Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui komponen biaya pelayanan kapal TB Voyager 12 Pada PT Spectra TirtaSegara Line Cabang Cirebon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komponen biaya pelayanan kapal TB Voyager 12 selama di Pelabuhan adalah Biaya Labuh, Biaya Tambat, Biaya Tunda, Biaya Pandu, Koordinasi dengan Instansi-instansi di Pelabuhan, Biaya Transportasi, Telekomunikasi, dan Akomodasi, dan Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan dan Radio Pantai, Biaya air tawar Kata kunci : komponen, biaya , pelayanan

Abstract

The less than optimal role of institutions in terms of unsystematic unloading services is one of the causes of the decline in unloading performance which has an impact on the imbalance between input and output which has an impact on decreasing unloading performance (work performance). Therefore, efforts are needed to increase coal launches, one of which is by optimizing the role of institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the institutional influence on coal unloading performance. The object of research and the place of its implementation is Tanjung Intan Port of Cilacap. Data processing used quantitative methods, with a simple random sampling of 80 people. The data instrument is a Likert Scale model, the analysis technique uses correlation, regression, determinants, and t-test. This study states that the relationship between institutional variables and coal unloading performance in a fairly strong category is 0.626. The institution has a positive and significant effect on the performance of coal unloading by 39.2% while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

The Academic Financial Information System is one of the information systems used to improve services to cadets related to finance. This study aims to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, and ease of use on user satisfaction of the Academic Financial Information System at Akademi Maritim Nusantara Cilacap. The object of this research is the active cadets of the Nusantara Maritime Academy Cilacap who are users of academic financial information systems. The research was conducted at the Nusantara Maritime Academy Campus Cilacap using quantitative methods, with a random sample of 128 people. Data collection was carried out using a Likert Scale model statement sheet that had been tested. The analytical technique used in this research is correlation, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and determination of R square. This study partially shows that the system quality variable has no positive and significant effect, the information quality variable and user convenience have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. Simultaneously, system quality, information quality and ease of use have a positive and significant effect on User Satisfaction with Academic Financial Information Systems in Nusantara Maritime Academy.

Abstract

The role of leadership is very strategic and important for achieving the mission, vision and goals of an organization, primal leadership is leadership based on emotional intelligence, it is hoped that primal leadership is a type of leadership that will improve the performance and welfare of society. This study aims to describe the primal leadership at PT MK Semarang. This research is both qualitative and quantitative by taking a sample of 30 employees of PT MK. The results of the research show that primal leadership is in a good category, even for the competency dimension of the category relationship is very good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui pengaruh current ratio dan ROA terhadap opini audit going concern. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pelayaran yang go public. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan pelayaran selama 5 tahun (2012–2016), sehingga data yang dianalisis sebanyak 60 data. Analisis data menggunakan regresi logistik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CR berpengaruh terhadap opini audit going concern, dan ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap opini audit going concern.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the occurrence of demurrage as a result of the delay in the issuance of the Sailing Approval Letter (SPB). The object of this research is a ship agency company located in Banten. This research is a qualitative research which is presented descriptively by narrating the results of observations at PT. Adi Bahari Nuansa Banten and equipped with data related to problems caused by the ship shifting process and bad weather factors that have an impact on delays in the issuance of SPB. This study shows that the ship shifting process and bad weather factors have an impact on delays in issuing SPB and cause demurrage. Collecting data on this research is done by direct observation on object research and by interview with some partipiants by random that the participants is parties involved on process of loading and unloading activiteis in PT. Adi bahari Nuansa Banten. The result oof direct observatioan oan interview get the result about both of variables on this research that is shifting and bad weather has an impact on delaying of process for issuing SPB document and the next has impact on emergence demurrage or additional cost that must be incurred by shipping company to port operator party.

Abstract

Shipping safety equipment is the most important part for the ship to support ship activities during the voyage, including the security and safety of the ship's crew, cargo, passengers and the ship itself. Maintenance of ship safety equipment must be carried out as a condition for ships to be able to sail / seaworthy in accordance with established regulations in order to reduce the risk of accidents while sailing. This study will discuss the maintenance of 2 (two) safety devices on board the TB Rizaluta Patra 3202 by PT Spectra Tirtasegara Line. The method named in this writing uses data collection methods which include observation methods, interview methods, documentation methods, and library research methods. as well as a qualitative descriptive method to find out the information needed. Based on the research results, the authors conclude that PT. Spectra Tirtasegara Line has carried out maintenance of liferaft safety equipment and fire extinguishers as well as carried out feasibility checks to support ship safety and security in order to reduce risks in the event of an accident, reduce technical problems when using / developing liferaft and also ready-to-use fire extinguishers if they occur emergency state.
