This community service program was conducted in Gelangsar Village, West Lombok. It was aimed at increasing the villagers’ awareness and participations in preventing and surviving natural disasters. The prevention programs were conducted by involving the villagers to get actively involved in rubbish management, whereas the disaster survival programs were conducted by training the villagers the first-aid skills for the safety of their selves and for other villagers’. The programs were successful because of the supports of the village local officials, the villagers, as well as from other institutions: the Department of Social and the Department of Local Disasters Management.

Kanker payudara adalah keganasan yang berasal dari sel kelenjar, saluran kelenjar dan jaringan penunjang payudara , tidak termasuk kulit payudara. Dari 10 jenis kanker di dunia, kanker payudara merupakan urutan kedua terbanyak dengan kematian 12,90% setelah kanker paru dan prevalensi kanker di Indonesia, Provinsi Jambi menempati urutan ke-13 dari 34 provinsi dengan jumlah penderita pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 1287 orang. Tujuan penelitian diketahuinya Gambaran Pengetahuan WUS tentang Pelaksanaan SADARI di RT 36 Kelurahan Mayang Mengurai Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan Cross Sectional yang dilakukan di RT 36 Kelurahan Mayang Mengurai Kota Jambi pada bulan Nopember 2020 s/d Agustus 2021. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling, sabanyak 35% yaitu 38 orang dengan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar (84,16%) responden melakukan SADARI, dan lebih dari setengah (68,4%) pengetahuan responden kurang baik dalam pelaksanaan SADARI. Hal ini perlu ditandaklanjuti oleh petugas kesehatan kearah promosi kesehatan agar dapat menurunkan atau menghambat kematian ibu dari kanker payudara

Based on BNPB data, there has been landslide disaster due to abrasion that caused bridge and houses collapse in Amurang, South Minahasa on June 15, 2022. On geological map, the Amurang area classified as volcanic rock that is suspected to be Tondano’s Tuff when it exploded and formed Tondano’s Caldera. BMKG, in this case the Manado Geophysics Station, conducted a microtremor survei and analysed the data of the survei results using the Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) method. This method can determine the value of the natural frequency and amplification of the soil which can be used to classify the soil at the survei location. The result show that the disaster area in Amurang is an alluvial rock formation formed from deltaic sedimentation, topsoil, mud, etc. with a depth of 30 meters or more. It does not match the classification given by the 1997 geological map. Keywords : natural frequency, HVSR, classification

The youth management of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque in the Kampung Baru neighborhood consists of 17 people who have minimal understanding regarding how character education should be able to build their personal morals in the future and can be applied to everyday life, especially in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as mosque administrators. This PKM was carried out to provide knowledge and understanding regarding character education in improving performance carried out at the Al-Ikhlas mosque in the Kampung Baru environment. The implementation method is the interview stage with the youth leader, taking care of the administration and infrastructure for the activity. The implementation stage is conducting character education outreach as an effort to improve the performance of mosque youth administrators. The evaluation stage is evaluating the activity process, the smoothness of the activity, member participation, and the obstacles faced. The results showed that participant attendance during the activity was 95%, participants had enthusiasm and curiosity about the outreach activities being held, while activities such as attention and questions and answers were around 90%. The role of Al-Ikhlas Mosque teenagers in forming the religious character of teenagers is quite good in realizing activity programs as a form of management performance.

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang sangat cepat yang diterapkan dibidang industri manufaktur dapat mengakibatkan perubahan – perubahan yang sangat berarti dalam dunia industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses produksi, mengetahui kendala yang ada dalam proses produksi serta mencari solusi yang dapat digunakan dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur dan observasi langsung ke lokasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulan bahwa sering terlambatnya pemotongan kulit dari cutting atau ada meteria yang rusak, sehingga bagian sewing menunggu matrial yang akan diproduksi.

This study aims to determine the validity and practicality of the Integrated Physics Electronic Module of Al-Qur’an Verses Using Canva Applications on Static Fluids. This research was conducted at one public senior high school in Indonesia. The data collection technique in this study used Random Sampling. Research subjects used two groups, one control group and one experimental group. The validation results from the experts resulted that majority of several experts such as teaching material experts, learning media experts, language experts, integration experts, and educators have argued that this module was appropriate to be used in teaching of static fluids. This meant his module was valid to be used in the physics learning in the context of static fluid. In addition, students’ responses to the use of this module showed that they have argued that this module was very practical to enhance students’ understanding in statics fluids.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan organizational factors dengan kinerja dokter RSUP Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan studi observasional dengan desain cross sectional study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan Organizational Factors dengan kinerja dokter dengan hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p = 0,000, karena nilai p<α = 0,000 < 0,05. Disarankan kepada pihak manajemen rumah sakit agar meningkatkan dengan mengadakan general briefing secara rutin, kepala ruangan atau instalasi mengembangkan hubungan antar karyawan, lebih menanggapi dan memberi dukungan terhadap bawahannya agar terciptanya hubungan yang baik antara atasan dan bawahan.

Salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten wajo yaitu Sajoanging cukup banyak nelayan yang membudidayakan rumput laut. Salah satu desa di Kecamatan Sajoanging yaitu Desa Barangmamase sebagian besar penduduk pekerjaanya adalah nelayan yang mencari ikan serta rumput laut. Untuk menambah nilai ekonomis dari rumput tersebut, sebagian masyarakat mengolah kembali sehingga dibutuhkan keterampilan untuk mengolah bahan baku tersebut dan membutuhkan perhatian dari berbagai pihak. Karenanya perlu melakukan pelatihan bagi masyarakat dalam membuat aneka olahan dari rumput laut tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) Meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam membuat aneka olahan dari rumput laut yang dapat dijadikan sebagai usaha rumah tangga. (2) Meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 07 September 2022, bertempat di kantor Desa Barangmamase. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah (1) Terciptanya produk aneka olahan hasil karya masyarakat Desa Barangmamase. (2) Tingkat pasrtisipasi masyarakat cukup baik, sehingga kegiatan yang dijalankan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat sasaran (3) Meningkatnya keterampilan masyarakat dalam membuat aneka olahan rumput laut sehingga ke depannya mereka mampu membuat sendiri bahkan dapat membuka usaha rumahan sebagai salah satu alternatif usaha keluarga.

Bronchoscopy in critical ill patients in ICU is a procedure may carry higher risk considering that patients are often in unstable hemodynamic and hypoxemia which may increase morbidity rates, so the decision for bronchoscopy must be deeply considered with risks and benefits. We report a female patient admitted to the ICU with loss consciousness and acute respiratory failure. Patients with previous history of myasthenia gravis that reduce her ability to cough. From the physical and radiologic examination, we found signs of lower airway obstruction. The patient underwent bronchoscopy. We found mucus plugs obstructing both the upper and lower lobe of the left bronchus. During the procedure the patient is sedated. Mucus plugs were aspirated and microbiological culture were performed. The patient's condition was stable and clinical improvement was obtained.

Performance is the work result that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization, in accordance with their respective authority and responsibilities in order to achieve the goals of the organization concerned legally, without violating the law and in accordance with morals and ethics. So it can be said that performance is important for a company or organization. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and transformational leadership on the performance of nursing care in the Inpatient Installation of Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar. This type of research is quantitative research using a cross sectional study design, with a total sample of 103 nurse respondents. The sampling technique used in this quantitative research is Total Sampling. The research results showed that transformational leadership had an effect on nursing care performance (0.000<0.05). For hospital management, in order to improve employee performance, transformational leadership should be prioritized by the head of the room because based on research results, the transformational leadership variable has a big influence on employee performance. Leaders should always encourage employees to work in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the organization, then motivate employees to work in accordance with work procedures and direct employees to comply with work mechanisms.
