “Forbes”. The data were analyzed based on the types of persuasive language found by Kannan & Tyagi (2013). The results show that there are 10 types of persuasive languages used in the advertisements in Forbes magazine: long noun phrases, short sentences, avoidance of negative, use of imperatives, weasel words and repetition, hyperbole, simple and colloquial language, alliteration, and syntactic parallelism. Among the 10 persuasive language types, the most dominant one is long noun phrases. The implication of the study may be used to EFL learning and teaching and translation persuasive languages.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Alauddin Makassar During the Covid-19 Pandemi.The Covid-19 pandemi has changed the work climate which has an impact on employee performance. One of the factors suspected of being the cause is that employee discipline has begun to decrease since the Work From Home (WFH) policy. This study aims to prove the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Alauddin Makassar during the Covid-19 pandemi. This ex post facto type of quantitative research has the subject of this research, namely all employees at the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Alauddin Makassar totaling 40 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire whose results were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Alauddin Makassar during the Covid-19 pandemi. This is based on the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test value of p = 0.00 (p < 0.05) and t = 14.855 > t table = 1.685 so Ha is accepted, which means that work discipline has a significant effect of 85.3% on employee performance at the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Alauddin Makassar during the Covid-19 pandemi with the regression line equation Y = 7.93 + 0.890X. This means that if work discipline increases by 1 point, the employee's performance will increase by 0.890 points at a constant 7.93. Thus, the better work discipline, the performance of employees at the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Alauddin Makassar during the Covid-19 pandemi is also getting better. Abstrak: Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar Selama Pandemi Covid-19Pandemi Covid-19 telah mengubah iklim kerja yang berdampak pada kinerja pegawai. Salah satu factor yang dicurigai sebagai penyebab adalah disiplin pegawai mulai berkurang sejak adanya kebijakan Work From Home (WFH). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan terdapatnya pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian kuantitatif jenis ex post facto ini memiliki subjek penelitian ini yakni seluruh pegawai pada Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar selama pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis nilai p= 0.00 (p<0,05) dan thitung=14,855>ttabel=1,685 sehingga Ha diterima, yang berarti disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 85,3% terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan persamaan garis regresi Y=7,93+0,890X. Artinya jika disiplin kerja meningkat 1 poin, maka kinerja pegawai akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,890 poin pada konstanta 7,93. Dengan demikian semakin baik disiplin kerja maka kinerja pegawai pada Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar selama pandemi Covid-19 juga semakin baik.
