Abstract

Teenagers are faced with problems because in the body developing sex hormones that make his body full of turmoil and full of curiosity, including curious about sex. Information on sexuality in adolescents should be received from the right and proper source. Therefore, the role of parents in building communication in the care of sexuality in adolescents is needed. The method used in this research is qualitative research with phenomenology approach. Technique of data collecting by observation, interview, documentation, and triangulation (combination). Data analysis using Miles and Huberman model, by: data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing / verification. Test data validity include test: credibility (internal validity), transferability (external validity), dependability (reliability), and confirmability (objectivity). The results describe the communication used by Mr. KQ's family is permissive and authoritative. The parenting of KQ's family sexuality is permissive and authoritative. In Mr. US family the communication patterns used are authoritative. The parenting of the sexuality of Mr. US family is permissive and authoritative. In Mr. DH's family the communication pattern is authoritative. The parenting of DH's family sexuality is permissive and authoritative.

Abstract

Media massa cetak, elektronik dan online tidak pernah bisa dilepaskan dari pembicaraan mengenai demokrasi. Peran media dalam demokrasi sama pentingnya dengan peran partai politik. Tanpa media massa, keterbukaan dan akuntabilitas tidak mungkin terwujud dalam demokrasi kontemporer saat ini. Sebagai pilar keempat demokrasi, media dapat mendorong sistem politik yang lebih adil dalam beberapa aspek, misalnya membantu publik memahami kebijakan-kebijakan pemerintah, berpartisipasi dalam keputusan politik, dan menjaga agar para pejabat pemerintahan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Television media’s perception toward women and their issues is only seen from the aspect of symbolic violence which is present on news and pictures or films. So, this symbolic violence is shown in the form of labelization or stigmatization and eufimism. Female television audiences who were interviewed as majority’s informants didn’t fully comprehend gender equality and gender justice, gender sensitivity, women’s right, and women’s empowerment. Informants thought patriarchial culture, discrimination, stigmatization and hegemony toward women was considered as fate that should be sincerely undertook based on religious promises so that they can be in Heaven without demanding women’s right.

Abstract

Employers face psychological burdens because there are quite a number of challenges in achieving success, but many entrepreneurs experience failure or bankruptcy. In fact, more failed entrepreneurs than successful entrepreneurs. During life, entrepreneurs always face problems, when one problem is resolved, another problem arises. Problems can destroy businesses that have been built, but problems can also make entrepreneurs stronger when addressing and solving problems. Mind and psychic conditions that decrease due to problems can cause poor performance, a crisis of self-confidence makes work not optimal, so that someone becomes slow in making decisions, afraid of facing risks and pessimistic about the future. In changing this crisis of confidence, it is necessary to change your mind. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a self-development training that uses the knowledge of the mind. NLP works through intrapersonal communication through a process of sensation, perception, memory and thinking. NLP is in the human mindset, NLP makes a person able to form self-motivation in changing himself to be happier, more confident, more passionate about pursuing a career, and enjoying life in achieving a better future.

Abstract

Gaze in conceptualizing Foucault illustrated as "a language without words" characterized by the power of doctors in diagnosis verdicts and statements about its knowledge. Gaze in power marked by authoritarianism doctor doctor in a dialogue with the patient and statements about the verdict of the disease (diagnosis) is strengthened by medical technology. Capitalist medical building health clinics, health centers and hospitals to accommodate the power of education for physicians. People have become very dependent on the physician in determining a person is sick or healthy at the same time to seek a remedy for the illness. People are willing to pay dearly to get healing. This reality puts the medical profession has an important value in the society. The position of the doctor very political trying to retain power. Doctors prefer to give medicine instead of communicating with the public about healthy living. Doctors on behalf of their knowledge, acting authority in judging a person is sick or recovering. If the doctor-centrism is not supported by the governance of public health was good, then heal the sick by bringing to the doctors just throw public money alone, without the support of good governance in the field of public health.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the E -Tourism Communication Tourism Lombok Island. Travelers who studies Conducting In-depth Interviews Ticket Booking Online Using a Website Lombok Network Holidays Tours and Travel. This study used a qualitative research method, the research paradigm of constructivism, and in-depth interview study research approach. Subjects of the study were purposively determined travelers based communication problems of-tourism in Lombok Island. The process of data collection was obtained through in depth interviews and observations as well as the role of the informant, while supporting data obtained through documentation of the results of previous research studies, and other literature, as well as interviews with relevant parties. The results showed that the e -tourism in tourism communication is impersonal means of communication which includes advertising, sales promotion, and public relations dikonvergensikan (combined) in a media online network of -tourism which consists of a websit , blog and social media can be used to provide information to the world on the island of Lombok attractions. E-tourism benefit the countries where people are already aware of the media (media literacy, but for countries where people have not been aware of the media or have not used in an optimal network media, it can be difficult for foreign tourists because tourism is difficult to acces, accommodation and tourism travel agent. Without e -tourism, local tourism travel agency can not promote their business activities and the lack of government and public opinion of the original potential of the tourism sector. Indonesian society is still much to worry about to book tickets online.

Abstract

The rise of Song Guidance (PL) services in karaoke centers in the city of Bandung as a result of the complexity of human needs, while the available work area is limited, resulting in some people taking shortcuts to get money in fulfilling their daily needs. Song Guides as covert prostitution are one easy job choice for someone who is not skilled and has a low education, but with the hope of getting a decent life by undergoing the profession as a prostitute who conducts sex transactions at karaoke venues. Difficulties in life that affect PL mental or moral conditions in fulfilling life's needs, even though the work done is contrary to morality, morality and religion, many women who live in poverty become prostitutes only to obtain food, clothing and protection, the reason they take the road shortcut is to get money to meet their needs and family. The doctrine of sin for prostitutes must be removed and instead sympathy and affection for the prostitutes must be given.

Abstract

Gegar budaya terjadi pada hampir semua mahasiswa asal Indonesia yang studi di Jerman. Gegar budaya berupa ketidaknyamanan psikologis yang diasiosiasikan dengan respons emosi yang kurang baik yang mengarah pada perasaan bingung dan gugup yang menimbulkan tekanan mental dan kesulitan yang menyertainya. Gegar budaya yang dialami, berbeda pada tiap mahasiswa asal Indonesia yang studi di Jerman. Gegar budaya terjadi pada seseorang yang tinggal lebih lama di suatu daerah, mengalami gegar budaya karena harus beradaptasi dengan budaya baru. Gegar budaya merupakan keadaan mental yang datang dari kondisi transisi, gegar budaya terjadi ketika mahasiswa asal Indonesia tinggal di Jerman dengan budaya yang berbeda dalam waktu yang lama. Keadaan di Jerman sangat bertolakbelakang dengan keadaan di Indonesia. Pemerintah menjamin kehidupan rakyat, masyarakat sibuk, disiplin dalam aturan hukum, penuh instruksi yang rinci dalam segala aspek kehidupan, mengutamakan kejujuran, memiliki sikap antri, tepat waktu, menghargai privasi, individualistis, iklim dan suhu yang ekstrim, penuh perhitungan dalam mengambil keputusan, serius dan fokus, bicara langsung tanpa basa-basi, bicara lugas tidak bertele-tele, kurang bercanda, makanan yang kurang berasa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertema interaksi simbolik pembelajaran daring/online selama masa pandemik Covid-19 yang melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam komunikasi interaktif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (Fisip) Universitas Langlangbuana (Unla) Bandung. Hasil penelitian terkait pemanfaatan TIK menjelaskan bahwa perangkat lunak, perangkat keras, dan keterampilan pihak pengajar dan pembelajar dalam menghadapi kelas online harus terus dikembangkan dan diperbarui. Terkait metode dan teknik pengajaran online, perlu disepakati dan dikembangkan teknik pengajaran khusus dengan dukungan alat bantu pengajaran berupa fisik maupun virtual. Begitupun juga dengan sistem pembelajaran yang menggunakan aplikasi untuk memudahkan kegiatan belajar dan mengajar (KBM). Terakhir, bahwa pengajar harus memiliki pemahaman memadai dalam menyampaikan simbol-simbol ketika berkomunikasi dengan pembelajar yang memiliki latar belakang kultural yang berbeda. Sebagai pisau analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teori modal sosial dimana terjalin kerjasama antara individu dan kelompok sosial untuk mencapai tujuan serta memecahkan suatu masalah melalui nilai-nilai sosial yang ada di masyarakat. Diharapkan pembelajar serta institusi penyelenggara dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan program belajar-mengajar baik dari segi teknis, metode, dan pemahaman antarbudaya.
