Abstract

Landslide Susceptibility Analysis Using Geomorphological Mapping Approach in East Manggarai Region. Technology (IT), particularly Geographic Information Systems (GIS), plays a significant role in supporting the management of natural disasters such as landslides. East Manggarai has geographical conditions that are highly vulnerable to landslides, with topography dominated by steep hills and sharp slopes. To address this issue, it is necessary to analyze landslide susceptibility levels in the East Manggarai region using a geomorphological mapping approach through Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The mapping provides important contributions to the government in spatial planning, disaster prevention, and landslide risk mitigation. Landslide susceptibility maps and data will be published through an interactive website, facilitating information access for communities and stakeholders. This is expected to help communities identify areas prone to landslides and predict potential landslide occurrences.

Abstract

Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Kabupaten Kupang memiliki peran penting dalam pengelolaan sektor pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif. Namun, proses bisnis yang dijalankan masih bersifat konvensional, seperti pendataan aset yang dilakukan secara manual, pengelolaan surat menyurat yang dicatat dalam buku, pembuatan kwitansi menggunakan perangkat lunak pengolah kata, serta presensi pegawai yang bergantung pada tanda tangan di kertas, meskipun telah memiliki aplikasi presensi. Kendala ini semakin diperparah oleh tidak aktifnya website resmi Dinas akibat kurangnya pemeliharaan dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia di bidang IT, yang berdampak pada citra publik instansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur teknologi informasi menggunakan Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) untuk menghasilkan dokumen blueprint sebagai pedoman arsitektur teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi. EAP diterapkan untuk merencanakan arsitektur teknologi informasi yang mendukung proses bisnis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah enam kandidat entitas bisnis dari arsitektur data, enam aplikasi dari arsitektur aplikasi serta perancangan arsitektur teknologi sebagai pedoman dalam pengembangan teknologi informasi untukmendukung optimalisasi proses bisnis Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Kabupaten Kupang di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu produsen kopi utama di dunia, dengan tingkat konsumsi domestik yang terus mengalami pertumbuhan setiap tahun. Kopi Maida, sebuah kedai kopi yang berlokasi di Kota Kupang, menghadapi sejumlah tantangan dalam menjalankan operasional usahanya, terutama dalam hal pencatatan transaksi, pengelolaan data pelanggan, dan dokumentasi penjualan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini dan meningkatkan daya saing, diterapkanlah sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web yang dilengkapi dengan fitur Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu Kopi Maida mengelola bisnisnya secara lebih rapi dan efisien. Setelah sistem diterapkan, tercatat adanya peningkatan dalam pemantauan transaksi, interaksi dengan pelanggan menjadi lebih terkelola, dan pelayanan bisa disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Hasilnya, proses operasional menjadi lebih efisien, pelanggan merasa lebih puas, dan loyalitas konsumen pun meningkat. Penerapan CRM ini terbukti memberi dampak positif terhadap keberlangsungan usaha Kopi Maida, terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis kopi yang semakin ketat. Pendekatan ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi dapat menjadi solusi strategis bagi para pelaku UMKM dalam memperluas dan mempertahankan kelangsungan bisnis mereka secara konsisten.

Abstract

Indonesia menghadapi risiko tinggi terhadap bencana alam, termasuk di Kelurahan Oebufu, Kota Kupang, yang sering terdampak bencana seperti tanah longsor dan banjir. Rendahnya kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana menjadi masalah utama, diperburuk oleh keterbatasan informasi dan infrastruktur kebencanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website tanggap bencana bagi warga Kelurahan Oebufu. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Waterfall, meliputi tahap kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan website yang memberikan akses informasi tentang bencana, panduan kesiapsiagaan bencana, dan memfasilitasi pelaporan bencana serta fitur notifikasi otomatis dan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait. Dengan pengembangan website ini, masyarakat Kelurahan Oebufu menjadi lebih siap dalam menghadapi risiko bencana dan meningkatkan efektivitas koordinasi penanganan bencana.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing E-Government in the village government environment is to realize an effective, efficient, open, and accountable government. E-government in Lolong Village at the internal level of government organizations has been implemented, as evidenced by the availability of information systems used by village officials. However, the system used only supports part of the business process activities. In the village, administrative bookkeeping services are still recorded on hard or paper, where data storage takes a long time and is less efficient. This research aims to make information system architecture planning using the Zachman Framework, which can provide recommendations for the development of a planned system to help each work unit in the Lolong Village government, so that data management can be integrated with efficiency. The expected result of this study is a Blueprint as structured guidance so that it can be used as a basis for developing a structured information system that is in accordance with the needs of the village government.

Abstract

Kupang City is municipality city and East Nusa Tenggara Capital city at once. Its glowing population, from time to time, causing varied problems, as such, in creasing pollution, limitedness resources, infrastructures and economic growth, thus generate broad impact, without exception, public healt threatening. Mamami Hospital is a prevate ownership healty mean in Kupang city,runing public trasition healt service, by general practioner, medical specialis on tooth , child, midwife service,internal disease, surgical operation, ophthaltmologist, tediarticiant, public care healt reference. Mamami Hospital, estimated, faces to potential problems, first, of its ignorance healt care information by a large member of Kupang‘s population, and second, possesses no available and accurate data on its patiens recording on digital device. Personally to thanks every one, the owner especeally, who received me to practice my digital device application skill at Mamami Hospital, writer would like to contributed a public information for mamami hospital. Further information on method of this research, researcher uses discription, bibliography observation and interview. Based on above finding, writer apprently suggest Mamami Hospital’s, agent to answer its need to cultivate in their relationsip with patients by public health information from digital device. This public information facilitate them to communicate each other on their need.

Abstract

Oesapa Lele is a business entity established since 2015 which is managed by several people who aim to meet the needs of the people of NTT in meeting the need for catfish. Therefore it takes an application to help this business to run smoothly. The purpose of this research make online-based website application, in order to facilitate the process of purchasing catfish and the demand for catfish can be obtained easily and quickly so that the business process running smoothly without consumers or customers must come directly to Oesapa Lele. Data collection was done by literature study, observation and interview, and by applying the concept of customer relationship management (CRM). From the results of this study resulted in website applications that are expected to help the management of catfish Oesapa to perform the process of selling catfish transactions.

Abstract

In the context of rapidly evolving educational technologies, Montessori preschool learning requires developmentally appropriate innovations that preserve hands-on exploration while enhancing children’s cognitive and sensorial growth. This study aims to investigate the integration of emerging technologies such as AI-assisted learning applications, multimodal digital storytelling, and sensor-based interactive materials within Montessori environments to understand how these tools can support autonomy, concentration, and individualized learning rhythms. The approach focuses on a qualitative case study involving classroom observations, teacher interviews, and analysis of children’s learning behaviours, with a total of 206 participants, to capture how technology is adopted and adapted in authentic preschool contexts. Findings indicate that technology aligned with Montessori principles increases engagement with sensorial tasks, enriches exploration, strengthens differentiated learning pathways, and provides teachers with accurate insight into developmental progress, although excessive digital exposure may reduce children’s interaction with concrete materials. Therefore, the study concludes that thoughtfully integrated emerging technologies can serve as a natural extension of Montessori learning when applied moderately, grounded in pedagogical intention, and designed to enhance rather than replace physical and self-directed experiences, ultimately demonstrating that balanced integration offers meaningful benefits for young learners.
