Abstract

Rendahnya kebugaran jasmani menjadi permasalahan serius yang perlu dicaikan solusi konkrit bagi remaja. Demikian pula kesehatan mental yang dulu tren dikalangan usia lanjut sekarang menjadi marak dikalangan remaja. Aktivitas fisik diyakini dapat meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dan kesehatn mental. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan seberapa besar pengaruh program aktivitas fisik terhadap kebugaran jasmani dan kesehatan mental remaja. Sebanyak 44 siswa remaja dilibatkan dalam program aktivitas fisik selama 8 minggu. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani dilakukan pengukuran menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) dan kesehatan mental menggunakan questioner. Data di oleh menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil pengolahan menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas fisik dari sedang hingga kuat diyakini dapat: 1) meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani remaja; 2) meningkatkan kesehatan mental. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas fisik sedang hingga kuat perlu menjadi kebiasaan hidup remaja agar tetap sehat jasmani dan Mental.

Abstract

Pelatihan penyusunan portofolio perlu dilakukan melihat masih banyaknya penemuan dokumen portofolio yang belum sesuai dengan ketentuan, adanya pandemi COVID-19 mengharuskan pelatihan dilakukan secara online misalnya dengan Virtual Meeting. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan menggunakan praeksperimental design dan dilakukan secara one group pre-tes dan post-test pada satu kelompok sampel dan dilakukan kepada guru-guru PJOK di Jawa Barat. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive dan t-dependent test digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan pengetahuan guru-guru PJOK sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan (p value = 0,001, CI :-3,474 -1,135) dengan tingkat efektitas kurang (nilai rata-rata N-Gain 52,82%). Sebaiknya fasilitator memiliki rencana lain selain melalui Zoom Meeting misalnya dengan membuat  video based learning dan perlu upaya pemerintah seperti melakukan kolaborasi perguruan tinggi dengan operator telekomunikasi untuk melaksanakan pelatihan jarak jauh yang bisa difasilitasi oleh Dewan Teknologi Informasi Nasional.

Abstract

Advancement in technology is something that cannot be avoided in human life. This research is descriptive research with mixed methods of sequential explanation. This design is carried out to explore a research phenomenon involving several data sources. This research aims to evaluate which parts are still obstacles for physical education teachers in using technology in physical education learning. The results of this study indicate differences in the TC domain (Technological Content) in the TC domain; there are differences in the average results of each group, followed by the post hoc test and the Tukey test. The average difference was found between the 1-7 year group and the 29-year-old group. 35 years old, the lowest average score in the group is 29-35 years old, and the highest is 22-28 old

Abstract

This research is based on the absence of research related to self-efficacy with physical education learning outcomes in elementary schools. Learning outcomes are the gains achieved at the end of learning. Self-efficacy is one of the many factors that affect learning outcomes. In this study, researchers aimed to determine the correlation between self-efficacy and physical education learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SDN 032 Tilil Bandung with a total of 101 respondents. The instrument used, namely the General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES). The results of this study, namely there is a correlation evidenced by Sig. 0.001 <0.05 with low strength (r=0.335). This study shows that self-efficacy contributes to influencing learning outcomes with a coefficient of determination of 10.6% (r2 = 0.106). That way the results of this study that self-efficacy is one of the factors that have a relationship with physical education learning outcomes but there are still other variables that affect learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya komunikasi yang dimiliki oleh guru terhadap pembelajaran siswa tunarungu di SLB kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu teknik random sampling. Instrumen data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dan mengadaptasi dari jurnal terdahulu. Guru yang mengajar di SLB kota Bandung menggunakan teori akomodasi komunikasi, dimana guru dapat memodifikasi atau merancang suatu cara berkomunikasi dengan siswa penyandang disabilitas tunarungu dengan sebaik mungkin dan juga dapat dipahami oleh semua siswanya tersebut dan juga dapat berkomunikasi secara verbal dan nonverbal. Dimana peneliti melakukan penelitian melalui observasi SLB di kota Bandung yang dimana peneliti mengambil 5 SLB dari 10 SLB yang ada di kota Bandung yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi atau data yang di inginkan. Bentuk komunikasi guru berupa komunikasi verbal, komunikasi nonverbal dan Bahasa isyarat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk komunikasi guru terdiri dari dua bentuk cara berkomunikasi yaitu komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah SLB B Negeri Cicendo memiliki fasilitas olahraga yang cukup untuk program olahraga dan kesehatan. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada kesempatan ini, yakni penelitian dengan jenis kualitatif menggunakan metode survei untuk mencari tahu informasi dan populasi penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini, yakni SLB B Negeri Cicendo. Metode untuk melakukan pengumpulan data penelitian yang digunakan meliputi tiga komponen utama, yakni wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian, analisis deskriptif persentase digunakan sebagai metode analisis. Hasil studi di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Cicendo menunjukkan ketersediaan fasilitas sebesar 60%.

Abstract

Students' lack of understanding of the activities and movements in the invasion game material which refers to the learning objectives that are not achieved so that it has an impact on low student learning motivation. This study aims to develop an android-based learning media for elementary school students through the Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) approach. This study is a type of development research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques in this study are quantitative data through material validation questionnaires, learning design validation, learning media validation, and determination of validation classification by experts based on the number of answer scores. Data are analyzed and processed descriptively into interval data using a Likert scale. The results obtained are in the form of an android-based learning media through the Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) approach, which can be used as a learning media on material the invasion game of the fourth grade PJOK elementary school invasion game, the results of the feasibility assessment based on material validation with a score of 62 or 88.57%, a learning design validation score of 52 or 86.67%, and a learning media validation score of 69 or 92%. As well as the teacher's assessment as a practitioner of 91.02%. The effectiveness test results showed differences in student learning motivation before and after the implementation of the Android-based learning media through DAP. It was concluded that the android-based learning media that had been developed was declared effective for use in PJOK learning of invansion game material in Elementary Schools. The implication of this research is that the Android-based learning media through this approach can be used as learning media in PJOK learning activities.

This study aims to develop an android-based game learning model for elementary school students through the Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) approach. This study is a type of development research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques in this study are quantitative data through material validation questionnaires, learning design validation, learning media validation, and determination of validation classification by experts based on the number of answer scores. Data are analyzed and processed descriptively into interval data using a Likert scale. The results obtained are in the form of an android-based game learning model flow through the Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) approach, which is compiled through an android application as a guideline for elementary school PJOK teachers to use this model in elementary school PJOK learning, the results of the feasibility assessment based on material validation with a score of 62 or 88.57%, a learning design validation score of 52 or 86.67%, and a learning media validation score of 69 or 92%. As well as the teacher's assessment as a practitioner of 91.02%. The effectiveness test results showed differences in student learning motivation before and after the implementation of the Android-based game learning model through DAP. It was concluded that the game learning model that had been developed was declared effective for use in PJOK learning of game material in Elementary Schools.
