Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat perilaku calon nasabah dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menginvestasikan dana ke perbankan melalui teori perilaku terencana. Metode penelitian yang dipakai diskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi pada 120 sampel, yakni mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Bina Bangsa Kota Serang. Hasil analisis teridentifikasi dari 120 sampel, 69 mahasiswa atau sebesar 57,5%  tertarik untuk menabung ke bank syariah karena sesuai dengan Hukum Islam, yakni Al-quran, Hadist, dan Fatwa MUI mengharamkan riba atas akad yang ada, serta mempunyai prinsip kehati-hatian dalam penyaluran dana. 51 mahasiswa atau sebesar 42,5% tertarik menabung pada bank konvensional karena memberikan imbal hasil berupa bunga, memiliki banyak cabang, sering melakukan undian berhadiah, dan dengan aset yang cukup banyak mempermudah debitor untuk melakukan pinjaman ke bank konvensional.Kata kunci: Sikap Terhadap Perilaku, Norma Subjektif, Kontrol Perilaku, Lembaga Perbankan

Abstract

In today's digital age, e-commerce is often used in information technology, and one of the most commonly used e-commerce is the marketplace of the many marketplaces that often shopee. Currently, the marketing and results of MSMEs cassava chips jajalon still exist today. This method has not been optimal in information where it can not be coverage of the entire community. Which way to shopee with direct training to MSMEs for products, share and serve buying consumers. The result of the implementation of shopee access to MSMEs in the market and sales and sales to the top of the smartphone is the volume of sales.

Abstract

The aim of this program is to improve the skills and sensitivity of the team of practitioners in the design of concepts and strategies in the management and use of mangrove forest ecosystems as a field of community-based ecotourism. Output targets include; Increased knowledge about the potential of mangrove ecosystems that have the value of environmental services that can be managed and used as an ecotourism field in accordance with community participation and empowerment. With the implementation of this program, a form of strategy is obtained in the management and use of community-based mangrove ecosystems and assistance for local government programs in the context of mangrove ecosystem preservation that have been regulated in regional regulations on the management and preservation of mangrove ecosystems. The method of implementing the program concerns the potential of forest areas that can be used as ecotourism areas in this case, the village government of Serang Regency, Tirayasa District, direct observation and documenting the location of mangrove ecosystem areas, plan interviews concerning the management and use of mangrove ecosystems as a field of community-based ecotourism, and socialization of mangrove ecosystem management and use as an ecotourism field based on community strengthening and  Institutional. The results of the program obtained consist of a plan to manage and use the mangrove ecosystem as a community-based ecotourism field. This design will be a model that can be used by partners in this case the Lontar village government in Tirayasa District, Serang Regency in the development of mangrove ecosystems as an ecotourism area. The design to explore the management of plans and the use of mangrove ecosystems as ecotourism areas has been socialized by community leaders, youth leaders and village governments

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether the leadership style, character and ethnography of the leader could improve employee performance at PT. Andhani Relita. This study uses primary data and data collection techniques are conducted by observing and interviewing directly to the research object using random sampling to several employees. The results of the study showed that the leadership style carried out does not only refer to one type of leadership, because to achieve employee performance requires the ability to lead by adjusting the conditions that occur on the ground. In addition, leaders can understand their own character and employees, so there is a fairly good emotional connection to improved work performance. The ethnography of leaders formed when implemented appropriately and in accordance with existing conditions on the ground provides significant improvements to employee performance

Abstract

The effect of the PSBB or PPKM implemented by the government has changed the economic life of the Indonesian people in general, so that housewives must be able to manage their family finances well. With her knowledge and confidence in managing every family's expenses by adjusting her husband's income. This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Attitude on Financial Management Behavior of Women Farmers Group with Self Efficacy as Intervening Variable. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample is 30 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Primary data processing using path analysis techniques using SMART PLS 3 software. he results of the research hypothesis 1 have a P value of 0.001 so that it rejects Ho and accepts Ha. Hypothesis 2, obtained a P value of 0.027 so that it rejects Ho and accepts Ha. Hypothesis 3, the result of P value is 0.781 so that it accepts Ho and rejects Ha. Hypothesis 4, the result of P value is 0.450 so that it accepts Ho and rejects Ha. And hypothesis 5, the result of P value is 0.773 so that it accepts Ho and rejects Ha. The conclusion is that financial literacy has a significant effect on financial management behavior, while financial attitudes have a significant effect on financial management behavior. And Self Efficacy has no influence on financial management behavior. In addition, the results of the study show that Self Efficacy is not able to mediate financial literacy on financial management behavior and is also unable to mediate between financial attitudes and financial management behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), and Return On Equity (ROE) on financial distress conditions, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample for this study, so that 48 companies were obtained from a population of 90 manufacturing enterprises in the basic and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. The analytical technique were using logistic regression with the SPSS version 26 program. The results obtained shows that the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) partially has a positive effect on financial distress, while Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), and Return On Equity (ROE) partially have a negative effect on financial distress. According to simultaneous testing, financial distress circumstances are affected by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), and Return On Equity (ROE).

Abstract

Coconut is a plant that is found on the coastline, even in almost every region in Indonesia, coconut trees are also very axisr if cultivated, even in Indonesia itself coconut trees are often called versatile trees. Coconut has many benefits ranging from roots, trees, leaves to fruits. One of them is mekarwangi village, which is one of the abundant coconut producers. The large number of coconut trees in Mekarwangi Village causes a lot of coconut shells that are not used optimally so that they can become waste in the community. Coconut shells can be converted into briquettes that can be used as an environmentally friendly alternative fuel, while in middle eastern countries charcoal packages are used for roko purposes shisha pipes typical of the middle east. Therefore, it is necessary to increase understanding and awareness in the processing of coconut shells into briquettes through training to the community in order to increase the added value of waste so that it can become additional income for the people of Mekarwangi Village. This training was attended by 25 participants including village officials, housewives along with community leaders and also students and the Community Service team as implementers. Abstract

Banks are systematic institutions, meaning that the fall of one system in a bank will affect the stability of the financial system and public confidence in baking. The purpose of this study was to determine how the level of bank soundness at PT. Bank Banten, Tbk using the RGEC method for the 2017-2021 period. The research method used is qualitative, namely information data from verbal sentences or secondary data. Data obtained from PT. Bank Banten, Tbk was tested through financial ratios and bank health analysis. The results of the research on the bank's soundness level at PT. Bank Banten, Tbk for the period 2017-2021 experienced a significant situation and experienced an increase and decrease. When viewed from the Risk Profile factor component using financial ratios Non Performing Loan (NPL) is categorized as relatively healthy. The Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) is categorized as relatively healthy, judging from the component of the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) factor, as quite healty, seen from the Earning factor component using the Return On Assets (ROA) financial ratio as very healty , judging from the Net Interest Margin (NIM) factor component is categorized as relatively healthy, viewed from the Capital factor component using the Capital Adequcy Ratio (CAR) financial ratio, as healthy. Based on the results of research done at the banking company PT. Bank Banten, Tbk stated that the soundnees level of the banking company received the predicate of very healthy financial condition, and not healthy. Overall 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, is at PK-3 (reasonably healthy) and in 2020 it is at PK-4 (unhealthy).

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that have a small scale with a limited number of employees and relatively low turnover. MSMEs are often owned and run by the owners themselves or on a family scale. The decline in consumer purchasing power is a major challenge for MSME players. However, online sales can be an opportunity to survive this pandemic. Considering that there are still many MSMEs who do not understand online sales, empowering them to try online markets and to compare superior products is very important. By using and managing the right digital media, economic actors should be able to increase public interest in their products. The approach used in this community service, namely direct assistance to the field in developing MSME business innovation, is a very effective step to increase brand awareness and assist business actors in developing offline marketing strategies. Several points that can be applied in this approach, namely: innovation development, offline promotion: direct assistance, sharing best practices, evaluation and follow-up support. The MSME assistance activity at the Kue Enak location, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province consists of several stages involving interviews with business owners and the community service team. The steps that can be followed in this mentoring process are: Interviews with Business Owners, Making Snack Box Orders, Making Banners and Price Tags, Training on Marketing and Branding, Evaluation and Follow Up. Through this assistance, it is hoped that Cake Delicious business owners can increase public interest in their products, strengthen brand awareness, and maximize sales opportunities online and offline

Abstract

The cost of capital is a real cost that must be incurred by the company in obtaining funds from various sources. The cost of capital in this research uses the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) method which is the overall cost of the cost of capital and debt. This research was conducted at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk company for the 2018-2021 period. The WACC conditions for Tbk companies are optimal, in 2018-2020 the average weighted cost of capital has always decreased, 15.8%, 15.3%, 14.76%, 14.68% and experienced a non-significant increase of 0 .04%. A good WACC value is a value that provides the minimum rate of return required by investors in 2019-2020. This capital cost calculation can be used as a reference by company management to pay attention to the composition of debt and capital and can be taken into consideration by investors in investing their funds in the company
