Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara stres dengan prokrastinasi. Stres adalah kondisi ketegangan yang mempengaruhi emosi, proses pikiran, dan kondisi seserang, serta merupakan hasil penafsiran seseorang mengenai keterlibatannya dalam lingkunganna, baik secara fisik maupun psikososialnya, prokrastinasi akademik adalah kegagalan mahasiswa dalam tugas atau menyelesaikan tugas sehingga menghambat kinerja. Obyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang terdiri dari guru-guru PAUD semester I dan III Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang yang berjumlah 52 orang. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala stres dan skala prokrastinasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 18 dengan teknik analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi sangat signifikan antara stres dengan prokrastinasi artinya stres mempengaruhi prokrastinasi, sehingga hipotesa yang menyatakan adanya korelasi antara stres dengan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa, diterima.

Abstract

This research aims, while exploring the mediating effect of job satisfaction and job performance,to know and explain how quality of work life influence the turnover intentions at the PT. Bina KaryaPrima. Research study samples include 103 of the PT. Bina Karya Prima employees. Data collecting usedquestionnaires, which were shared directly. Data was analysed using the Structural Equation Model(SEM) with PLS software. Research results show that: (1) job satisfaction has a negative and significantinfluence on the turnover intentions, (2) job performance has a negative and significant influence on theturnover intentions, (3) job satisfaction has not significant influence on the job performance, (4) qualityof work life has not a significant influence on the job satisfaction, and (5) quality of work life has apositive and significant influence on the job performance.Keywords: turnover intentions, quality of work life

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of good corporate governance proxied by the board of commissioners on company value, financial performance that is proxied by ROE and leverage proxied by DER. This survey is a kind of quantitative survey. The population included in this study is state-owned enterprises listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during this period 2016-2018. The samples were selected using purposeful sampling. The results showed that good corporate governance Financial performance has a positive and not significant effect on firm value. While leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value.Keywords: Financial Performance, Good Corporate Governance, Leverage and Company Value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan bentuk ujaran kebencian dalam novel Tanah Surga Merah karya Arafat Nur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian adalah novel Tanah Surga Merah cetakan kedua (2019). Data penelitian adalah satuan lingual yang mengandung ujaran kebencian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan baca-catat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik hermeneutik, untuk mengaji, memahami, dan menghayati ujaran kebencian dalam novel dan mendeskripsikannya secara komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat enam bentuk ujaran kebencian, yakni penghinaan, pencemaran nama baik,  penistaan, perbuatan tidak menyenangkan, memprovokasi atau menghasut, dan penyebaran berita bohong. Ujaran kebencian yang paling dominan muncul adalah penghinaan.

Abstract

Beach cleaning is one of the important efforts in maintaining environmental sustainability while also supporting the development of ecotourism. In the city of Palu, community service efforts through beach clean-ups aim not only to improve environmental cleanliness and health but also to encourage local economic growth, particularly through the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This article examines the relationship between the cleaning of Palu's coastline and the empowerment of local SMEs. In addition, this research also highlights the economic impact generated, both in the form of new job creation in the tourism and MSME sectors, as well as the increased attraction for tourists. Through a community service-based approach, this initiative is expected to strengthen the synergy between environmental conservation and sustainable economic development in Palu. The results show that beach cleanups not only contribute to environmental cleanliness but also provide opportunities for SMEs to grow and play a role in promoting a more sustainable economy.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension or high blood pressure is a non-communicable disease with abnormal blood pressure condition above the normal limit, which is higher than 140/90 mmHg. Hypertension is one of the diseases without symptoms and usually called the silent killer. There are some factors that become hypertension like genetic, lifestyle which are smoking, consuming fatty foods, and consuming alcohol. Research Objectives: to determine the effect of giving Bomb Tea (butterfly pea, lemon, and isomalt) for blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in Puskesmas Baros Area, Sukabumi City. Method: the research method used in this study was pre-experimental using one group pretest-posttest design. Respondents total in this study were 16 respondents. The result will analyze by paired t-test. Result: The statistic result by paired t-test show the p-value of systolic and diastolic blood pressure is 0,000<0,05, which means there is an effect to decrease blood pressure in hypertension sufferers. Conclusion: the conclude, there is an effect in the form of reducing blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in Puskesmas Baros Area. Suggestion: the study could become an alternative treatment by consuming Bomb Tea for decreased the blood pressure for hypertension sufferers.
