Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemberian penghargaan terhaadap kinerja pada pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang ada pada yayasan Khairul Huda Kota Serang Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, asosiatif, dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, memperlihatkan variabel penghargaan (X) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif atas peningkatan kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan (Y). maka dari itu, bila penghargaan mengalami peningkatan yang besarnya satu satuan, maka peningkatan kinerja pendidik dan tenaga  kependidikan Yayasan Khairul Huda Kota Serang Banten akan meningkat sebesar 0.534. Tabel model summary memperlihatkan nilai R = 0.767, mempunyai  nilai hubungan diantara variabel penghargaan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pendidik dan tenaga  kependidikan adalah sebesar 76.7%, itu artinya memiliki hubungan yang sangat signfikan. Sedangkan nilai R square adalah  0.589, berarti sebesar 58.9% peningkatan kinerja pendidik dan tenaga  kependidikan dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel penghargaan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41.1% bisa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor lain di luar penelitian yang tidak tersaji didalam studi  atau penelitian yang kami lakukan ini.Kata kunci: Penghargaan, Kinerja, Pendidik, dan Kependidikan. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the awarding of performance on educators and educational staff had at the Khairul Huda Foundation, Serang City, Banten. This research uses descriptive, associative, and quantitative methods. Based on the calculation results, showing that the award variable (X) has a positive influence on improving the performance of educators and education personnel (Y). therefore, if the award has increased by one unit, the increase in educators' performance and instructional staff of the Khairul Huda Foundation, Serang City, Banten will multiply by 0.534. The model summary table shows the value of R = 0.767, has a value of the relationship between the variable appreciation for improving the performance of educators and educational staff is 76.7%, it means to have a very significant relationship. While the value of R square is 0.589, it means that variable rewards can influence a 58.9% increase in the performance of educators and education personnel. In comparison, the remaining 41.1% can be affected by several other factors outside of research that is not presented in our studies or research do this.Keywords: Awards, Performance, Educators, and Education.

Abstract

The obligation as a lecturer in carrying out tri dharma is one of them through community service. This community service aims to increase the ability and skills of salted fish processing businesses and is strived to switch from conventional to modern industry immediately. Based on our analysis as a devotional team, the devotion in this period was held from July 14 to August 15, 2021, spending approximately 34 (thirty-four) days, and was located in kubang Puji village of Pontang District of Serang Banten Regency. The number of participants is approximately 20 (twenty) participants, 70% of business people, and some surrounding residents. The first day of training is: making proposals, the second day of product variant training, the third day of product packaging training, the fourth day of digital marketing training, the fifth day of bookkeeping training, and the creation of simple financial statements. The methods applied in these training are through lectures or presentations of materials, demonstrations, practice exercises, and discussions with participants. After the training activity is completed, the training committee will conduct a survey and evaluation to see how much impact the change will have on the salt fish processing MSME business actors. The training results showed that the training in this community service program was efficient and on target, all evidenced by the survey results a week after the training. It turned out that many participants immediately practiced it. Through this training, various skills are expected to be able to encourage increasing skills, including being able to make proposals, product variants, product packaging, product marketing using social media, business bookkeeping, and making simple financial statements to MSME actors processing salted fish in Kubang Village Puji Pontang Kabuputen Serang Banten District. These training are also expected to increase the income of business actors to prosper all parties, especially business actors and employees. They have a positive impact can also develop local government revenues that will impact the equalization of regional development. All the obstacles that arise in each training can be overcome through two-way communication, and build each other, so that event after the event can run well according to this plan, all thanks to the cooperation of all parties. As for the criticism and advice that can be submitted from the results of community service programs, participants are expected to continue to have the spirit and motivation to develop their business through the training given. For academics can always transfer knowledge to all those who need it and

Abstract

One of the duties of a lecturer is to perform a tri dharma of universities by carrying out community service activities. Community service activities are actually to improve the ability of citizens in the management, especially in the process of product packaging and marketing of umkm products, especially bean umpets that have variants of flavor. 1) This training starts from the manufacture of packaging, packaging loga, to packing according to standards and not forgetting from the marketing side we train especially marketing by using social media as well as the participants are proficient in running it, (2) Improving the welfare of the para through the improvement of skills obtained in this training so that every economic actor can improve his business results through modern packaging and extensive marketing through social media. The achievement of the training objectives is done through lecture methods as a theory, then mentoring, demonstration, exercises (tutorials), and Q&A. After the training activities are carried out monitoring or evaluation by the committee (lecturers and students) to see the progress of their business progress or not. Based on the questionnaire results from some residents who were participants, the training of packaging and marketing of peanut products online and offline community service is running lancer by the expected target. This training program can provide skills in making competitive product packaging and do product marketing, especially online through social media, both Facebook media, what up, and others. Obstacles that arise at the training stage can be overcome well through mentoring methods. Criticism and suggestions can be submitted from the results of this community service program, for the participants are expected to have the spirit and motivation in developing the business of bean umpet. For education, practitioners are expected always to be able to help and accompany the participants who have a business of bean umpet in sukasari village both theory and practice so that the need continues to grow and develop. For lppm campus through community service (P2M) should always motivate and become a facilitator of the service program in order to continue to run and develop as it should

Abstract

The ability of financial institutions to maintain their credibility shows the condition of an institution at a particular time or period, whether in scope as a public fund collector or otherwise channeling funds to the public. To measure the performance of a financial institution through financial ratio analysis is generally used to measure the financial performance of all companies, both private and state-owned companies, namely the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. This research aims to find out and analyze how big the comparison is between the financial performance of a conventional bank, namely Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, and the conventional bank Bank Mandiri Tbk which has been listed on the Indonesian stock exchange or abbreviated (BEI). This research data used by researchers are using secondary data, where the method used is a descriptive analysis method of case studies is through solving a case using financial reports in assessing a financial performance at financial institutions Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and Bank Mandiri (Persero) ) Tbk. From 2015-2019. Based on the analysis of financial performance for 2015-2019 at BRI and Mandiri, which is seen from the Profitability Ratio using ROA, ROE, NPM, it is found that BRI bank in the 2015-2019 period was better than independent banks. Based on the 2015-2019 financial performance analysis at BRI and Mandiri, as seen from the Solvency Ratio using DER and DAR, it was found that BRI bank in the 2015-2019 period was better than Bank Mandiri. From the research analysis, it can be concluded that the management of Bank Mandiri would be better off to continue to pay attention to and increase financial performance and productivity in the institution. In contrast, the management of Bank BRI, even though it has been declared good, needs to continue to improve the quality of its institutional financial performance in a transparent and accountable manner

Abstract

The aim of this program is to improve the skills and sensitivity of the team of practitioners in the design of concepts and strategies in the management and use of mangrove forest ecosystems as a field of community-based ecotourism. Output targets include; Increased knowledge about the potential of mangrove ecosystems that have the value of environmental services that can be managed and used as an ecotourism field in accordance with community participation and empowerment. With the implementation of this program, a form of strategy is obtained in the management and use of community-based mangrove ecosystems and assistance for local government programs in the context of mangrove ecosystem preservation that have been regulated in regional regulations on the management and preservation of mangrove ecosystems. The method of implementing the program concerns the potential of forest areas that can be used as ecotourism areas in this case, the village government of Serang Regency, Tirayasa District, direct observation and documenting the location of mangrove ecosystem areas, plan interviews concerning the management and use of mangrove ecosystems as a field of community-based ecotourism, and socialization of mangrove ecosystem management and use as an ecotourism field based on community strengthening and  Institutional. The results of the program obtained consist of a plan to manage and use the mangrove ecosystem as a community-based ecotourism field. This design will be a model that can be used by partners in this case the Lontar village government in Tirayasa District, Serang Regency in the development of mangrove ecosystems as an ecotourism area. The design to explore the management of plans and the use of mangrove ecosystems as ecotourism areas has been socialized by community leaders, youth leaders and village governments

Abstract

Kewajiban sebagai dosen dalam melaksanakan tridarma adalah salah satunya melalu pengabdian pada masyarakat. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan terhadap para pelaku usaha pengolahan ikan asin dan diupayakan agar dapat segera beralih dari konvensional menuju industri moderen. Berdasarkan analisis kami sebagai team pengabdian, maka pengabdian pada masarakat ini diselengarakan mulai dari tanggal 14 Juli sampai dengan 15 Agustus 2021 menghabiskan waktu kurang lebih 34(tiga puluh empat ) hari, dan berlokasi dibalai desa Kubang Puji Kecamatan Pontang Kabupaten Serang Banten. Jumlah peserta kurang lebih 20(dua puluh)peserta 70% pelaku usaha dan sebagian lagi warga sekitar. Pelatihan hari pertama yaitu : pembuatan proposal, hari kedua pelatihan varian produk, hari ketiga pelatihan pengemasan produk, hari keempat pelatihan pemasaran digital dan hari kelima pelatihan pembukuan dan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pelatihan-pelatihan tersebut ialah melalui metode ceramah atau pemaparan materi, demontrasi, latihan praktik dan diskusi dengan para peserta. Setelah kegiatan pelatihan selesai maka dilaksanakan survai dan evaluasi oleh panitia pelatihan, untuk melihat seberapa besar dampak perubahan terhadap para pelaku usaha UMKM pengolahan ikan asin tersebut. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan bahwa pelatihan-pelatihan pada program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini berjalan sangat efektif dan tepat sasaran ini semua dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil survai seminggu setelah pelatihan, ternyata banyak peserta yang langsung mempraktikannya. Melalui pelatihan ini, berbagai keterampilan diharapkan mampu memberikan dorongan dalam meningkatnya keterampilan diantaranya mampu membuat proposal, varian produk, pengemasan produk, pemasaran produk menggunakan media sosial, pembukuan usaha, dan membuat laporan keuangan sederhana terhadap para pelaku UMKM pengolahan ikan asin yang ada di desa Kubang Puji Kecamatan Pontang Kabuputen Serang Banten. Pelatihan-pelatihan tersebut juga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pendapatan para pelaku usaha, sehingga dapat mensenjahterakan semua pihak khususnya para pelaku usaha dan para karyawan, dan berdampak positif juga dapat menumbuh kembangkan pengdapatkan pemerintah daerah yang akan berdampak terhadap pemerataan pembangunan daerah. Semua kendalan yang muncul pada setiap pelatihan tersebut dapat teratasi melalui komunikasi dua arah, dan saling membangun satu sama lain, sehingga acara demi acara dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai rencana ini semua berkat kerjasama semua pihak. Adapun kritik dan saran yang dapat diajukan dari hasil program pengabdian pada masyarakat, bagi para peserta diharapkan terus memiliki semangat dan motivasi dalam mengembangkan usahanya melalui pelatihan-pelatihan yang telah diberikan. Abstract

Pedaleman Village, Tanara District, is an area with great potential, especially in the Peking duck breeding sector, reaching more than 3,250 heads. The partner in this PKM activity was Juan Faisal as a member of the Peking duck livestock group in Pedaleman Village, Tanara District. Temporary observation of partners that there are deficiencies in Peking duck farming, such as difficulties in obtaining superior seeds, high costs of animal feed, sales and traditional handling of hatching eggs. This problem must be found the right solution so that the welfare of the community (partners) will increase through development and improvement programs in terms of technology for egg hatching machines and animal feed machines. The introduction of egg incubators and Peking duck feed making machines is an alternative solution to existing problems. The methods in this PKM are: (a) Extension of quality duck livestock, (b) Training and use of technology, (c) Utilization of renewable feed which is more economical (d) As well as business management training. The results achieved are: (a) Partners are able to produce quality seeds independently, (b) Partners are able to operate egg "incubator" technology and "feed making machine", (c) Partners are able to reduce Peking duck feed costs and increase livestock productivity (d) Partners are able to sell and get maximum profit and are able to make good financial reports

Abstract

Opak is a type of crunchy and dry food like crackers which is very popular among people because of its taste and economic value for the community. The increasing amount of production will have a major impact on air conditions in the work environment because production activities produce smoke that comes from traditional processing processes using wood and coconut fiber as heat sources. The climate of the work environment greatly influences human body temperature and results in workload. Physical activity in a hot work environment also has an effect on reducing the achievement of the activities carried out and increasing the risk of disease, dehydration and hyperthermia. This activity aims to convey knowledge to business actors and workers regarding air conditions in the work environment as well as safe working time limits at work. The method used is a survey and outreach method. This activity results in increased knowledge of business actors and workers regarding air conditions in the work environment and creates a good work environment

Abstract

Kawasan wisata pesisir Anyer merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata utama di Provinsi Banten. Sejak terjadinya Tsunami Anak Gunung Krakatau pada Desember 2018 silam menyebabkan jumlah wisatawan menurun drastis. Beberapa penyebabnya diantaranya adalah tidak adanya jaminan keselamatan wisatawan karena kurangnya pengetahuan wisatawan dalam penanggulangan bencana, informasi sistem peringatan dini serta belum tersedianya infrastruktur, seperti jalur evakuasi dan shelter atau posko yang menjadi tempat perlindungan apabila terjadi bencana. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada wisatawan agar lebih siaga dan adaptif terhadap ancaman bencana, Meminimalisir kerentanan dan peningkatan kapasitas wisatawan dalam menghadapi dan menangani bencana, Penyusunan draft action plan tentang pengurangan resiko bencana di kawasan wisata Anyer. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, penyuluhan dan diskusi, pelatihan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah kurangnya kapasitas pemahaman wisatawan terhadap kesiagaan bencana, infrastruktur untuk evakuasi belum optimal dengan belum tersedianya shelter atau posko tetap bencana dan jalur evakuasi yang memadai, serta belum adanya petunjuk evakuasi bencana. Sehingga dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman wisatawan terhadap ancaman bencana serta dapat meminimalisir kerentanan wisatawan dalam menghadapi dan menangani bencana dengan penyusunan draft action plan.
