Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Customer Loyalty can be created through customer trust and value. In this study, specifically discusses the loyalty of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) customers at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cilegon Branch Office. This study aims to determine the effect of two independent variables, namely the trust variable and customer value on the dependent variable, namely the loyalty variable of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The method of data collection in this study is to use a questionnaire, observation and documentation. The number of samples in this study was 1 00 respondents. Then an analysis was carried out on the data that had been obtained using the quantitative analysis method. The results of the study show that trust has a positive influence on the loyalty of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) customers and customer value also has a positive influence on the loyalty of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). positive on the loyalty of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) customers of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cilegon Branch Office

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, discipline, and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Elnusa Fabrication Construction in Cilegon City. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods. The research population was conducted at PT Elnusa Fabrication Construction in Cilegon City totaling 52 people, and samples were taken using a saturated sample. The research was conducted at PT Elnusa Fabrication Construction in Cilegon City from 19 November 2021 to 19 August 2022. Data was collected using a questionnaire (questionnaire), and analyzed using the SPSS application version 25. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the work environment and employee job satisfaction, there is a significant influence between work discipline and employee job satisfaction, there is a significant influence between work motivation and employee job satisfaction, and there is a significant influence between work environment, discipline, and motivation simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. researchers who will conduct research at the same location as this study, should use other variables that have not been studied at the same location to develop research.

The Aim of The activities of the Serang Raya University Business Incubator include: developing an entrepreneurial spirit, training management and business skills for tenants, business consulting, reviewing established companies and facilitating tenants in entrepreneurship to produce new entrepreneurs. TheÂ Students who have started entrepreneurship, students of the Entrepreneurship Student Creativity Program (PKMK) or other Student Creativity Programs (PKM), graduating students who are interested or just starting a business can perfect the entrepreneurial activities that have been carried out previously, to increase their business. The service unit for the Business Incubator program at the University of Serang Raya in 2022 provides entrepreneurship motivation to 40 students, all of whom are other PKMK/PKM students, students who are starting new businesses and students who have graduated, then from that number 17 were selected to become tenants of prospective entrepreneurs. At the end of the program, 6 students and graduate students have succeeded in becoming new entrepreneurs with various business fields, including: wood crafts, rope bags, headscarves, patchwork, campus canteen culinary businesses and vegetable donuts as well as a bicycle rental service business. motorcycle.

The purpose of this research was to perceive The Influence of Organizational Culture and Physical Work Environment on Employee Work Discipline in the Office of Cooperatives and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Banten Province. The samples taken were 44 people. The number of employees in the office is 52 employees and the number of samples obtained was 52 respondents, and the sampling technique of this research was the Non Probability Sampling. The analysis tool used was IBM SPSS 25. The T-test results showed that organizational culture and physical work environment influence the employee work discipline, and the F-test result showed that organizational culture and physical work environment influence the employee work discipline

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Brand Image on repurchase intention, to test the effect of Product Quality on repurchase intention, to test the effect of Customer Satisfaction on repurchase intention, and to test the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction on repurchase interest. In Small and Medium Business Stores of Traditional Products in Serang, This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 85 respondents. The results of this study in hypothesis 1 obtained the results tcount > t-table (2,362 > 1,989) with a significance level of 0.02 (0.02 < 0.05) Hypothesis 2 obtained the results tcount > t-table (2.398 > 1.899) with a significance level of 0.02 (0.02 < 0.05). Hypothesis 3 obtained the results of tcount > t-table (2,659 > 1,989) with a significance level of 0.01 (0.01 < 0.05). Hypothesis 4 obtained the results Fcount > Ftable (7.566 > 2.717) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05), which means that there is a significant influence between brand image, product quality, and customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study on hypothesis 1 to hypothesis 4 is that there is a significant influence on the purchase intention of Small and Medium Enterprises Traditional Products in Serang City

Cooperative learning (CL) has a pivotal role in the teaching and learning process to achieve better academic performance using an attractive teaching trait. This study aims at investigating the use of the Cooperative Learning method type listening team, knowing the students’ response and their learning outcomes in a social science subject. The study is conducted at one of the Public Elementary schools in Rangkasbitung. Classroom Action Research was employed in this study. The Cooperative Learning method type of listening team was conducted within 2 cycles. There are 22 students as the subjects of the current study. The data of the study were collected using two research instruments, they are observation and written test. The results of the study revealed that the activities of both teachers and students in the learning process using a Cooperative Learning type listening team improve students’ learning outcomes. The level of students’ learning mastery in the pre-cycle was 24%, in cycle 1 was 48% and in cycle 2 the passing grade reached 79%. While, the activities of teachers and students increased by 75% in the use of cooperative learning methods of the previous team listening and learning outcomes of students also increased, and 75% of the number of students achieved the standard of minimum completeness of mastery learning predetermined. Based on the data findings, it can be highlighted that the CL method type listening team is an effective method to improve both students’ learning outcomes and their activities during the class.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of change management and learning organization on the performance of the Young Entrepreneurs Group in Serang City, especially in the increasingly unpredictable business environment at this time. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Determination of the sample is done by non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique of 71 employees who are members of the Young Entrepreneurs Group. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS ver 25.0 application which includes the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that Change Management has no significant effect on employee performance, the t test results show that t count 0.327 < 1.667 t table with significance level 0.745 > 0.05. Learning Organization has a significant effect on employee performance, the results of the t test show that t count 3.088 > 1.667 t table with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05. The results of the F test show that F count 39.624 > 3.13 F table with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Change Management and Learning Organizations simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Young Entrepreneurs Group Employees

REVIEW OF PERCEPTION USEFULNESS AND EASE OF USE PERCEPTION OF INTENTION TO USING THE BRI MOBILE APPLICATION FOR SMALL BUSINESS LOAN ENTREPRENEURS IN SERANG CITY Hamdan

Study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on intentions to use the BRI mobile application. The research method used is a quantitative method which views human behavior or behavior as predictable, objective and measurable, and aims to test certain theories by examining the relationship between between variables. The research data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely Bank Rakyat Indonesia customers who use the BRI mobile application, totaling 120 respondents. Based on the results of data processing indicated by the t-count value, it was found that the variables X1 (perceived usefulness) and X2 (perceived ease of use) had a significant influence on the intention to use (Y) the BRI mobile application. The results of the F test also show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect on customers' intention to use the BRI mobile application.

The increasingly modern business world like today is very much about its development, foreign and domestic competition makes companies want to continue to increase productivity. This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline, occupational health, and occupational safety on employee work productivity at PT. Machine Control & Automation. This research is a replication study using a quantitative approach method. Sampling was taken using purposive sampling with a total sample of 84 employees. Data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the analysis showing that work discipline, work health and work safety have an influence on employee productivity as proven by the t-test which shows tcount > ttable. The results of the F-test analysis show that work discipline, work health and work safety have a simultaneous effect on work productivity. This can be proven from the results of the f test by paying attention to the value of Fcount > Ftable. And the significance value is <0.05. The limitations of this research are employee productivity which is influenced by work discipline, work health and work safety. Suggestions for further research are expected to retest based on dimensions and indicators other than those examined in this research

Pengabdian yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga di wilayah Kecamatan Kasemen Kota Serang Banten. Keluarga merupakan lini terkecil dalam mendukung pembangunan suatu negara. Negara dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila seluruh warga negaranya memiliki ekonomi keluarga yang kuat. Oleh karena itu pengabdian ini berfokus pada peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga melalui pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan. Adapun sasaran pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah warga di Kecamatan Kasemen Kota Serang Banten. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama kurun waktu 6 bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan juga pendampingan tentang pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa warga sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan. Lebih lanjut, dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini, masyarakat khususnya ibu rumah tangga memiliki kemampuan untuk mengelola keuangan rumah tangga sesuai dengan program pemerintah. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mampu memberikan dukungan agar ibu rumah tangga terhindar dari rentenir. Untuk kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya diharapkan mampu memberikan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan yang memicu semangat ibu rumah tangga untuk menghasilkan pendapatan sendiri demi meningkatkan kesejahteraan kehidupan keluarganya
